Background
The casting material boat is manufactured by a lost wax method, and the lost wax method process needs equipment such as wax-water separation, a dewaxing kettle, a wax sprayer and the like. The lost wax method is also called 'die-casting method', and is a precision casting method for metal articles such as bronze. The method is that beeswax is used to make casting mould, then other refractory material is used to fill the core and spread to form the outer mould. After heating and baking, the wax mold is completely melted and lost, so that the whole casting model becomes an empty shell. Pouring the molten liquid inwards to form the product. The ware cast by the lost wax method can be exquisite and transparent and has the effect of hollowing.
