Abstract

本发明涉及一种传动装置,具体涉及一种同步齿形绳传动装置,包括同步齿形绳、同步齿形绳轮,同步齿形绳包括绳体和带齿层,同步齿形绳轮包括带轮本体和设置在带轮本体上的齿槽,带齿层为圆柱面,圆柱面带齿层的内周表面设置有等间距的封闭环形齿,同步齿形绳轮的带轮本体外周表面为圆柱面槽,圆柱面槽设置有等间距的弧形齿。本发明不仅具有传统同步齿形带传统的优点,如准确的传动比、传动稳定、平稳、传动效率高等,还可以实现任意角度轴线的传动和变速,传动动力更大、传动距离长等优点。

Description

一种同步齿形绳传动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传动装置,具体涉及一种同步齿形绳传动装置,用于在精密传动、驱动、变速等场合的应用。
背景技术
在工业应用中,同步带传动是一根表面设有等间距齿形的环形带及相啮合的轮所组成,它综合了带传动、链传动和齿轮传动各自的优点。转动时,通过带齿与轮的齿槽相啮合来传递动力。传输用同步带传动具有准确的传动比,无滑差,可获得恒定的速比,传动平稳,能吸振,噪音小,传动比范围大,传递功率从几瓦到百千瓦。传动效率高,结构紧凑,适宜于多轴传动,不需润滑,无污染,广泛用于各行业各种类型的机械传动中。但同步带传动一般要求同步带轮轴线平行,对于轴线不平行的传动无法使用。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中传统同步齿形带无法实现轴线任意角度传动,不适用非平行轴线的传动的问题,本发明将同步齿形带平面上设置齿改进为圆柱面上设置齿,将同步齿形带轮的圆柱面上设置齿改进为环形圆柱面槽上设置齿。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提出一种同步齿形绳传动装置,可以实现任何轴线任何角度传动,还可以作为运动部件行走时的驱动钢索。具体技术方案如下:
一种同步齿形绳传动装置,包括同步齿形绳、同步齿形绳轮,其中同步齿形绳包括绳体和带齿层,带齿层的内周表面设有等间距的齿,用于接触并配合同步齿形绳轮,同步齿形绳轮包括带轮本体和设置在带轮本体上的齿槽,齿槽与带齿层上的齿啮合传递运动和动力,带齿层为圆柱面,圆柱面带齿层的内周表面设置有等间距的封闭环形齿,同步齿形绳轮的带轮本体外周表面为圆柱面槽,圆柱面槽设置有等间距的弧形齿。
进一步地,上述同步齿形绳轮结构为,周节制的半圆弧型齿槽,其型号分为MXL、XL、L、H,各种型号的弧形齿对应不同的节距Pt、齿形角A、齿高hr、齿顶厚bg、齿顶圆半径R1、齿根圆半径R2、绳轮宽度W、弧齿直径A、绳轮直径D、绳轮键槽H。
进一步地,上述同步齿形绳及绳轮既可以实现两平行轴线的传动和变速,还可以实现非平行轴线的传动和变速,即任意角度轴线的传动和变速。
进一步地,上述同步齿形绳轮固定,环形同步齿形绳可像同步齿形带一样,通过在同步齿形绳上固定滑台,滑台带动工件实现直线运动。
进一步地,当同步齿形绳两端固定张紧,同步齿形绳轮可为主动件,在同步齿形绳上做直线运动,替代齿轮齿条,实现直线运动。
进一步地,上述同步齿形绳上可以有多个同步齿形绳轮同时运动,使其安装多样化,能适应复杂的工况。
本发明有以下有益效果:
1、传统同步带轮,传动是在同一平面内,而齿形绳轮由于其特殊结构,既可以两平行轴线的传动和变速(如图4所示),还可以实现非平行轴线的传动和变速(如图5、6所示),即任意角度轴线的传动和变速。
2、传统同步齿形带轮与同步齿形轮是平面齿接触,而同步齿形绳轮及同步齿形绳是两者的弧面齿接触,在同等尺寸条件下,后者的接触面积加大,所以本发明的传动装置传递动力更大。
3、传统同步齿形带轮传动,是带轮固定作为主动件,而由于绳轮特殊结构,使得其安装位置和安装方式更加多元化,可以固定同步齿形绳轮,使同步齿形绳运动,也可以固定同步齿形绳,使同步齿形绳轮自驱动,这有利于实现长距离直线驱动,替代齿轮齿条实现直线运动。

具体实施方式
在现有技术中,同步齿形带一般分为梯形齿同步带、圆弧齿同步带,梯形齿同步带的齿形为方形,较圆弧齿而言,允许更大的线速度,因而用于高转速传动。圆弧齿同步带的齿形为曲线形,这样齿高、齿根厚和齿根圆角半径更大,在受载之后应力的分布状态较好,避免齿根的应力过于集中而增加齿根的负载水平,因此圆弧齿同步带的齿根承载能力较好、使用寿命更长。梯形齿同步带、圆弧齿同步带的带齿层中齿在平面上设置,齿形带轮中的齿槽在圆柱面上设置,只能用于轴线平行的传动。本发明中的同步齿形绳及同步齿形绳轮将平面上设置的齿改为在圆柱面上设置封闭环形齿,带轮的圆柱面改进为环形圆柱面槽上设置弧形齿,从结构上进行了很大改进。具体从以下实施例来进行阐述。
本发明为一种同步齿形绳传动装置,如图1所示,包括同步齿形绳、同步齿形绳轮,同步齿形绳包括绳体和带齿层,带齿层的内周表面设有等间距的齿,用于接触并配合同步齿形绳轮,同步齿形绳轮包括带轮本体和设置在带轮本体上的齿槽,齿槽与带齿层上的齿啮合传递运动和动力,如图2所示,带齿层为圆柱面,圆柱面带齿层的内周表面设置有等间距的封闭环形齿,同步齿形绳轮的带轮本体外周表面为圆柱面槽,圆柱面槽设置有等间距的弧形齿。
作为本发明的优选实施例,如图2所示,同步齿形绳结构为,周节制的半圆弧型齿槽,其型号分为MXL、XL、L、H,各种型号的弧形齿对应不同的节距Pt、齿形角A、齿高hr、齿顶厚bg、齿顶圆半径R1、齿根圆半径R2,绳轮宽度W,弧齿直径A,绳轮直径D,绳轮键槽H。结构如图3所示,参照同步齿形带制造工艺,其结构齿形参数如下表所示:

作为本发明的优选实施例,如图4、5、6所示,本发明同步齿形绳及同步齿形绳轮集合了带传动、齿轮传动、绳子的优点,使其安装和传动方式更加多样化。传统同步带传动,其带轮安装在同一平面内,而由于同步齿形绳和同步齿形绳轮的特殊结构,保留了带传动的优点,使得传动可以适用于平行轴线、交叉轴线,甚至两轴线相垂直。
作为本发明的优选实例,如图7所示,传统同步带传动,两者接触面对直齿面,本发明中的同步齿形绳及同步齿形绳轮接触面为弧形面,相同尺寸下,弧形齿接触面积更大,传递动力更大;在需要传动相同动力的情况下,同步齿形绳及同步齿形绳轮所占用空间更小,结构更加紧凑。同时,在应用时,如图9所示,两个同步齿形绳轮,能很好地包裹、夹紧同步齿形绳,传递动力更大。
作为本发明的优选实施例,如图8所示,当同步齿形绳轮固定,环形同步齿形绳可像同步齿形带一样,通过在同步齿形绳上固定滑台,滑台带动工件实现直线运动。
作为本发明的优选实施例,如图9所示,当同步齿形绳两端固定张紧,同步齿形绳轮可为主动件,在同步齿形绳上做直线运动,替代齿轮齿条,实现直线运动。
作为本发明的优选实施例,如图10所示,同步齿形绳上也可以有多个同步齿形绳轮同时运动,使其安装、运动更加多样化,能适应更加复杂的工况。

Claims (6)

1.一种同步齿形绳传动装置,包括同步齿形绳、同步齿形绳轮,所述同步齿形绳包括绳体和带齿层,带齿层的内周表面设有等间距的齿,用于接触并配合同步齿形绳轮,所述同步齿形绳轮包括带轮本体和设置在带轮本体上的齿槽,齿槽与带齿层上的齿啮合传递运动和动力,其特征在于,所述带齿层为圆柱面,所述圆柱面带齿层的内周表面设置有等间距的封闭环形齿,所述同步齿形绳轮的带轮本体外周表面为圆柱面槽,所述圆柱面槽设置有等间距的弧形齿。
2.如权利要求1所述的同步齿形绳传动装置,其特征在于,所述同步齿形绳轮结构为,周节制的半圆弧型齿槽,其型号分为MXL、XL、L、H,各种型号的弧形齿对应不同的节距Pt、齿形角A、齿高hr、齿顶厚bg、齿顶圆半径R1、齿根圆半径R2、绳轮宽度W、弧齿直径A、绳轮直径D、绳轮键槽H。
3.如权利要求1所述的同步齿形绳传动装置,其特征在于,所述同步齿形绳及同步齿形绳轮既可以实现两平行轴线的传动和变速,还可以实现非平行轴线的传动和变速,即任意角度轴线的传动和变速。
4.如权利要求1所述的同步齿形绳传动装置,其特征在于,所述同步齿形绳轮固定,环形同步齿形绳可像同步齿形带一样,通过在同步齿形绳上固定滑台,滑台带动工件实现直线运动。
