本发明公开了一种用于阀门的智能防火气动执行机构,包括执行机构,执行机构一侧固定有集装盒,集装盒内安装有继电器、锂电池、阀门无线控制模块、无线发射接收器和服务器,继电器与锂电池连接,服务器与无线发射接收器连接,阀门无线控制模块包括气压模块、温度显示模块,电量显示模块,外供气管道压力显示模块和阀门开关控制模块;阀门执行机构和集装盒外罩有水夹套,能起到本阀门操作机构防火防爆及日常给本机构内降温作用;供电源发生事故断电后,能自动切换到锂电池供电,能保证阀门开、关次数不少于50次;在发生火灾爆炸等事故时,启动无线操控保证阀门能正常开关;各种模块的设置可实现随时查看执行机构内的情况。

本发明涉及一种执行机构,特别涉及一种用于阀门的智能防火气动执行机构。
背景技术
执行机构是控制阀门运行的机构,现有技术中的执行机构存在如下问题:
1、断电后阀门无法控制,使正在运行的设备中断,造成损失;
2、不能在失电后实现自动控制和压力、温度等的监测,不能实现时时查看气阀运行情况;
3、没有防火的水夹套,发生火灾等现场温度太高,线路烧断阀门无法操作,需要现场工作人员冒险进入火场,进行手动关闭阀门,无法做到防火防爆,存在一定的高温易爆风险。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题,提出了一种用于阀门的智能防火气动执行机构。本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种用于阀门的智能防火气动执行机构,包括执行机构,所述执行机构一侧安装有集装盒,所述集装盒内安装有继电器、锂电池、阀门无线控制模块、无线发射接收器和服务器,所述继电器与所述锂电池连接,所述服务器与所述无线发射接收器连接,所述阀门无线控制模块包括气压模块、温度显示模块,电量显示模块,压力显示模块和阀门开关控制模块,在供电线路发生故障能自动切换到锂电池供电,无线开关阀门不少于50次,同时能显示阀门开关状态,集装盒温度,气管压力,锂电池电量等数据。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明一种用于阀门的智能防火气动执行机构,适用于阀门:球阀、蝶阀等,阀门开关拧动90度即可实现开和关,规格为DN20-DN500,执行机构内自带锂电池、阀门无线控制模块、无线发射接收器和服务器,当供电线路发生故障断电后自动切换到锂电池供电,可保证执行机构正常工作,保证执行机构开、关50次以上,同时显示执行机构工作状态,执行机构内温度、气压等数据,可以起到防火、防爆和防断电。
2、本发明一种用于阀门的智能防火气动执行机构,本机构外罩有循环水夹套,循环水夹套连接工厂冷却水循环系统,当发生火灾时,尽管火灾现场高温有毒,循环水夹套能保护操作机构不被烧坏同时能带走执行机构内产生的热量,对执行机构起到降温的作用,可起到防火防爆作用,保证只要冷却水循环系统正常工作就能够保证执行机构正常工作。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请中的技术方案,下面将结合附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚完整的描述。
本发明的核心是提供了一种用于阀门的智能防火气动执行机构,继电器断电后切换到锂电池供电,不会造成其他设备停止运行造成损失,可实现随时查看执行机构内的情况,可分析和操控执行机构内的情况,防止高温、高压等造成爆炸等事故的发生。

本发明的工作原理:执行机构1的转轴和阀体阀芯连接控制阀体工作,包括进气口和排气口与工厂内的高压供气管连接,高压供气管使用不锈钢材质,进气口连接有电磁阀,电磁阀是执行机构1内自带的元件,电磁阀通过控制气压回路控制执行机构1的开合状态,后期的无线控制模块也是通过电磁阀进行控制的,正常工作时正常电路通过继电器3为其提供电。
以上工作原理均为现有技术。
继电器3正常工作时为本装置供电,同时也为锂电池4充电;当断电后外部供电无法继续为电磁阀供电时,继电器3供电方式切换到锂电池4供电方式,锂电池4自动开启为本装置供电,无缝衔接使得电磁阀正常工作,不会造成其他设备停止运行造成损失。
本装置正常工作时,正常工作时正常供电阀门无线控制模块5包括气压模块8、温度显示模块9,电量显示模块10,压力显示模块11和阀门开关控制模块12,分别对执行机构1内的水流形成的气压、温度,锂电池4电量和执行机构1内充斥的压力进行监测和分析,并将数据传送给无线发射接收器6,无线发射接收器6将数据传送给服务器7,服务器7连接有手机或电脑,可实现随时查看执行机构1内的情况。
水夹套13的设置起到了保护执行机构1的作用,通过循环水带走执行机构收到的热量,使内部设备正常工作,从而可防止碰撞、高温、高压等造成爆炸等事对执行机构造成的损害,减少火灾对管线造成的影响。
水夹套13为金属材质,最好为45钢,可有效防止碰撞、高温高压和水的进入。
服务器7连接有手机或电脑,可通过手机或电脑随时查看执行机构1内的情况。
执行机构1用于旋塞阀。
执行机构1内自带锂电池4、阀门无线控制模块5、无线发射接收器6和服务器7,继电器3断电后自动切换到锂电池4供电,可保证执行机构1正常工作,保证执行机构1开、关50次以上不断电,同时显示执行机构1工作状态,执行机构1内温度、气压等数据。
目前现有气动阀门在发生火灾时,线路烧断阀门无法操作,火灾现场高温有毒,人员无法靠近进行手动操作,水夹套13连接有冷却水循环系统,循环冷却水循环带走水夹套13内执行机构1产生的热量,对执行机构1起到降温的作用,可起到防火防爆作用,只要冷却水循环系统正常工作就能够保证执行机构1正常工作。
