Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sealing, in particular to a sealing dummy ingot composition, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The method is mainly characterized in that a gap between a dummy bar head and the wall of a crystallizer is filled, and the aim of preventing high-temperature molten steel from seeping into the gap between the dummy bar head and the crystallizer to cause casting leakage when casting is started in continuous casting is achieved.
The currently and generally adopted dummy ingot sealing material is a paper rope or an asbestos rope, and the dummy ingot sealing method comprises the following steps: firstly, sending a dummy bar head to a fixed position in a crystallizer; secondly, blowing and cleaning water and impurities on the dummy bar head and the wall of the crystallizer; then manually filling a gap between the dummy bar head and the wall of the crystallizer with a dry paper rope or an asbestos rope, and keeping the asbestos rope and the dummy bar head parallel and level; scattering a layer of dry scrap iron along the wall of the crystallizer, and pressing the asbestos rope; and finally, placing the cold steel bar into a crystallizer, covering the surface of the dummy ingot head, and spreading scrap iron.
As the iron filings can be flushed away under the impact of the steel flow during casting, the weak part of the used sealing material paper rope or asbestos rope can be burnt and damaged after encountering molten steel, thereby causing the molten steel to permeate into the gap between the dummy bar head and the crystallizer, causing casting leakage and seriously influencing production. In addition, the sealed dummy ingot mode has complex operation, high material cost and environmental pollution, and is not beneficial to the occupational health of workers.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following specific embodiments and examples.
A sealing dummy ingot composition comprises the following effective components in parts by weight:
wherein the boiling point of the rapeseed oil is 200-300 ℃, the Engler viscosity E020 is 13.5-14.0, and the standard substance definite value of the fatty acid is as follows: c16:0(8.9 +/-0.8)%, C18:0(2.8 +/-0.2)%, C18:1(22.3 +/-1.0)%, C18:2(40.1 +/-2.2)%, C18:3(9.2 +/-0.8)%, C20:0(0.5 +/-0.1)%, C20:1(5.1 +/-0.4)%, C22:1(10.0 +/-1.6)%.
A process for preparing a sealed dummy bar composition,
mixing SiO 2 、Al 2 O 3 、Fe 2 O 3 Mixing, adding oleum Rapae, and mixing.
Use of a sealed dummy bar composition for sealing a dummy bar comprising: the method comprises the following steps:
filling: filling a gap between a dummy bar head and a crystallizer by extruding a dummy bar sealing composition;
a paving step: paving a layer of nail scraps with the thickness of 1cm on the surface of the dummy bar head; and (5) paving a layer of cold steel material on the nail scraps to finish the sealing dummy ingot.
SiO 2 、Al 2 O 3 、Fe 2 O 3 CaO and MgO are mixed to have good refractoriness, and the composition has good plasticity by adding rapeseed oil for mixing, is filled in an extrusion mode, can fit with a gap between a dummy ingot head and a crystallizer, and can realize quick sealing of the dummy ingot. The components of the composition are all environment-friendly materials, namely SiO 2 、Al 2 O 3 、Fe 2 O 3 The combination of CaO and MgO has good plasticity when the humidity is certain, and plays a good role in sealing the dummy bar head. However, once the water is evaporated, the plasticity of the casting powder is immediately deteriorated, the powder is seriously pulverized, the sealing effect is lost, and hidden troubles are brought to casting. The rapeseed oil is added, so that the moisture-keeping effect is achieved, the plasticity of the rapeseed oil is kept, the self-lubricating property of the rapeseed oil is achieved, the scratching of a casting blank on a copper pipe can be reduced, the casting blank is prevented from being bonded in a crystallizer, and the casting is ensured to be performed smoothly. The prepared composition is paste which is not easy to agglomerate and denature and still has certain fluidity after being placed for a long time. The extrusion composition can be quickly sealed by adopting an extruder, a spray gun and the like, so that casting breakout can be effectively avoided, and the production efficiency is improved.
