A. cleaning the lens by ultrasonic alcohol washing, wherein the surface of the lens is cleaned by ultrasonic alcohol washing for at least fifteen minutes;
B. spraying the inner layer surface (4) of the lens on the inner layer of the lens to perform inner layer treatment, and curing by a UV curing process after spraying is finished;
C. spraying a layer of organic solvent type reinforcing liquid (5) on the surface of the outer layer of the lens, and curing by a UV curing process after spraying;
D. plating an anti-reflection layer (6) on the outer side of the cured organic solvent type reinforcing liquid (5) on the surface of the lens by a PVD (physical vapor deposition) process, and plating a waterproof and oil-proof protective layer (7) on the outer side of the anti-reflection layer (6) by PVD.
