Before describing in detail the various embodiments of the present invention, the core inventive concepts of the present invention are summarized and described in detail by the following several embodiments.
The invention collects the behavior and account information of the user on the tremble through API, and gets through the attribute and behavior data of a plurality of tremble account numbers or external platform account numbers through unionid and mobile phone number, and can formulate differentiated automatic marketing rules based on more comprehensive user attribute and behavior data on the system.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1 to 14, the present embodiment discloses an embodiment of an automated marketing method based on buffeting (hereinafter referred to as "method").
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the method disclosed in this embodiment mainly includes the following steps:
step S1: automated marketing rules are configured in the system.
Specifically, automated Marketing (Marketing Automation) refers to a software platform and technology designed for enterprises to more effectively perform Marketing in a variety of online channels (e.g., mail, SNS, websites, mobile, etc.). The flow of configuring the automated marketing rules of tremble in the system is shown in fig. 5 to 12, according to which a large number of automatic reply rules can be finely configured for different scenes. After the configuration is completed, the automatic marketing rules are stored in the real-time interaction management module, and when a user performs specific interaction with an enterprise account on the tremble, if the user performing the interaction meets the configured specific conditions, the system sends the set content to the user through the tremble private letter.
Then, referring to fig. 2, step S2 is performed: and acquiring user information through the API.
Wherein, step S2 specifically includes the following contents:
step S21: acquiring original data of the interaction behavior of the user and the enterprise account through the API;
step S22: and according to the user id in the original data, completing the user information by searching the attribute and behavior data of the user on other platforms.
Specifically, API means Application Programming Interface (API), which is a predefined function or a convention for linking different components of a software system, and is also called API, which is a set of definitions, programs and protocols, and implements communication between computer software through API Interface. One of the primary functions of an API is to provide a common set of functions. The API is also a middleware and provides data sharing for various platforms. In the programming practice, the programming interface is designed to reasonably divide the responsibility of the software system. The good interface design can reduce the mutual dependence of all parts of the system, improve the cohesion of the composition units and reduce the coupling degree among the composition units, thereby improving the maintainability and the expandability of the system. The primary purpose of the application program interface is to provide applications and developers the ability to access a set of routines without having to access source code or understand the details of the internal workings. The system can acquire behaviors and related data of comments, private letters, homepage appointments, service page appointments and intelligent telephone dialing of the user through an API provided by the tremble open platform.
After the original data is obtained, the system can complement other user information according to the tremble account id of the user. If the unionid or the mobile phone number in the original data already exists in the database, the system regards the two data as the same natural person, generates a user unique id in the system, namely, combines user information, interaction records and the like, then generates uniform standardized data, and stores the uniform standardized data in an event queue.
Specifically, when data acquisition is performed, data such as information, comments, and personal letters of a user may be acquired by a web crawler, not by an API provided by a dither platform. The web crawler, also called web spider and web robot, is a program or script that automatically captures web information according to certain rules. The crawler may validate hyperlinks and HTML code for web data crawling.
Then, step S3 is executed: and converting the user information into a standardized format and storing the user information into an event queue.
Specifically, the original data of the interaction behavior between the user and the enterprise account acquired through the API and the attribute and behavior data of the user on other platforms searched according to the user id are extracted and converted into a standardized format to be stored in an event queue.
Then, referring to fig. 3, step S4 is performed: copying the events in the event queue that satisfy the automated marketing rules into a task queue.
Wherein, step S4 specifically includes the following contents:
step S41: the real-time interaction management module continuously searches whether an event meeting the automatic marketing rule exists in the event queue;
step S42: copying events that satisfy the automated marketing rules into the task queue.
Specifically, whether the event meets the condition for triggering the automated marketing is judged according to the configured automated marketing rule, and if the event can be triggered, the current event is added into a task queue.
Then, step S5 is executed: and the program executes the tasks in the task queue according to the sequence and sends the content to the user through the API.
Specifically, the system executes corresponding operation of automatic marketing according to set rules, and sends set private letter content to the user through the API. In the system, the progress of the marketing campaign can be monitored in real time, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, for example, different contents are replied to the high-activity user and the low-activity user according to the frequency of user interaction within a certain period of time, so that the high-activity user is given more preference, and the interaction rate between the user and the enterprise jittering tone number is promoted.
Example two:
in combination with the automated marketing method based on jitters disclosed in the first embodiment, the present embodiment discloses a specific implementation example of an automated marketing system (hereinafter referred to as "system") based on jitters.
Referring to fig. 15, the system includes:
the rule configuration module 11: configuring automated marketing rules in the system;
the data acquisition module 12: acquiring user information through an API;
the format conversion module 13: converting the user information into a standardized format and storing the user information into an event queue;
the rule matching module 14: copying the events in the event queue that satisfy the automated marketing rules into a task queue;
the task execution module 15: and the program executes the tasks in the task queue according to the sequence and sends the content to the user through the API.
Specifically, in the rule configuration module, the configured automatic marketing rules are stored in the real-time interaction management module, and when a user performs specific interaction with an enterprise account in the aspect of buffeting, if the user performing the interaction meets the configured specific conditions, the system sends the set content to the user through buffeting private letter.
Specifically, the data acquisition module 12 includes:
raw data obtaining unit 121: acquiring original data of the interaction behavior of the user and the enterprise account through the API;
the information complementing unit 122: and according to the user id in the original data, completing the user information by searching the attribute and behavior data of the user on other platforms.
After the original data is acquired in the data acquisition module, the system searches and splices attribute and behavior data of the user on other platforms according to the tremble account id of the user, and supplements other user information. If the unionid or the mobile phone number in the original data already exists in the database, the system regards the two data as the same natural person, generates a user unique id in the system, namely, combines user information, interaction records and the like, then generates uniform standardized data, and stores the uniform standardized data in an event queue.
Specifically, the rule matching module 14 includes:
the event search unit 141: the real-time interaction management module continuously searches whether an event meeting the automatic marketing rule exists in the event queue;
the event copying unit 142: copying events that satisfy the automated marketing rules into the task queue.
Specifically, whether an event meets the condition of triggering the automatic marketing is judged according to the configured automatic marketing rule, if the event can be triggered, the current event is added into a task queue, the system executes the corresponding operation of the automatic marketing, and the set private letter content is sent to the user through an API (application programming interface) to complete the process of the automatic marketing; and if the triggering cannot be carried out, ending the current task and sequentially executing the next task.
Please refer to the description of the first embodiment, which will not be repeated herein, for a technical solution of the same parts in an automated marketing system based on jitters and an automated marketing method based on jitters disclosed in the first embodiment.
