The bovine colostrum has high nutritive value, the protein content and the mineral content of the bovine colostrum are far higher than those of common milk powder, and the fat content and the sugar content are lower; researches show that the bovine colostrum not only contains rich nutrient substances, but also contains a large amount of immune factors, such as immunoglobulin, lactoferrin, lysozyme and the like, and has good effects of resisting influenza viruses and treating respiratory diseases. The invention aims to provide an immune complex for pets and puffed food prepared by taking the immune complex as a raw material, which can improve the immunity and mental state of dogs by designing a feed formula on the basis of meeting the nutritional requirements of pet dogs.
The immune complex for the pet comprises the components of whey protein powder, bovine colostrum powder, astragalus polysaccharide powder and seaweed powder; 25-75 parts of whey protein powder, 5-10 parts of bovine colostrum powder, 1-5 parts of astragalus polysaccharide powder and 1-5 parts of seaweed powder.

Preferably, the fresh meat powder is 490 parts by weight, the fruit and vegetable powder is 30 parts by weight, the non-cereal starch is 260 parts by weight, the beet pulp is 30 parts by weight, the chicken oil is 60 parts by weight, the meat granules are 12.5 parts by weight, the egg granules are 6 parts by weight, the flavoring agent is 35 parts by weight, the vitamin and trace element premix is 1 part by weight, and the mixed additive is prepared from feed-grade montmorillonite, choline chloride, sodium chloride, chondroitin sulfate, glucosamine hydrochloride, caramel color and calcium lactate in parts by weight of 4: 2: 4: 0.2: 0.2: 2.5: 1 are mixed with each other.

A method for preparing puffed food containing immune complex comprises the following steps:

Test protocol:
the test method comprises the following steps: 24 adult dogs with similar body weight and good health status were selected and randomized into A, B, C, D4 treatment groups of 6 replicates each.
The effect of the immunocomplex for pets was tested.
1. The overall test period was 38 days, including a 10 day pre-test period, and statistical records were made of the health and mental status of the test dogs in the kennel on a daily basis, with the results shown in table 1.

Results and analysis
1. Effect of immune complexes on mental, health and feeding of test dogs

Note: the dog showed sneezing or suspected cold, but no special indication showed that the dog had poor appetite and anorexia.
As can be seen from Table 1, in the test period of 25-38 days, more dogs in the control group A have anorexia, even 2 suspected colds, compared with B, C, D groups; compared with the group A of the control group, B, C, D groups had fewer dogs with poor mental state, anorexia and cold phenomena in the whole official test period.
1. Effect of immune complexes on Biochemical indicators of serum of test dogs
The indexes of the same group of dogs in tables 2 to 5 are respectively averaged, and then the increment of the detection indexes of the control group and the examples 1 to 3 relative to the blank material is calculated, so as to respectively obtain data, which are shown in tables 6 to 9.
As can be seen from tables 6-9, compared with the group A of the control group, the groups of example 1, example 2 and example 3(B, C, D group) have obvious increase of the content of immunoglobulin G and lysozyme and no obvious change of the content of immunoglobulin M and interleukin IL-6 in the plasma of the test dog on the 24 th day and the 38 th day after the immune complex is added; therefore, compared with the single whey protein powder, the bovine colostrum powder, the astragalus polysaccharide powder and the seaweed powder are added in the form of immune complex, and various nutrients can be supplemented with each other and cooperate with each other, so that the immunity of the pet dog is improved, and the healthy growth of the pet dog is packaged.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.

The puffed food containing immune complexes of claim 2, wherein: the weight parts of the fresh meat powder are 490, the weight parts of the fruit and vegetable powder are 30, the weight parts of the non-cereal starch are 260, the weight parts of the beet pulp are 30, the weight parts of the chicken oil are 60, the weight parts of the meat granules are 12.5, the weight parts of the egg granules are 6, the weight parts of the flavoring agent are 35, the weight parts of the vitamin and trace element premix are 1, and the mixed additive is prepared from feed-grade montmorillonite, choline chloride, sodium chloride, chondroitin sulfate, glucosamine hydrochloride, caramel and calcium lactate according to the weight parts of 4: 2: 4: 0.2: 0.2: 2.5: 1 are mixed with each other.
