The linkage mechanism 4 comprises a first transmission belt group 41, a sector gear 42, a third gear 43, a first bevel gear 44, a second bevel gear 45, a fourth gear 46 and a rack 47, the front side surface of the mounting frame 2 is rotatably connected with the sector gear 42, the first transmission belt group 41 is connected between a transmission shaft of the sector gear 42 and the second pressing wheel 35, the front side surface of the mounting frame 2 is rotatably connected with the first bevel gear 44, the first bevel gear 44 is positioned on the right side of the sector gear 42, the front side of the first bevel gear 44 is connected with the third gear 43, the third gear 43 is meshed with the sector gear 42, the front side surface of the guide frame 51 is rotatably connected with the fourth gear 46, the top of the fourth gear 46 is connected with the second bevel gear 45, the second bevel gear 45 is meshed with the first bevel gear 44, the upper part of the front side surface of the pushing mechanism 5 is connected with the rack 47, and the rack 47 is meshed with the fourth gear 46.
The pushing mechanism 5 comprises a guide frame 51, a pushing block 52, a return spring 53 and a baffle 54, the baffle 54 is connected to the right side surface of the mounting frame 2, the guide frame 51 is connected to the left side surface of the baffle 54, the bottom of the guide frame 51 is connected with the top of the bottom plate 1, the pushing block 52 is connected to the guide frame 51 in a sliding manner, and the two return springs 53 are symmetrically connected between the pushing block 52 and the baffle 54 in a front-back manner.
When the epicarp is to be pressed, firstly, the epicarp is poured to the left side of the guide frame 51, then the servo motor 31 is started to enable the first pressing wheel 32 to rotate, the first gear 33 and the second gear 34 enable the first pressing wheel 32 and the second pressing wheel 35 to rotate oppositely, the second pressing wheel 35 rotates to enable the sector gear 42 to rotate through the first transmission belt set 41, the sector gear 42 rotates to enable the second bevel gear 45 to rotate through the third gear 43 and the first bevel gear 44, the second bevel gear 45 rotates to drive the fourth gear 46 to rotate, the fourth gear 46 rotates to enable the push block 52 to move leftwards through the rack 47, the reset spring 53 stretches along with the sector gear, the push block 52 moves leftwards to push the epicarp to move leftwards to enter between the first pressing wheel 32 and the second pressing wheel 35, the first pressing wheel 32 and the second pressing wheel 35 rotate oppositely to press the epicarp, when the sector gear 42 rotates to be not meshed with the third gear 43, under the action of the return spring 53, the push block 52 can be moved rightwards to be reset, the epicarp to be pressed can be poured to the left side of the guide frame 51 again, the epicarp pressing operation can be repeated in a cycle, and the servo motor 31 is turned off after the pressing operation is finished.
