Furthermore, in the description and claims, "and/or" means at least one of the connected objects, and the character "/", generally means that the associated object is an "or" relationship.
The technical scheme disclosed by each embodiment of the application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a charging cartridge including a main body 1, a key 3, and a cover 21; the main body 1 is provided with a containing groove 11 and a key 3, and the key 3 is arranged in the containing groove 11. Wherein, the key 3 is at least partially positioned in the accommodating groove 11; the key 3 is used for triggering the earphone to enter a pairing mode. In addition, the main body 1 is further provided with an earphone receiving groove (not shown) for receiving an earphone.
Specifically, the cover 21 is provided with a hinge body 22, the hinge body 22 is disposed in the accommodating groove 11, the hinge body 22 is hinged with the main body 1, and the hinge body 22 has an outer protrusion 221. This enables the cover 21 to open or close the opening of the main body 1.
More specifically, when the cover 21 is positioned at a first angle with respect to the main body 1, the outer protrusion 221 abuts the key 3, and the key 3 is in a first state. The first state is the triggered state of the key 3. When the cover 21 is positioned at a second angle with respect to the main body 1, the outer protrusion 221 is separated from the key 3, and the key 3 is in a second state, which is an unactuated state of the key 3.
In a specific embodiment, the outer protrusion 221 contacts the key 3, so that the key 3 is in a triggered state; the outer protrusion 221 may also be configured to put the key 3 in the activated state by pressing the key 3. For example, the key 3 may be a pairing switch of the earphone.
In this embodiment, the main body 1 is provided with a shaft hole on which a shaft is mounted, and the cover 21 is coupled to the main body 1 through the shaft.
In this embodiment, when the user rotates the cover 21, the cover 21 drives the hinge 22 to rotate, and when the cover 21 rotates to the first opening angle, the hinge 22 just contacts or is in press fit with the key 3, so as to trigger the key 3, and further enable the earphone to enter a pairing mode, that is, the bluetooth module of the earphone is started, and when the user opens the bluetooth of the mobile device, the mobile device and the earphone can be operated to pair, so that the mobile device and the earphone are connected through the bluetooth. In addition, in the present application, the hinge body 22 needs to contact or press the key 3 for a set period of time, so as to trigger the key 3 to be opened, thereby preventing misoperation of the user. For example, the set time period may be 2-6 seconds, and if the hinge 22 contacts or presses the key 3 less than the set time period, the key 3 is not activated.
According to the embodiment of the application, the accommodating groove 11 in the charging box is isolated from the outside, impurity dirt is not easy to enter, and when the key 3 of the charging box is arranged in the accommodating groove 11, the key 3 is isolated from the outside, so that the key 3 can keep a good working state, and the service life is long. Meanwhile, as the key 3 of the charging box is arranged in the accommodating groove 11, a key groove is not required to be formed in the surface of the main body 1, so that the charging box has an overall appearance effect, and impurities and dirt are not easy to adhere to the surface of the charging box, and impurities are prevented from entering the charging box from gaps of the key, so that the charging box is prevented from being broken down.
Optionally, the charging cartridge further comprises a limiting member 4. The limiting part 4 is arranged in the accommodating groove 11; when the cover 21 is positioned at a second angle with respect to the main body 1, the outer protrusion 221 is in a limit fit with the limit member 4, and the key 3 is in a second state.
The second state of the key 3 is a state in which the key is not activated. At this time, the stopper member 4 restricts the outer protrusion 221 so that the cover 21 is stably positioned at the second angle. The stopper 4 blocks the rotation of the hinge 22 so that the cover 21 can be stabilized at the second opening angle. For example, one end of the limiting member 4 is connected to the inner wall of the accommodating groove 11, the other end protrudes toward the inside of the accommodating groove, and when the cover 21 rotates to the second opening angle, the outer protrusion 221 abuts against the limiting member 4, so that the cover 21 cannot be turned over continuously, and the cover 21 can be stabilized at the second opening angle.
In a specific embodiment, the limiting component 4 is located on the top wall of the accommodating groove 11, and the key 3 is located on the side wall of the accommodating groove 11; the limiting parts 4 and the keys 3 are distributed along the rotation direction of the hinge body 22. This allows the stopper 4 to restrict the cover 21 in a state where the cover 21 is rotated to the second angle, so that the cover 21 is stably in the second state; also in a state that the cover 21 is rotated to the first angle, the outer protrusion 221 can trigger the key 3, so as to open a pairing switch of the earphone, for example, not only has a simple structure, but also is very convenient to operate.
Terms in the embodiments of the present application: the "direction of rotation" of the articulation body 22 is understood to be the circumferential direction about the axis of rotation of the articulation body 22.
In another specific embodiment, the key 3 is located on the top wall of the accommodating groove 11, and the limiting component 4 is located on the side wall of the accommodating groove 11; the keys 3 and the limiting members 4 are distributed along the rotation direction of the hinge body 22. The button 3 with spacing part 4 can set up in the position that corresponds as required, and the position of button 3 and the position of spacing part 4 also can be exchanged as required to make the position of button 2 and spacing part 4 adjust according to the needs of charging box inner structure, the setting mode is more nimble.
Optionally, the first angle is greater than the second angle. This makes the outer protrusion 221 and the limiting member 4 in a limiting fit when the cover 2 is turned to the second opening angle, so that the cover 2 can be stably positioned at the second opening angle; when the cover body 2 is rotated to the first opening angle, the outer protruding portion 221 abuts against the key 3, so that the key 3 is in a triggering state, the operation is very convenient, and the operation habit of a user is met.
Optionally, the limiting member 4 has a compressed state and a reset state.
When the cover 21 is positioned at a first angle with respect to the main body 1, the outer protrusion 221 presses the stopper 4, and the stopper 4 is in a compressed state. At the same time, the outer protrusion 221 abuts against the key 3, triggering the key 3.
When the cover 21 is positioned at the second angle with respect to the main body 1, the stopper 4 is in the reset state. At this time, the key 3 is in the second state, i.e. the state not triggered, and the outer protrusion 221 is in limit fit with the limit component 4, so that the cover 21 is stably located at the second angle.
In this embodiment, the limiting member 4 adopts an elastic structure, and the limiting member 4 may be a silicone or an elastic structure having a spring, for example. After the cover 2 is turned to the first opening angle, the pairing switch is triggered, the user can release the cover 2, at this time, the limiting component 4 can resume elastic deformation, and push against the outer flange 221 on the hinge 22, so that the cover 2 reversely rotates, and the cover 2 is restored to a state in the second opening angle, and the cover 2 is stably located in the second opening angle. The user can also continue to rotate the cover 2 so that the cover 21 is closed on the body 1, and the hinge 22 does not interfere with the mating switch when the cover 21 is closed, as shown in fig. 3.
Optionally, the outer protruding portion 221 has a first contact surface 221a and a second contact surface 221b.
The key 3 has a third contact surface 31 which cooperates with the first contact surface 221 a; the limiting member 4 has a fourth contact surface 41 that mates with the second contact surface 221b.
The first contact surface 221a abuts the third contact surface 31 with the cover 21 positioned at a first angle with respect to the main body 1; the second contact surface 221b presses the fourth contact surface 41.
The second contact surface 221b is in a limit fit with the fourth contact surface 41 when the cover 21 is positioned at a second angle relative to the main body 1.
In the state that the cover 2 is turned to the second opening angle, the second contact surface 221b is in limit fit with the limit component 4, and the first contact surface 221a does not trigger the key 3. In a state in which the cover 2 continues to be turned over to the first opening angle against the resistance, the second contact surface 221b presses the limiting member 4 while the first contact surface 221a moves and activates the key 3, so that the key 3 is activated.
Alternatively, the first contact surface 221a and the second contact surface 221b are perpendicular, and the third contact surface 31 and the fourth contact surface 41 are perpendicular.
Referring to fig. 1, when the cover 2 rotates to the second opening angle, the first contact surface 221a is in limit fit with the third contact surface 31, and the second contact surface 221b does not trigger the fourth contact surface 41, so that the cover 2 can be stably located at the second opening angle. The fourth contact surface 41 and the second contact surface 221b are in a limit fit, so that the first contact surface 221a does not apply a large pressure to the third contact surface 31 of the key 3, and the key 3 is not triggered. As shown in fig. 2, in the process of continuing to turn the cover 2 to the first opening angle, the second contact surface 221b of the outer flange 221 contacts the fourth contact surface 41 of the stopper member 4 and presses the fourth contact surface 41. The convex first contact surface 221a abuts against the third contact surface 31 so that the key 3 is activated.
