In the related art, the gap between the lamp and the body cover of the vehicle is one of the criteria for evaluating the appearance of the vehicle, and therefore, how to regulate the gap between the lamp and the body cover during the installation process becomes a technical problem studied by those skilled in the art.
In the mounting process of the vehicle lamp and the vehicle body cover, for example, in the mounting process of the fender panel and the vehicle lamp, the fender panel is usually mounted on the vehicle body first, and then the vehicle lamp is mounted. Moreover, due to the fact that the lamp has dead weight, the center of gravity of the lamp is deviated from the front in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and the lamp tends to turn over forwards easily in the installation process, so that obvious section difference exists at the position where the lamp and the fender are connected in appearance after the lamp is installed, the appearance gap between the lamp and the fender is too large, and the appearance attractiveness of the vehicle is affected.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a mounting assembly 100 for a vehicle is provided according to an embodiment of the present invention. The vehicle includes a lamp 300 and a body cover 200. The mounting assembly 100 includes a fixing portion 10 and a supporting portion 20 connecting the fixing portion 10. The fixing portion 10 is used to detachably fix the mount assembly 100 to the vehicle body panel 200. The support portion 20 serves to support the lamp 300 during mounting of the lamp 300 to the body of the vehicle, so that the lamp 300 is positioned to a predetermined mounting position.
In the above mounting assembly 100, the fixing portion 10 fixes the mounting assembly 100 to the vehicle body panel 200, and the supporting portion 20 can support the lamp 300, so that the mounting assembly 100 can support the lamp 300 during the mounting of the lamp 300 to the vehicle body, so that the lamp 300 can be positioned to a predetermined mounting position, and thus the appearance gap L between the lamp 300 and the vehicle body panel 200 can be adjusted to ensure the aesthetic appearance of the vehicle.
Specifically, the body cover 200 may include a front fender, a rear fender, a front bumper, a rear bumper, and the like, and the body cover 200 of the vehicle lamp 300 having a joint portion in appearance.
The lamps 300 may include headlights 300 for road lighting or signaling vehicle movement, such as tail lamps, and turn lamps.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the technical means of the embodiment of the present invention will be described by taking the vehicle body cover 200 as a fender and the vehicle lamp 300 as a headlamp as examples.
It is understood that the design clearance L between the lamp 300 and the body cover 200 is not as small as possible in the design of the automobile, and the design criteria for the design clearance L between the lamp 300 and the body cover 200 are different in different automobile types. Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, positioning the lamp 300 to the predetermined mounting position with the support of the mounting assembly 100 means positioning the lamp 300 to the design clearance L with the vehicle body cover 200 in conformity with the design standard of the appearance clearance of the vehicle.
With continued reference to fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a case where the mounting assembly 100 is fixed on the vehicle body covering 200 to support the vehicle lamp 300, during the production and installation of the vehicle, the vehicle body covering 200 may be first mounted on the vehicle body, then the vehicle lamp 300 may be mounted, a part of the mounting point of the vehicle lamp 300 on the vehicle body may be fixed to pre-fix the vehicle lamp 300, then the mounting assembly 100 may be fixed to the vehicle body covering 200 through the fixing portion 10, so that the supporting portion 20 of the mounting assembly 100 supports the vehicle lamp 300, so that the vehicle lamp 300 can be positioned to a predetermined mounting position under the support of the mounting assembly 100 to regulate and control the appearance gap L between the vehicle lamp 300 and the vehicle body covering 200, in the subsequent mounting process, the mounting assembly 100 can maintain the vehicle lamp 300 at the predetermined mounting position, after all the mounting points of the vehicle lamp 300 are fixed, the mounting assembly 100 may be detached from the vehicle body covering, and the vehicle lamp 300 does not turn or displace, thereby ensuring that the appearance gap L between the vehicle lamp 300 and the vehicle body cover 200 meets the design criteria after the vehicle lamp 300 and the vehicle body cover 200 are both mounted.
The mounting assembly 100 may be made of cast iron, aluminum alloy, or other relatively strong material, and in embodiments of the present invention, the mounting assembly 100 is made of cast iron.
Further, referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the mounting assembly 100 includes a fastener 30. The vehicle body cover 200 includes a mount portion 201. The fixing member 30 connects the fixing portion 10 and the mounting portion 201 to restrict movement of the fixing portion 10 with respect to the mounting portion 201.
In this manner, the mount assembly 100 can be fixed to the mount portion 201 by the fixing member 30, so that a stable and reliable connection can be formed between the mount assembly 100 and the vehicle body panel 200.
Further, in some embodiments, the fixing member 30 may include a permanent magnet member for being fixed to the fixing portion 10, and the permanent magnet member may be attached to the mounting portion 201 in a case where the fixing portion 10 interferes with the mounting portion 201.
In this way, the fixing portion 10 can be attracted to the mounting portion 201 by the magnetism of the permanent magnet fixed to the fixing portion 10, thereby fixing the mounting assembly 100 to the vehicle body cover 200 to provide a stable supporting force when the supporting portion 20 supports the vehicle lamp 300.
It is understood that in the design of an automobile, the body cover 200 is generally made of metal or alloy in order to ensure the structural strength of the vehicle, and in the present embodiment, the body cover 200 is made of a material capable of being magnetically attracted, such as a steel plate.
Specifically, the permanent magnet may be a strong magnet (ndfeb magnet), and compared with ferrite magnet, alnico magnet, etc., the magnetic property of the ndfeb magnet obviously surpasses that of other magnets, and the ndfeb magnet can be strongly and effectively adsorbed on the vehicle body covering member 200.
Referring to fig. 3, a first mounting hole 11 may be formed on the fixing portion 10, and the permanent magnet is received and fixed in the first mounting hole 11. The permanent magnet pieces may be cylindrical, prismatic or other geometric shapes, and the shape of the first mounting hole 11 may match the shape of the permanent magnet pieces so that the permanent magnet pieces are mounted in the first mounting hole 11.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the permanent magnet member is a cylinder, and the first mounting hole 11 is a cylindrical hole. Moreover, the first mounting hole 11 and the permanent magnet piece may be in interference fit, so that when the permanent magnet piece is adsorbed on the vehicle body covering part 200, the permanent magnet piece is not easy to fall off from the first mounting hole 11, thereby ensuring that the permanent magnet piece can provide stable and reliable adsorption force for the fixing part 10, and enabling the mounting assembly 100 to be firmly mounted on the vehicle body covering part 200.
Of course, in other embodiments, the permanent magnet may also be fixed on the fixing portion 10 by other manners, for example, the permanent magnet is attached to the fixing portion 10 by strong glue, which is not described herein.
The fixing member 30 may further include a threaded fastener, the fixing portion 10 may be formed with a second mounting hole (not shown), the mounting portion 201 may be correspondingly formed with a third mounting hole (not shown), and the threaded fastener may fixedly connect the fixing portion 10 and the mounting portion 201 through the second and third mounting holes to limit movement of the fixing portion 10 relative to the mounting portion 201, thereby fixing the mounting assembly 100 to the vehicle body panel 200.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in some embodiments, the mounting assembly 100 further includes a positioning member 40. The positioning member 40 is used for positioning and mounting the fixing portion 10 on the mounting portion 201.
