Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cranes, in particular to a method for dismantling a tower crane.
Background
When demolishing the large-scale tower crane at super high-rise building top, the process is comparatively simple, and construction cycle is shorter, demolishs the mode and generally does: after the construction of the large tower crane is finished, a corresponding smooth position is found at the top, a small tower crane and a roof crane which can be automatically dismantled are directly arranged, and the small tower crane and the roof crane are dismantled in sequence from big to small without any replacement and auxiliary measures. However, the method and the process steps are very suitable for the dismantling of the large tower crane under the engineering environmental characteristics of simple structure of the top of the building, gentle structure plane and small contraction amplitude of the vertical face of the building.
However, the method for dismantling the tower crane cannot meet the following requirements of dismantling the tower crane under the working conditions of the building environment: when the vertical surface of the super high-rise building is greatly inclined and contracted towards the inner side, the difference between the side line of the top structure and the side line of the bottom structure of the building exceeds the range of the lifting performance of the existing mechanical equipment, so that the tower crane cannot be dismounted by adopting the conventional dismounting method; and in the case that the contraction is continuous for the building elevation, the platform roofs on different heights formed by similar step type contraction are not used for erecting the dismounting device.
Therefore, under the non-stepped continuous building facade greatly-contracted working condition environment, when the performance of the demolition device meets the hoisting weight requirement of tower crane demolition, normal hoisting can be carried out only by a certain hoisting radius, but the hoisting radius is often smaller than the difference between the side line of the top structure and the side line of the bottom structure of the building, the demolition device collides with the understructure of the building, the demolition device cannot normally work, the hoisting radius is larger, and meanwhile, the large demolition device which can meet the hoisting weight requirement of tower crane demolition does not have enough space for erection.

s2, disassembling the crane arm: hoisting the jib to be dismantled, dismantling the two lower pin shafts, subsequently replacing the original pin shafts with two M16X150 bolts, then removing the upper chord pin shaft, slowly descending the jib to be dismantled under the bearing action of the steel wire rope, and suspending the jib to be dismantled on the two pin shafts of the lower chord;
s3, disassembling and putting a crane arm: two pin shafts of a lower chord on a cargo boom to be disassembled are disassembled from the lifting hook connected by a steel wire rope, and then the disassembled cargo boom is hoisted to the ground by the lifting hook;
s4: disassembling the supporting arm: the supporting arm is hoisted through the lifting hook arranged on the balance arm, then under the connecting action of the drawknot ear plates, the connecting pin shafts between the short supporting rod and the supporting arm and between the long supporting rod and the supporting arm are pulled out, the short supporting rod and the long supporting rod are pulled down from the supporting arm, and the supporting arm which is pulled down is hoisted to the ground by the lifting hook.
Preferably, the width between the connecting plates is determined according to the size of the pulley, the middle lining is fixed by an M16 bolt, and the length of the bolt is reserved for 100 mm.
Preferably, the support arm is provided with two short support rods and two long support rods through pin shafts, and one ends of the short support rods and one ends of the long support rods are fixedly connected through the pin shafts.
Preferably, the boom upper chord and the boom lower chord are square tubes formed by welding two angle steels, the boom frame of the boom is a triangular section, and the sections are connected with each other by a pin shaft.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention can disassemble the crane boom on the crane section by section, has simple operation, ensures the installation performance and improves the working efficiency of the disassembly operation of the crane boom.
2. According to the invention, the support arm arranged on the tower crane can be utilized to enable the support arm to be matched with the short support rod and the long support rod, and the high-altitude dismantling is completed on the balance arm under the action of the motor driving the winding steel wire rope.
