Four side edges of the head end, the tail end, the left side and the right side of the fabric roller shutter 6 can be subjected to the same process treatment by using zipper tapes, so that the connecting pieces of the zipper tapes form roller shutter side bulges on the four side edges of the fabric roller shutter respectively. The head-end rolling curtain side protrusion of the fabric rolling curtain 6 can be better clamped by the clamping part of the upper buckle strip 76. In the same way, the rolling curtain side bulge at the tail end of the fabric rolling curtain 6 can be better clamped by the clamping part of the lower buckling strip 8.
The four side edges of the fabric roller shutter 6 are processed by the same process, so that the problem of error in the processing process of the fabric roller shutter is favorably solved, the processing efficiency is improved, and the yield of products is improved.
The elastic component can be selected as a steel wire spring 24, which has simple structure, is convenient for maintenance and service and is convenient for workers to install. The groups of wire springs 24 are uniformly distributed along the extension direction of the guide rail, which is beneficial to applying uniform tension to the fabric roller blind.
The surface of the fabric roller shutter 6 is coated with an ultraviolet-proof coating to improve the radiation-proof performance of the product. Meanwhile, the fabric of the fabric roller shutter 6 can be made of mildew-proof materials, so that the service life of the product is prolonged. In order to further improve the consistency of product quality, the material of the thread braid of the zipper tape is the same as that of the fabric roller shutter 6.

step two, the driving component is pre-installed in the housing, and an upper buckling strip at the head end of the fabric roller shutter is inserted in an upper buckling strip groove of the driving shaft;
leveling and marking in the window opening, and positioning the housing;
installing a housing and a guide rail on the wall of the window opening, inserting a rolling curtain side protrusion of the fabric rolling curtain into the track from the head end of the guide rail, and installing a lower buckling strip at the tail end of the fabric rolling curtain and clamping the lower buckling strip with the bottom beam;
and step five, debugging the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of the motor to ensure that the fabric roller shutter smoothly slides in the track.

1. An electric fabric roller shutter for external sunshade is characterized by comprising a housing, a guide rail, a fabric roller shutter, a bottom beam and a driving component arranged in the housing;
the housing is fixedly arranged on a wall, and a rolling curtain groove for a fabric rolling curtain to pass through is formed in the tail end of the housing;
the driving assembly comprises a driving shaft and a motor for providing power for the fabric roller shutter to rotate and wind, the motor is fixedly arranged on a left end seat of the housing, an output shaft of the motor is connected with a driving end of the driving shaft, and a driven end of the driving shaft is connected with a right end seat of the housing through a bearing;
the fabric roller shutter is characterized in that an upper buckling strip is arranged at the head end of the fabric roller shutter, an upper buckling strip groove is formed in the driving shaft, the upper buckling strip is inserted into the upper buckling strip groove, a lower buckling strip is arranged at the tail end of the fabric roller shutter, a lower buckling strip groove is formed in the bottom beam, the lower buckling strip is clamped in the lower buckling strip groove, and a roller shutter side protrusion is arranged on the side edge of the fabric roller shutter;
the guide rail comprises a left guide rail and a right guide rail, the side face of the left guide rail and the side face of the right guide rail are fixedly mounted on the wall, guide grooves are formed in the faces, opposite to the right guide rail, of the left guide rail, buckling grooves are connected in the guide grooves in a clamping mode, sliding grooves are connected in the buckling grooves in an inserting mode, the sliding grooves are provided with rails and tensioning end faces, the rolling curtain side is inserted into the rails in a protruding mode, and elastic components for providing horizontal tension for the fabric rolling curtain are arranged between the tensioning end faces and the buckling grooves.
2. The electric fabric roller shutter for external sunshade according to claim 1, wherein a guide rail back cover is inserted into the tail end of the guide rail, and the guide rail back cover is locked with the side surface of the guide rail through a first fastening screw.

The motorized textile roller shade for external sunshade according to claim 1, wherein the left guide rail comprises a guide rail fixing seat and a guide rail outer cover, the guide rail fixing seat is fixedly installed on the wall, the guide rail outer cover is fixedly installed on the guide rail fixing seat through a second fastening screw, the guide rail fixing seat and the guide rail outer cover enclose a guide groove, and the second fastening screw is located at the bottom of the guide groove.

The electric fabric roller shutter for external sunshade according to claim 1, wherein the driving assembly further comprises a motor shaft head, an adapter sleeve and a tail plug, the driving shaft is in a circular tube shape, an output shaft of the motor extends into the driving shaft, the output shaft is connected with the inner wall of the driving shaft through the adapter sleeve, the motor shaft head is inserted into the driving end of the driving shaft, and the tail plug is inserted into the driven end of the driving shaft.

The electric fabric roller shutter for external sunshade according to claim 1, wherein the bottom beam has a cavity for accommodating the weight block therein, the lower buckle slot is located on the head end face of the bottom beam, bottom beam plugs are provided on both sides of the bottom beam, and a sealing strip is inserted into the tail end of the bottom beam.

The motorized textile roller shade for exterior shading according to claim 1, wherein a zipper strip is connected to a side edge of the textile roller shade, the zipper strip having a string braid and a row of coupling members arranged on edges of the string braid, the coupling members forming symmetrical protrusions on both sides of the string braid, the string braid being connected to a side edge of the textile roller shade.
7. The motorized textile roller shade for exterior shading according to claim 1, wherein the elastic member is a wire spring.
8. A method of mounting an electric fabric roller blind for external sunshade according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the steps of:
step one, determining the type of an electric fabric roller shutter for external shading according to the size of a construction reserved window hole;
step two, the driving component is pre-installed in the housing, and an upper buckling strip at the head end of the fabric roller shutter is inserted in an upper buckling strip groove of the driving shaft;
leveling and marking in the window opening, and positioning the housing;
installing a housing and a guide rail on the wall of the window opening, inserting a rolling curtain side protrusion of the fabric rolling curtain into the track from the head end of the guide rail, and installing a lower buckling strip at the tail end of the fabric rolling curtain and clamping the lower buckling strip with the bottom beam;
and step five, debugging the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of the motor to ensure that the fabric roller shutter smoothly slides in the track.
