Preferably, the mixed fiber layer is composed of PP fiber mixed with PLA fiber.
Preferably, the non-woven fabric layer is a super-transparent PLA hot air non-woven fabric.
Preferably, the water-repellent bottom film is a PP film.

(5) the materials are cut into proper shapes, and a non-woven fabric layer and a water-repellent bottom film are respectively stuck on two sides of the materials.

(3) connecting a fluff pulp layer 23 mixed with 10% water-soluble fibers 24 to the mixed fiber layer 22;
(4) heating the material obtained in the above step for 15s, wherein the heating temperature is not lower than the melting point of the PP fibers in the mixed fiber layer 22 and not higher than the melting point of the PLA fibers in the mixed fiber layer 22;
(5) the materials are cut into proper shapes, and a non-woven fabric layer 1 and a water-repellent bottom film 3 are respectively adhered to two sides of the materials through ultrasonic bonding.

(5) the materials are cut into proper shapes, and a non-woven fabric layer 1 and a water-repellent bottom film 3 are respectively adhered to two sides of the materials through ultrasonic bonding.
Example 4
With reference to fig. 1-2, a method for preparing a high water absorption diaper core comprises the following steps:

(4) heating the material obtained in the above step for 15s, wherein the heating temperature is not lower than the melting point of the PP fibers in the mixed fiber layer 22 and not higher than the melting point of the PLA fibers in the mixed fiber layer 22;
(5) the materials are cut into proper shapes, and a non-woven fabric layer 1 and a water-repellent bottom film 3 are respectively adhered to two sides of the materials through ultrasonic bonding.
Example 5
With reference to fig. 1-2, a method for preparing a high water absorption diaper core comprises the following steps:

(4) heating the material obtained in the above step for 15s, wherein the heating temperature is not lower than the melting point of the PP fibers in the mixed fiber layer 22 and not higher than the melting point of the PLA fibers in the mixed fiber layer 22;
(5) the materials are cut into proper shapes, and a non-woven fabric layer 1 and a water-repellent bottom film 3 are respectively adhered to two sides of the materials through ultrasonic bonding.

The low-melting-point PP fibers in the mixed fiber layer 22 mainly play a role in bonding, and after heating, the PP fibers melt to bond SAP particles in the SAP absorption layer 21, so that the SAP particles can be fixed, and the SAP particles are prevented from moving in the core body; as shown in table 1, increasing the proportion of low-melting-point fibers in the mixed fiber layer 22 has little effect on the absorption performance of the core, but too high a mass fraction of low-melting-point fibers results in a hard feel of the core and poor wearing comfort.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the SAP particles in the SAP absorption layer 21 are prepared to be porous by a supercritical foaming technology, the contact area of the SAP particles and urine can be increased by the porous surface, the water absorption speed of the SAP particles is further increased, in addition, the urine can be absorbed by the through holes on the surface of the SAP particles through capillary action, and the water absorption efficiency of the SAP to the urine can be increased; in the urine passes through non-woven fabrics layer 1 entering absorbing layer, SAP absorbed layer 21 can the primary absorption, and the urine that does not absorb will contact with fine hair thick liquid layer 23 fast through SAP absorbed layer 21's clearance and absorbed, dissolves after water-soluble fiber 24 in fine hair thick liquid layer 23 and the urine contact, can form the passageway and make the urine can get into fine hair thick liquid layer 23 inside fast to improve the absorption rate of fine hair thick liquid layer 23 to the urine.

(3) connecting a fluff pulp layer (23) mixed with water-soluble fibers (24) to the mixed fiber layer (22);
(4) heating the material obtained in the step for 10-15 s at a temperature not lower than the melting point of the low-melting-point fibers in the mixed fiber layer (22) and not higher than the melting point of the high-melting-point fibers in the mixed fiber layer (22);
(5) the materials are cut into proper shapes, and a non-woven fabric layer (1) and a water-repellent bottom film (3) are respectively stuck on two sides of the materials.
