the virtual reality module is used for displaying the virtual live broadcast scene and the demonstration process of demonstrating the virtual product model by the virtual anchor model by adopting a virtual reality technology so as to know the relevant information of the real product corresponding to the virtual product model according to the demonstration process;
the virtual product model control module is used for sending request information to the anchor terminal, receiving a virtual product model sent by the anchor terminal in response to the request information, and controlling the virtual product model to display a corresponding product state according to a product operation instruction;
the communication module is used for sending a voice request to a virtual audience model in the virtual live broadcast scene so as to establish voice connection between the client sides corresponding to the virtual audience model according to the voice request;
the voice module is used for establishing voice connection between the client and a real anchor corresponding to the virtual anchor model;
and the product information acquisition module is used for sending a product query request to the anchor terminal and receiving the product information of the real product corresponding to the virtual product model related to the product query request, which is sent by the anchor terminal in response to the product query request.
