The shape of the flexible solar cell panel 52 is a strip shape, the size of the flexible solar cell panel 52 is 55mm x 3mm, and under the condition that the normal power generation of the flexible solar cell panel 52 is not influenced, the whole volume of the flexible solar cell panel 52 is reduced, and the whole wearing effect of the helmet is enhanced.
The helmet comprises an outer helmet shell 1 and an inner helmet shell 2, wherein hollow holes 8 are sequentially formed in the tops of inner cavities of the outer helmet shell 1 and the inner helmet shell 2 from left to right, the number of the hollow holes 8 is two, the cross sectional area of the upper layer is larger than that of the lower layer, the number of the hollow holes 8 is four, a space is provided for an airbag 54 in an expansion state, and meanwhile the head of a user is protected by the largest area.
The material of the helmet outer shell 1 is made of ABS material, the material of the helmet inner shell 2 is made of EPP material, the compressive strength of the helmet material is enhanced, and meanwhile, the whole weight of the helmet is also reduced.
The working principle of the safe intelligent helmet provided by the invention is as follows:
when an accident occurs, the helmet is violently impacted, if the impact force exceeds a preset safety value of the acceleration sensor, the intelligent module 53 sends an instruction, the trigger works and ignites the detonator, then the detonator detonates the reactant sodium azide in the safety airbag 54, the reactant sodium azide generates a rapid thermal decomposition reaction at the first time and releases a large amount of nitrogen, 10L of gas can be released only by 20g, at the moment, the rapidly expanded safety airbag 54 is popped out from the structures of the hollow holes 8, the air holes 6 of the outer shell and the air holes 7 of the inner shell of the helmet and wraps the whole helmet and the neck of a user, and before the head of the user collides for the first time, the safety airbag 54 absorbs most of impact to protect the head and the neck of the user;
