when the outer plug-in card 7 needs to be installed, the through hole on the outer plug-in card 7 is aligned with the plug-in post 3 to be inserted, the outer end 31 of the spring pin 4 retracts into the spring groove 5 when being extruded by the outer plug-in card 7, and the spring pin 4 is ejected outwards by the elasticity of the spring 6 after the plug-in post 3 is completely inserted, so that the outer plug-in card 7 is clamped. When the outer plug-in card 7 and the separation blade body 1 need to be detached, the spring pin 4 is pressed into the spring groove 5, and the outer plug-in card 7 can be directly taken out.
