Abstract

Performance testing
The primer-topcoat one-building interior and exterior wall coatings obtained in examples 1 to 3 were tested for alkali resistance, saltpetering resistance, water permeability, scrubbing resistance, weathering resistance, and the like, respectively.
The test results are given in table 1 below.

In conclusion, the primer-topcoat integrated building interior and exterior wall coating provided by the invention has good alkali resistance, saltpetering resistance, water permeability, scrubbing resistance and artificial weather aging resistance.

3. The primer-topcoat-based architectural interior/exterior wall coating material of claim 1, wherein the inorganic modified polymer resin is a chemically modified graft polymer resin.
4. The primer-topcoat-type architectural interior/exterior wall coating material according to claim 1, wherein the inorganic modified polymer resin is a composition obtained by mixing an organic resin and an inorganic slurry.
5. The primer-topcoat-based architectural interior and exterior wall coating material of claim 1, wherein the pigment is rutile type titanium dioxide or anatase type titanium dioxide.
6. A method for preparing a primer-topcoat-based coating for interior and exterior walls of a building as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
adding 10-20 parts of water, 0.3-0.5 part of silane coupling agent, 0.3-0.6 part of defoaming agent and 0.5-1.0 part of wetting dispersant into a paint mixing tank, stirring at 400-600rpm for 15-20min, adding 5-23 parts of titanium dioxide and 10-20 parts of filler, increasing the rotation speed to 1500-2000rpm, grinding to 20-30 mu m, adding 25-45 parts of inorganic modified polymer resin, adding 2.0-4.0 parts of film-forming auxiliary agent while stirring, continuing stirring for 15-20min, then adding 0.5-1.0 part of thickening agent to adjust to the required viscosity, adding 0.3-0.5 part of antibacterial mildew preventive, finally adding 0-3 part of color paste, uniformly stirring, discharging and packaging to obtain the bottom-integrated building interior and exterior wall coating.
