Claims (10)

1. The traction type ash material spreading vehicle comprises a traction type chassis, a powder bin and a chain type scraper blade conveying device, wherein the powder bin is fixed on the traction type chassis, and the bottom of an inner cavity of the powder bin of the chain type scraper blade conveying device is provided with a plurality of guide rails;
the vibrating reciprocating type swinging and screening dispensing device is characterized by further comprising a vibrating reciprocating type swinging and screening dispensing device, wherein the vibrating reciprocating type swinging and screening dispensing device comprises a dispensing bin, a swinging device, a swinging motor and a crank connecting rod mechanism;
the spreading bin is fixed at the rear end of the traction type chassis, the upper port of the spreading bin corresponds to the discharge port of the powder bin, and the discharge port of the powder bin corresponds to the output end of the chain type scraper conveying device;
the swing device hangs in the spreading feed bin, the swing motor is fixed at the spreading feed bin lateral wall, and the power take off end of swing motor passes through crank link mechanism and connects the swing device, and the swing device feed opening is seted up to the swing device lower extreme, and the material mouth is spilt to corresponding spreading feed bin lower extreme.
2. The towed ash spreader of claim 1, wherein said swing assembly includes a swing box, a hanger bar, and a ramp;
the swinging box body is of an up-and-down through structure, the inclined inserting plates are obliquely arranged in the swinging box body, namely two ends of the inclined inserting plates are welded with the inner walls of two ends of the swinging box body;
the upper end of the swinging box body is hinged with the lower end of the hanging rod, the upper end of the hanging rod is hinged with the traction type chassis, the feed opening of the swinging device is the feed opening of the swinging box body, and a guide inclined plane is designed at the feed opening of the swinging box body, so that a swinging sieve labyrinth secondary blanking chamber is formed in the swinging box body.
3. The traction type ash spreading vehicle according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a closed ash cover is arranged between the discharge port of the powder storage bin and the upper port of the spreading storage bin.
4. The trailed ash spreader of claim 1 or 2, wherein the chain scraper conveyor comprises a main chain wheel, a secondary chain wheel, an ash conveying scraper, a conveying scraper gear box and a conveying scraper driving motor;
the ash conveying scraper is of a chain belt-shaped structure and is assembled on the main chain wheel and the driven chain wheel;
the power output end of the conveying scraper blade gearbox is connected with the main chain wheel, and the power input end of the conveying scraper blade gearbox is connected with the conveying scraper blade driving motor.
5. The traction type ash material spreading vehicle according to claim 4, wherein a hydraulic oil tank and a speed regulating valve are fixed on the outer wall of the powder bin;
the speed regulating valve is connected with a hydraulic oil tank through a hydraulic pipeline;
the two speed regulating valves are arranged, one of the two speed regulating valves is connected with the swing motor through a hydraulic pipeline, and the other speed regulating valve is connected with the conveying scraper driving motor through a hydraulic pipeline.
6. The towed ash spreader of claim 1, 2 or 5, wherein the powder silo is further provided with a built-in lifting screen above the chain scraper conveyor.
7. The towed ash spreader of claim 6, wherein both ends of said internal elevating screen are fixed to a hydraulic elevating device of a screen, and said hydraulic elevating device is fixed to the inner wall of a powder bin.

The traction type ash material spreading vehicle according to claim 1, 2, 5 or 7, wherein an upper cover is arranged at the upper port of the powder bin, and the upper cover is covered on the upper port of the powder bin through an upper cover overturning hydraulic device, namely, one end of the upper cover overturning hydraulic device is connected with the upper cover, and the other end of the upper cover overturning hydraulic device is connected with the powder bin.
9. A towed ash spreader vehicle according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein said towed chassis includes a chassis body, support rods, tow bars, wheels;
the wheels are arranged at the center of the bottom surface of the chassis body;
the rear end of the towing rod is connected with the chassis body, the supporting rod is installed at the front end of the towing rod, and the towing rod is located in front of the wheels.

The towed ash spreader of claim 5, wherein said chain scraper conveyors, when two are provided and each are used independently, form a dual-drive dual-channel chain scraper conveyor system, and when more than two are provided and each are used independently, form a multi-drive multi-channel chain scraper conveyor system;
the chain scraper conveying device forms a single-drive double-channel chain scraper conveying system when being provided with two chain scraper conveying devices and used in coaxial linkage, and forms the single-drive multi-channel chain scraper conveying system when being provided with more than two chain scraper conveying devices and used in coaxial linkage.
