Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a vinyl acetate adhesive which comprises the following components in parts by weight: vinyl acetate, ethylene ethyl methacrylate, persulfate, an emulsifier, polyvinyl alcohol, a plasticizer, sodium bisulfite, CaCO3, water, a defoaming agent, vitamins, tert-butyl hydroperoxide and a preservative; wherein the contents of the components are respectively as follows according to the parts by weight: 24-25 parts of vinyl acetate, 0.6-0.7 part of ethylene ethyl acetate methacrylate, 0.1-0.2 part of persulfate, 1.5-2 parts of plasticizer, 0.1-0.15 part of emulsifier, 0.3-0.4 part of sodium bisulfite, 4.5-5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, CaCO315 to 20 portions of water, 47 to 52 portions of water, 0.09 to 0.1 portion of defoaming agent, 0.001 to 0.002 portion of vitamin C, 0.003 to 0.004 portion of tert-butyl hydroperoxide and 0.1 to 0.2 portion of preservative.

step seven: stirring for 30 minutes after all the dropwise adding is finished, adding vitamins and tert-butyl hydroperoxide, and performing vacuum extraction to obtain an extracting solution;
step eight: adding 1.5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol into 9 parts of water and continuously stirring; heating the mixture to 90 ℃ by steam, and preserving the heat for 2 hours;
