When the fluid in the material guide pipe 30 passes through rapidly, the flow speed at the throat 31 is fastest, so that the pressure in the throat 31 is lower, after the pressure formed by the throat 31 is superposed with the atmospheric pressure of the throat 31, the one-way valve 22 is opened, so that the throat 31 sucks the complex enzyme in the enzyme liquid storage tank 20 into the throat 31 through the suction pipe 21, the enzyme liquid enters the fluid, and the enzyme is mixed into the fluid.
The diameter of the lower end of the emulsification barrel 10 is larger than that of the upper end of the emulsification barrel 10, so that when the stirrer 11 rotates, a stirring effect is formed on the liquid in the emulsification barrel 10, so that the liquid in the emulsification barrel 10 rotates along the center of the emulsification barrel 10, and the solid impurities in the liquid are diffused to the outer periphery, and the larger the diameter of the lower part of the emulsification barrel 10, the farther the distance between the solid impurities and the center. The inner wall of the lower end of the emulsification barrel 10 is fixed with a stop block, and after the pressing plate 40 moves downwards to abut against the stop block, the pressing plate 40 cannot move downwards continuously, namely, the stop block plays a role in limiting the pressing plate 40.
The upper part of the emulsification barrel 10 is provided with a retainer ring 50, the retainer ring 50 forms a fixed connection relation with the emulsification barrel 10 through a connecting rod and the like, the pressing plate 40 is positioned below the retainer ring 50, the inner diameter of the retainer ring 50 is equal to the outer diameter of the material guide pipe 30, and the pressing plate 40 is provided with a valve 41 penetrating through the pressing plate 40. When the wedge 32 is located below the pressing plate 40, by pressing the pressing plate 40 downwards, when the pressing plate 40 passes through the wedge 32, the wedge 32 will be compressed, and after the pressing plate 40 passes through the wedge 32, the wedge 32 will be ejected again, at this time, by pulling the pressing plate 40 upwards, the pressing plate 40 will push the material guiding pipe 30 upwards through the wedge 32; as shown in fig. 2, the pressing plate 40 is pulled upward, and after the pressing plate 40 contacts the retainer 50, the wedge 32 is pressed into the retainer 50, and no supporting force for the guide tube 30 is formed between the wedge 32 and the pressing plate 40, so that the guide tube 30 falls down under the action of gravity, and the guide tube 30 is engaged with the stirrer 11 again; separation of the guide tube 30 and the pressure plate 40 is facilitated by the provision of the retainer ring 50. In addition, by providing the valve 41, after the valve 41 is opened, the pressing plate 40 slides up and down in the emulsification barrel 10, and a fluid is formed in the guide tube 30, which only rotates the guide tube 30, so that the emulsion can be stirred by vibrating the pressing plate 40 up and down.
The operation steps of the emulsion preparation device are as follows:
(1) pressing the pressing plate 40 downward such that the pressing plate 40 goes over the wedge 32 at the lower end of the guide duct 30, and then lifting the pressing plate 40 out of the emulsification barrel 10;
(2) rice bran powder is put into the emulsification barrel 10, and water is filled into the emulsification barrel 10 through the material guide pipe 30;
(3) the pressing plate 40 is pulled upwards to enable the pressing plate 40 to be in contact with the retainer ring 50, after the material guide pipe 30 falls and is matched with the stirrer 11, the valve 41 is opened, the pressing plate 40 is moved downwards, and after the pressing plate 40 is matched with the material guide pipe 30, the pressing plate 40 is vibrated up and down repeatedly;
(4) lifting the pressure plate 40 to the top end of the emulsification barrel 10, closing the valve 41, pressing the pressure plate 40 downwards, lifting the pressure plate 40 after the pressure plate 40 contacts with the stop, making the liquid level of the emulsion in the emulsification barrel 10 cross the bent section at the top of the siphon 21, and extracting the emulsion through the liquid-taking pipe 61.
In the process of preparing the emulsion by using the emulsion preparing apparatus of the embodiment, after the pressing plate 40 enters the emulsifying barrel 10, when the valve 41 on the pressing plate 40 is in the closed state, the pressing plate 40 and the emulsifying barrel 10 are in the closed state; after the pressing plate 40 is contacted with the stop block, the pressing plate 40 is pulled upwards to lift the liquid level of the emulsion above the pressing plate 40, at this time, as the popped wedge 32 is abutted against the upper surface of the pressing plate 40, the pressing plate 40 simultaneously pushes the material guide pipe 30 to move upwards, and as the top of the material guide pipe 30 is lower than the opening of the emulsifying barrel 10, the pressing plate 40 and the material guide pipe 30 move upwards simultaneously, so that the liquid level of the emulsion can be prevented from overflowing the top end of the material guide pipe 30, and the emulsion can be prevented from flowing back; in addition, the material guiding pipe 30 also has the function of communicating the lower part of the emulsification barrel 10 with the outside, so that the formation of negative pressure at the bottom of the emulsification barrel 10 can be avoided, and the complex enzyme can directly enter the lower part of the emulsification barrel 10.
