The main design difficulty of the wiring board is to design the wiring board as simple and reliable as possible, and have high manufacturability and manufacturability while ensuring electrical insulation performance. Specifically, the circumferential width of the upper section can be set to be smaller than the circumferential width of the lower section, so that the insert 2 is prevented from moving from the lower section to the upper section along the axial direction, and the limit of the insert 2 in one axial direction is realized. One end of the lower section of the insert 2, which is far away from the upper section, is abutted against the insulating part 3 so as to prevent the insert 2 from moving from the upper section to the lower section along the axial direction, namely, the limit of the insert 2 in the other axial direction is realized. The insert 2 is limited in the insert hole in two limiting modes. When the insert 2 needs to be disassembled, the wiring board fixing bolt 4 is unscrewed, the insulating part 3 is released, and then the insert 2 is pulled out from the lower section; during installation, one end of the upper section of the insert 2 is inserted into the insert hole through the lower section of the insert hole, the step surface of the insert 2 is abutted to the step of the insert hole for limitation, and then the insulating part 3 is fixed on the lower section of the insert 2 through the wiring board fixing bolt 4, so that the insert 2 and the insert hole are fixed relatively.

The insert 2 is usually formed by machining, and is made of metal materials, such as common metal materials of copper, iron, stainless steel and the like.
