Abstract
The invention discloses a liquid repairing agent for improving electric corrosion of a water-blocking buffer belt of a high-voltage and ultrahigh-voltage cable, and a preparation method, a filling device and a filling method of the liquid repairing agent, and belongs to the technical field of repairing of the water-blocking buffer belt of the cable. The technical scheme is as follows: comprises 40-80% of polydimethylsiloxane; 5% -40% of graphite particles; 10% -20% of silicon dioxide spheres; 1% -3% of silane coupling agent; placing graphite particles, silicon dioxide spheres and a silane coupling agent into a stirrer, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, fully stirring, drying to obtain mixed powder, adding polydimethylsiloxane into the mixed powder, and placing the mixed powder in a three-roll grinder for grinding and dispersing to obtain the liquid repairing agent. The liquid repair agent is injected between the corrugated aluminum sheath and the insulated wire core by a filling device. The invention can obviously improve the electric corrosion condition of the cable water-blocking buffer belt, has simple construction, short period and low requirement on environment, can greatly reduce the repair cost of the cable and prolong the service life of the cable.

Background
Moisture can get into the buffering area that blocks water in the processing and the storage process of 110kV and above high-voltage cable for the buffering area that blocks water inflation powder that absorbs water inflation, and partial separation can appear between the two-layer semi-conductive non-woven fabrics of buffering area that blocks water, makes the buffering area that blocks water resistance increase. In the cable which runs or generates the electric corrosion of the water-blocking buffer belt, the increase of the resistance of the water-blocking buffer belt causes the potential difference between the cable insulation shielding layer and the corrugated aluminum sheath, the potential difference is not enough to cause the discharge, but the potential difference causes the current to flow through the resistance, the resistance generates heat, the water-blocking buffer belt is locally damaged by the final heat, and the cable breakdown is caused in severe cases.

According to the second aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of a liquid repairing agent for improving electric corrosion of a water-blocking buffer belt of a high-voltage and ultrahigh-voltage cable, which comprises the steps of weighing the components in proportion, putting graphite particles, silica spheres and a silane coupling agent into a stirrer, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, fully stirring, then putting the mixture into a drying room at the temperature of 60-70 ℃ for drying for 4-8 hours to obtain mixed powder, adding polydimethylsiloxane into the mixed powder, and putting the mixture into a three-roll grinder for grinding and dispersing to obtain the liquid repairing agent.
The invention provides a filling device of a liquid repairing agent for improving the electric corrosion of a water-blocking buffer belt of a high-voltage ultrahigh-voltage cable, which is characterized by comprising a filling device body, a device connecting pipe and a sealing clamp, wherein the sealing clamp comprises a first sealing clamp and a second sealing clamp, the first sealing clamp and the second sealing clamp respectively comprise semicircular shells, connecting plates are respectively arranged on two sides of each shell, the first sealing clamp and the second sealing clamp are detachably connected through the connecting plates, and a repairing agent inlet and outlet is arranged on each shell of the first sealing clamp; the filling equipment body is connected with the repairing agent liquid inlet and outlet through an equipment connecting pipe.

s3: stripping off the 100-200mm water-blocking buffer tape along the direction of the solution filling to expose the insulated wire core;
s4: along the direction of filling solution, winding and fastening 50-100mm of the exposed corrugated aluminum sheath and 100-150mm of the exposed insulated wire core by using an insulated self-adhesive tape according to the overlapping rate of not less than 10 percent, wherein the winding thickness is 2-5 mm;
s5: symmetrically stripping the other end of the cable which runs or generates the water-blocking buffer belt electric corrosion by the same method of S1-S4;
s6: placing a sealing clamp at the position where the insulating self-adhesive tape is wound, and connecting a first sealing clamp and a second sealing clamp, wherein the joint gap between the first sealing clamp and the second sealing clamp is not more than 1 mm; fully stirring the prepared liquid repairing agent solution, adding the solution into a filling equipment body, connecting a liquid outlet of the filling equipment body with a repairing agent inlet and outlet at one end of a cable by using an equipment connecting pipe, keeping the repairing agent inlet and outlet at the other end of the cable in an open state, filling the liquid repairing agent between the corrugated aluminum sheath and the insulated wire core by using the filling equipment, continuing to fill for 10-30min when the repairing agent inlet and outlet in the open state flows out of the liquid repairing agent, stopping the machine, standing for 24h, and finishing filling.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: (1) by adopting the liquid repairing agent and the filling method thereof, the situation that the cable water-blocking buffer belt is corroded electrically due to resistance heating caused by the potential difference formed by the water-blocking buffer belt between the cable insulation shielding layer and the corrugated aluminum sheath can be obviously improved, and the probability of cable failure due to electric corrosion is greatly reduced; (2) the technology disclosed by the invention is simple in construction, short in period and low in environmental requirement, and can greatly reduce the repair cost of the cable water-blocking buffer tape and prolong the service life of the cable; (3) the silane coupling agent is added to form a layer of film on the surface of the graphite particles, so that the graphite particles have better dispersibility and are not easy to agglomerate; polydimethylsiloxane as a diluent for the binder; the conductive capability of the repairing agent can be enhanced by adding the graphite particles; the addition of the silica balls makes the grinding more fully uniform.

Examples 1 to 4 and comparative example 1
The components of the liquid repairing agent for improving the electric corrosion of the water blocking buffer tape of the high-voltage extra-high-voltage cables in the examples 1 to 4 and the comparative example are shown in the following table 1:

After the components are weighed according to the proportion, firstly placing graphite particles, silicon dioxide spheres and a silane coupling agent into a stirrer, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, fully stirring, then placing the stirrer in a drying room at the temperature of 60-70 ℃ to dry for 4-8 hours to obtain mixed powder, adding polydimethylsiloxane into the mixed powder, and placing the mixed powder in a three-roll grinder to grind and disperse to obtain the liquid repairing agent. In the preparation process, the graphite particles of comparative example 1 have poor dispersibility and are easy to agglomerate, while the graphite particles of examples 1 to 4 have good dispersibility and are not easy to agglomerate, because the silane coupling agent is added to form a layer of film on the surface of the graphite particles, so that the graphite particles have better dispersibility and are not easy to agglomerate.
Example 5
The embodiment provides a filling device for filling a liquid repairing agent of embodiments 1 to 4, which comprises a filling device body 9, a device connecting pipe 8 and sealing clamps, wherein each sealing clamp comprises a first sealing clamp and a second sealing clamp, each first sealing clamp and each second sealing clamp comprise semicircular shells, connecting plates 5 are respectively arranged on two sides of each shell, the first sealing clamp and the second sealing clamp are connected through threads arranged on the connecting plates 5, and a repairing agent inlet and outlet 4 is arranged on each shell of the first sealing clamp; the filling equipment body is connected with the repairing agent liquid inlet and outlet 4 through an equipment connecting pipe 8.
The using method comprises the following steps:
s1: stripping the outer sheath 1 of the cable from two ends of the cable which runs or generates the water-blocking buffer belt electric corrosion, wherein the length of the outer sheath is 350-450mm, and the corrugated aluminum sheath 2 is exposed;
s2: stripping the 150-250mm corrugated aluminum sheath 2 along the direction of the solution filling to expose the water-blocking buffer belt 6;
s3: stripping the 100-200mm water-blocking buffer tape 6 along the direction of the solution filling to expose the insulated wire core 7;
s4: along the direction of filling solution, winding and fastening the exposed corrugated aluminum sheath at the position of 250-100mm and the exposed insulated wire core 7 at the position of 100-150mm by using an insulated self-adhesive tape 3 according to the overlapping rate of not less than 10 percent, wherein the winding thickness is 3-5mm, and the insulated self-adhesive tape plays a role in sealing and protecting the cable;
s5: symmetrically stripping the other end of the cable which runs or generates the water-blocking buffer belt electric corrosion by the same method of S1-S4;
s6: placing a sealing clamp at the position where the insulating self-adhesive tape 3 is wound, and connecting a first sealing clamp and a second sealing clamp, wherein the joint clearance between the first sealing clamp and the second sealing clamp is not more than 1 mm; fully stirring the prepared liquid repairing agent solution, adding the solution into a filling equipment body 9, connecting a liquid outlet of the filling equipment body 9 with a repairing agent inlet and outlet 4 at one end of a cable by using an equipment connecting pipe 8, keeping the repairing agent inlet and outlet 4 at the other end of the cable in an open state, filling the liquid repairing agent between the corrugated aluminum sheath 2 and the insulating wire core 7 through filling equipment, continuing to fill for 10-30min when the repairing agent inlet and outlet 4 in the open state flows out of the liquid repairing agent, stopping the machine, standing for 24h, and finishing filling.
Claims (7)
1. The liquid repairing agent for improving the electric corrosion of the water-blocking buffer belt of the high-voltage and ultrahigh-voltage cable is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
40% -80% of polydimethylsiloxane;
5% -40% of graphite particles;
10% -20% of silicon dioxide spheres;
1% -3% of silane coupling agent;
the kinematic viscosity of polydimethylsiloxane at 25 ℃ is 10-100mm2/S;
The particle size of the graphite particles is 1-20 mu m;
the particle size of the silicon dioxide spheres is 10-50 nm.
