A phoneme is an acoustic symbol, which is the most basic unit of each language, with clear definition and a limited number, and a phrase is composed of successive pronunciations of multiple phonemes. The language model estimates the probability of a word sequence by learning the feature relationships between words from a training speech set.
In one embodiment, the home care service host identifies the sound data to obtain an identification result, and determines a unit of the corresponding measured value according to the physiological item in the identification result, so as to obtain the physiological monitoring data according to the identification result and the unit of the measured value. The physiological items can be body temperature, pulse, blood sugar, and blood pressure, and the corresponding measured values can be body temperature value, pulse frequency, blood sugar value, and blood pressure value. For example, if the physiological item measured by the service person is blood glucose and the measured value is 5.6 mmol/l, the service person reads out "blood glucose level is 5.6" after measuring the blood glucose level of the service person, the service host or the microphone box of the home care terminal collects the voice data corresponding to "blood glucose level is 5.6", the service host identifies the voice data to obtain an identification result "blood glucose level is 5.6", and determines that the corresponding unit is "mmol/l" according to "blood glucose", so as to obtain corresponding physiological monitoring data "blood glucose level is 5.6 mmol/l", and transmits the physiological monitoring data to the home care server.

Specific limitations on the home care information pushing device and the home care information display device can be referred to the above limitations on the home care information pushing method and the home care information display method, respectively, and are not described herein again. The modules in the household care information pushing device and the household care information display device can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 9. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing physiological monitoring data and basic information of a service object. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a home care information push method.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 10. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of home care information presentation. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configurations shown in fig. 9 and 10 are merely block diagrams of some configurations relevant to the present disclosure, and do not constitute a limitation on the computing devices to which the present disclosure may be applied, and that a particular computing device may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.

In one embodiment, there is also provided a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of:

In one embodiment, there is also provided a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: collecting sound data through a service host or a microphone box of a home care terminal; recognizing the sound data to obtain physiological monitoring data; sending the physiological monitoring data to a home care server; receiving home care information fed back by a home care server based on physiological monitoring data; determining the information type of the home care information; and displaying the home care information according to the information type.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.

Claims (10)

1. A home care information pushing method is applied to a home care server and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring physiological monitoring data of a served person, which is sent by a home care terminal, wherein the physiological monitoring data is obtained by identifying collected sound data by the home care terminal;
acquiring basic information of the serviced personnel;
determining the health condition of the serviced personnel according to the physiological monitoring data and the basic information;
generating home care information according to the health condition of the serviced personnel;
and pushing the home care information to the home care terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating home care information based on the health of the serviced person comprises:
the health condition is a normal condition, and the home care information includes health preserving information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the health condition of the serviced person is based on the physiological monitoring data and the base information; generating home care information according to the health condition of the serviced person, comprising:
acquiring a recurrence risk prediction result according to the physiological monitoring data and the basic information and by combining a recurrence risk prediction model, wherein the recurrence risk prediction result comprises a recurrence risk prediction value;
if the recurrence risk predicted value is higher than a first risk threshold value, judging the health condition of the serviced person as a recurrence abnormal condition;
and generating home care information according to the recurrence risk prediction result and the recurrence abnormal condition, wherein the home care information comprises recurrence early warning information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the health condition of the serviced person is based on the physiological monitoring data and the base information; generating home care information according to the health condition of the serviced person, comprising:
acquiring historical physiological monitoring data and historical diet information of the serviced personnel;
acquiring a disease risk prediction result according to the physiological monitoring data, the basic information, the historical physiological monitoring data and the historical diet information and by combining a disease risk prediction model, wherein the disease risk prediction result comprises a disease risk value;

the disease risk prediction result also comprises a disease name;
generating diet suggestion information according to the names of the diseased diseases, the basic information and the historical diet information;
the pushing of the home care information to the home care terminal includes:
and pushing the sick early warning information and the diet suggestion information to the home care terminal.
6. A home care information display method is applied to a home care terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
collecting sound data through a service host or a microphone box of the home care terminal, and identifying the sound data to obtain physiological monitoring data;
sending the physiological monitoring data to the home care server;
receiving home care information fed back by the home care server based on the physiological monitoring data;

and the home care information sending module is used for pushing the home care information to the home care terminal.

the voice data acquisition module is used for acquiring voice data through a service host or a microphone box of the home care terminal;
the physiological monitoring data acquisition module is used for identifying the sound data to obtain physiological monitoring data;
the physiological monitoring data sending module is used for sending the physiological monitoring data to the home nursing server;
the home care information receiving module is used for receiving home care information fed back by the home care server based on the physiological monitoring data;
the information type determining module is used for determining the information type of the home care information;
and the home care information display module is used for displaying the home care information according to the information type.
