Compared with the traditional cigarette, the heating non-combustion smoking device (also called as a low-temperature smoking set) directly heats the tobacco or nicotine product through the heating body, and after being baked, the smoke is gradually volatilized, so that harmful smoke components generated by combustion and thermal degradation of the tobacco in the traditional cigarette can be reduced.
The heating body generally adopts an external temperature measuring element to detect the temperature, and the temperature measuring element is generally connected with the heating body through an external fixing piece, so that a connection gap exists between the temperature measuring element and the heating body, the temperature measuring element is easy to loosen with the heating body, and the fixed position of the temperature measuring element is not uniform, so that the temperature detected by the temperature measuring element cannot truly reflect the temperature of the heating body.

In the technical scheme, a sintering layer is formed between the outer surface 11 of the heating body 10 and the temperature measuring element 20 through a sintering process, so that the heating body 10 and the temperature measuring element 20 are tightly integrated, namely, no gap exists between the temperature measuring element 20 and the heating body 10; meanwhile, the fixed position of the temperature measuring element 20 relative to the heating element 10 is always kept stable through the stable property of the sintering layer; the integration of the temperature measuring element 20 and the heating element 10 enables the temperature measuring element 20 and the heating element 10 to be synchronously assembled in the low-temperature smoking set, and when a cigarette is inserted into the heating cavity of the heating element 10 for heating, the temperature measuring element 20 which keeps the temperature relative to the heating element 10 and is tightly fixed can accurately measure the heating temperature of the heating element 10 to the cigarette. By applying the technical scheme, the technical problem that in the prior art, the temperature measuring element 20 cannot truly reflect the temperature of the heating body 10 because the temperature measuring element 20 has a gap when being connected with the heating body 10 and is easy to loosen with the heating body 10, so that the fixed position is not uniform is solved.
The temperature measuring element 20 may be a negative temperature coefficient thermistor, the heat-resistant temperature of the negative temperature coefficient thermistor is about 1200 ℃, the sintering temperature of the sintered layer is about 850 ℃, and the temperature measuring element 20 may also be a positive temperature coefficient thermistor or a k-type thermocouple, and the like.
The outer surface 11 of the heating element 10 is provided with a heating line 10b for heating the cigarettes in the heating chamber.
In some embodiments, the temperature sensing element 20 includes a temperature sensing element body 21 and a connection pin 22 extending from the temperature sensing element body 21; the heating element assembly 100 further comprises a first bonding pad 31, a second bonding pad 32 and a wiring line 33, wherein the first bonding pad 31, the second bonding pad 32 and the wiring line 33 are arranged on the outer surface 11, the first bonding pad 31 is correspondingly connected with the connecting pins 22, the second bonding pad 32 is used for being electrically connected with an electric control board of the low-temperature smoking set, and the wiring line 33 is connected between the first bonding pad 31 and the second bonding pad 32. The first bonding pad 31, the second bonding pad 32 and the routing circuit 33 are arranged on the outer surface 11, so that the temperature measuring element 20 is electrically connected with the electric control board in the low-temperature smoking set sequentially through the first bonding pad 31, the routing circuit 33 and the second bonding pad 32.
In one embodiment, the heat generator assembly 100 further comprises a gold wire fixed on the connection pin 22, and the gold wire is connected to the first pad 31. Wherein, the gold wire is welded and fixed with the first pad 31, thereby realizing the stable connection of the connecting pin 22 and the first pad 31; and the heat-resisting temperature of the gold wire is about 1064 ℃, thereby ensuring that the gold wire can not be melted when the sintering process is carried out.
In some specific embodiments, one end of the heating element 10 has a smoke insertion opening 10a communicated with the heating cavity, and the second pad 32 is disposed at one end of the outer surface 11 far away from the smoke insertion opening 10a, so as to facilitate connection of the second pad 32 with the electric control board.
Referring to fig. 4, the present invention also provides a method for producing the heat-generating body assembly 100, which comprises:

The heating body 10 comprises an inner surface and an outer surface 11 surrounding the inner surface, the inner surface forms a heating cavity for accommodating cigarettes, the temperature measuring element 20 is fixed on the outer surface 11, the temperature measuring element 20 is firstly bonded on the outer surface 11 of the heating body 10 through a sintering material, wherein the sintering material can adopt glass glaze, and the sintering temperature is about 850 ℃; and then sintering the sintered material at high temperature to form a sintered layer which is fixedly connected between the temperature measuring element 20 and the outer surface 11 of the heating body 10, so that the temperature measuring element 20 and the heating body 10 are connected without gaps, and the fixed position of the temperature measuring element 20 is not deviated due to looseness.
Referring to FIG. 5, in one embodiment, the method of preparing the heat-generating body assembly 100 may comprise:
201. the temperature measuring element 20 is bonded on the outer surface 11 of the heating body 10 through a sintered material;
202. performing a silver paste dispensing operation on the outer surface 11 of the heating body 10 to form a first pad 31 corresponding to the connection pin 22 of the temperature measuring element 20 and a second pad 32 for connection with an electric control board of the low-temperature smoking set;
203. fixing a gold wire on the connecting pin 22 of the temperature measuring element 20, and welding and fixing the gold wire and the first bonding pad 31;
204. performing a silver paste printing operation on the outer surface 11 of the heat generating body 10 to form a routing line 33 connected between the first pad 31 and the second pad 32;
205. sintering the sintered material to form a sintered layer fixedly connected between the temperature measuring element 20 and the outer surface 11 of the heating element 10
