Abstract
The embodiment of the disclosure provides an approval method and device for a business form, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: when a current approval request is received, determining to-be-approved data in a to-be-approved form corresponding to the current approval request, wherein the to-be-approved data is data to be modified from original data in the to-be-approved form; the data to be examined is approved to generate an approval result; and if the content of the approval result is approval pass, updating the original data in the to-be-approved form stored in the service database into target data, wherein the target data is final approval data obtained by approving the to-be-approved data. By adopting the technical scheme, the original data in the form to be approved is not updated in the approval process, and the original data is updated into the finally approved target data after the approval is finished, so that the accuracy of the business data statistical result can be improved.

Background
At present, in order to ensure that a salesperson can efficiently work, the form is generally approved by adopting an on-line approval mode.
Business forms are one of the types of forms that require approval. At present, when a business form is approved, a business worker usually directly modifies the business form, submits the modified business form to be approved, and manually restores the modified business form to be in an original state by the business worker when the approval is refused according to a final approval result.

The method can be executed by an approval apparatus (e.g., an approval process engine) of the business form, where the apparatus can be implemented by software and/or hardware, and can be configured in an electronic device, typically, a computer device, a tablet computer, or a mobile phone. Optionally, the method for approving the service form provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is applicable to a scenario of approving the service form, and is particularly applicable to a scenario of approving a service form that has a possibility of being invoked by another service object. The lock state adjustment interface can be used for adjusting the lock state of the form to be examined, and can have two parameters, namely a service object identifier and the form identifier to be examined, and can be further provided with a lock operation type parameter, wherein the lock operation type parameter can be understood as the type of operation, such as locking or unlocking, which is currently required to be executed by the lock state adjustment interface on the form to be examined. When the form to be approved is not in the lock operation type parameter, the lock state adjusting interface can directly switch the lock state of the form to be approved when being called by the approval process engine, namely if the form to be approved is in the unlocked state, the form to be approved is adjusted to be in the locked state, and if the form to be approved is in the locked state, the form to be approved is adjusted to be in the unlocked state; when the lock operation type parameter exists, the lock state adjusting interface can execute the operation which is consistent with the lock operation type parameter when being called by the approval process engine, namely, if the lock operation type parameter sent by the approval process engine is locked, the form to be approved is adjusted to be in a locked state, and if the lock operation type parameter sent by the approval process engine is unlocked, the form to be approved is adjusted to be in an unlocked state.
Taking the lock state adjustment interface with three parameters of the business object identifier, the to-be-approved form identifier and the lock operation type parameter as an example, when the approval process engine adjusts the to-be-approved form to the locked state (or unlocked state), the approval process engine can send the business object identifier of the business object corresponding to the to-be-approved form, the to-be-approved form identifier and the lock operation type parameter with the value of locking (or unlocking) to the lock state adjustment interface so as to call the lock state adjustment interface; when receiving the service object identifier, the to-be-approved form identifier and the lock operation type parameter sent by the approval process engine, the lock state adjustment interface may invoke the service object corresponding to the to-be-approved form according to the service object identifier, control the service object to determine the to-be-approved form based on the approval form identifier, and adjust the to-be-approved form to a locked state (or an unlocked state).

In this embodiment, if the approval form is in the locked state, it means that the data in the form to be approved is in a state that is not allowed to be modified, at this time, even if the approval is passed, the original data of the form to be approved cannot be modified, and even if the form to be approved is adjusted to be in the unlocked state, the original data in the business form to be approved, which is to be modified when the current approval request is generated, may have been modified by other business processes or approval processes; if there are other approval requests corresponding to the form to be approved and not approved yet in the approval process engine, when the other approval requests pass the approval, the original data in the form to be approved is modified, that is, the original data in the business form to be approved to be modified when the current approval request is generated is also modified by other business processes or approval processes, and the current approval request does not need to be processed. Therefore, when the form to be approved is in a locked state, and/or when other approval requests which correspond to the form to be approved and are not approved exist in the approval process engine, the current approval request can be directly rejected, for example, the current approval request can not be processed, and a specific approval notification can be further sent to the terminal generating the current approval request to prompt the waiter that the current approval request submitted by the waiter is rejected.
According to the method for approving the business form, only when the form to be approved is in an unlocked state and there are no other approval requests which are not processed and end for the form to be approved in the approval process engine, the form to be approved requested by the current approval request is approved, and the form to be approved is adjusted to be in a locked state during approval, so that the data in the form to be approved can be prevented from being updated by other business objects except the approval process engine, the situation that the form to be approved is repeatedly approved can be avoided, and the consistency of the data in the form to be approved is ensured.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram of a structure of an approval apparatus for a business form according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The device can be realized by software and/or hardware, can be configured in electronic equipment, and can be typically configured in computer equipment, a tablet computer or a mobile phone, and can examine and approve the business form by executing an examination and approval method of the business form. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus for approving a service form provided in this embodiment includes: a determination module 301, an approval module 302, and an update module 303, wherein,
the determining module 301 is configured to determine, when a current approval request is received, to-be-approved data in an to-be-approved form corresponding to the current approval request, where the to-be-approved data is data to be modified from original data in the to-be-approved form;
the approval module 302 is configured to approve the to-be-approved data to generate an approval result;
an updating module 303, configured to update, when the content of the approval result is that the approval is passed, the original data in the to-be-approved form stored in the service database to be target data, where the target data is final approval data obtained by approving the to-be-approved data.
According to the approval device for the business form, when a current approval request is received through a determining module, the approval data in the form to be approved corresponding to the current approval request is determined, the approval data is data to be modified from original data in the form to be approved, the approval module is used for approving the approval data to generate an approval result, and when the content of the approval result is approval pass, the updating module is used for updating the original data in the form to be approved stored in the business database to target data which is finally approved by the approval data. By adopting the technical scheme, the original data in the form to be approved is not updated in the approval process, and the original data is updated into the final approved target data after the approval is completed, so that the accuracy of the business data statistical result can be improved, and the distortion of data statistics is avoided.
In the foregoing solution, the updating module 302 may be configured to: when the form to be examined and approved is in an unlocked state, the form to be examined and approved is adjusted from the unlocked state to a locked state, the data to be examined and approved are examined and approved, an examination and approval result is generated, and the locked state is used for refusing the updating of the original data by the non-examination and approval process engine; the approval apparatus for the business form provided in this embodiment may further include: and the state modification module is used for adjusting the locked state of the form to be approved to the unlocked state after the original data in the form to be approved is updated to the target data.
In the foregoing solution, the updating module 302 may further be configured to: and before the to-be-approved form is adjusted from the unlocked state to the locked state, determining that other approval requests which correspond to the to-be-approved form and are not approved are absent in the approval process engine.
Further, the apparatus for approving a service form provided in this embodiment may further include: and the rejecting module is used for rejecting the current approval request when the form to be approved is in a locked state and/or other approval requests which correspond to the form to be approved and are not approved exist in the approval process engine.
In the above solution, the update module 302 may be configured to: calling a lock state adjusting interface, and adjusting the to-be-examined and approved form from an unlocked state to a locked state through the lock state adjusting interface; the state modification module is operable to: and calling a lock state adjusting interface, and adjusting the to-be-approved form from a locked state to an unlocked state through the lock state adjusting interface.
In the above scenario, the approval module 302 may be configured to: storing the data to be examined in an examination and approval database of an examination and approval process engine, and determining a first-level examination and approval node corresponding to the current examination and approval request as a current examination and approval node; sending the data to be examined to the current examination and approval node so that an examination and approval person on the side of the current examination and approval node can examine and approve the data to be examined; if the approval is passed, updating the to-be-approved data into intermediate approval data which is approved by the approver, determining a next-stage approval node as a current approval node, and returning to execute the operation of sending the to-be-approved data to the current approval node until the next-stage approval node does not exist; and when the next-level approval node does not exist, generating an approval result with approved contents, and determining the to-be-approved data stored in the approval database as target data.
In the above scheme, the updating module 303 may be configured to invoke an approval data updating interface, and update the original data in the to-be-approved form into the target data through the approval data updating interface.
The device for approving the service form, provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, can execute the method for approving the service form, provided by any embodiment of the disclosure, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the method for approving the service form. For technical details that are not described in detail in this embodiment, reference may be made to an approval method of a business form provided in any embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring now to fig. 4, a block diagram of an electronic device (e.g., a terminal device) 400 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present disclosure is shown. The terminal device in the embodiments of the present disclosure may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a vehicle terminal (e.g., a car navigation terminal), and the like, and a stationary terminal such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, and the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 4 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the electronic device 400 may include a processing means (e.g., a central processing unit, a graphics processor, etc.) 401 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)402 or a program loaded from a storage device 406 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 403. In the RAM 403, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 400 are also stored. The processing device 401, the ROM 402, and the RAM 403 are connected to each other via a bus 404. An input/output (I/O) interface 405 is also connected to bus 404.
Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 405: input devices 406 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, etc.; an output device 407 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, and the like; storage devices 406 including, for example, magnetic tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 409. The communication means 409 may allow the electronic device 400 to communicate wirelessly or by wire with other devices to exchange data. While fig. 4 illustrates an electronic device 400 having various means, it is to be understood that not all illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may alternatively be implemented or provided.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program carried on a non-transitory computer readable medium, the computer program containing program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication means 409, or from the storage means 406, or from the ROM 402. The computer program performs the above-described functions defined in the methods of the embodiments of the present disclosure when executed by the processing device 401.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium in the present disclosure can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In contrast, in the present disclosure, a computer readable signal medium may comprise a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, either in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
In some embodiments, the clients, servers may communicate using any currently known or future developed network Protocol, such as HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol), and may interconnect with any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communications network). Examples of communication networks include a local area network ("LAN"), a wide area network ("WAN"), the Internet (e.g., the Internet), and peer-to-peer networks (e.g., ad hoc peer-to-peer networks), as well as any currently known or future developed network.
The computer readable medium may be embodied in the electronic device; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device.
The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to: when a current approval request is received, determining to-be-approved data in a to-be-approved form corresponding to the current approval request, wherein the to-be-approved data is data to be modified from original data in the to-be-approved form; the data to be examined is approved to generate an approval result; and if the content of the approval result is approval pass, updating the original data in the to-be-approved form stored in the service database into target data, wherein the target data is final approval data obtained by approving the to-be-approved data.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including but not limited to an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + +, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by software or hardware. Wherein the names of the modules do not in some cases constitute a limitation of the unit itself.
The functions described herein above may be performed, at least in part, by one or more hardware logic components. For example, without limitation, exemplary types of hardware logic components that may be used include: field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), systems on a chip (SOCs), Complex Programmable Logic Devices (CPLDs), and the like.
In the context of this disclosure, a machine-readable medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The machine-readable medium may be a machine-readable signal medium or a machine-readable storage medium. A machine-readable medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Example 1 provides a method of approval of a business form, according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, comprising:
when a current approval request is received, determining to-be-approved data in a to-be-approved form corresponding to the current approval request, wherein the to-be-approved data is data to be modified from original data in the to-be-approved form;
the data to be examined is approved to generate an approval result;
and if the content of the approval result is approval pass, updating the original data in the to-be-approved form stored in the service database into target data, wherein the target data is final approval data obtained by approving the to-be-approved data.
Example 2 the method of example 1, according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the approving the data to be approved and generating an approval result, includes:

Example 9 provides, in accordance with one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, an electronic device, comprising:

a memory for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement a method for approval of a business form as in any of examples 1-7.
Example 10 provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements a method of approval of a business form as in any one of examples 1-7.

Claims (10)
1. A method for approving a business form is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a current approval request is received, determining to-be-approved data in a to-be-approved form corresponding to the current approval request, wherein the to-be-approved data is data to be modified from original data in the to-be-approved form;
the data to be examined is approved to generate an approval result;
and if the content of the approval result is approval pass, updating the original data in the to-be-approved form stored in the service database into target data, wherein the target data is final approval data obtained by approving the to-be-approved data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the approving the data to be approved to generate an approval result comprises:
if the form to be examined and approved is in an unlocked state, the form to be examined and approved is adjusted from the unlocked state to a locked state, the data to be examined and approved are examined and approved, an examination and approval result is generated, and the locked state is used for refusing the updating of the original data by the non-examination and approval process engine;
after the updating of the original data in the form to be approved to the target data, the method further comprises:
and adjusting the form to be examined and approved from a locked state to an unlocked state.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising, prior to the adjusting the pending form from an unlocked state to a locked state:
and determining that other approval requests which correspond to the form to be approved and are not approved completely do not exist in the approval process engine.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and if the form to be approved is in a locked state, and/or if other approval requests which correspond to the form to be approved and are not approved yet exist in the approval process engine, rejecting the current approval request.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein adjusting the form to be approved from an unlocked state to a locked state comprises:
calling a lock state adjusting interface, and adjusting the to-be-examined and approved form from an unlocked state to a locked state through the lock state adjusting interface;
the adjusting the to-be-approved form from a locked state to an unlocked state comprises:
and calling a lock state adjusting interface, and adjusting the to-be-approved form from a locked state to an unlocked state through the lock state adjusting interface.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the approving the data to be approved to generate an approval result comprises:
storing the data to be examined in an examination and approval database of an examination and approval process engine, and determining a first-level examination and approval node corresponding to the current examination and approval request as a current examination and approval node;
sending the data to be examined to the current examination and approval node so that an examination and approval person on the side of the current examination and approval node can examine and approve the data to be examined;
if the approval is passed, updating the to-be-approved data into intermediate approval data which is approved by the approver, determining a next-stage approval node as a current approval node, and returning to execute the operation of sending the to-be-approved data to the current approval node until the next-stage approval node does not exist;
and when the next-level approval node does not exist, generating an approval result with approved contents, and determining the to-be-approved data stored in the approval database as target data.
7. The method of any of claims 1-5, wherein updating the original data in the pending form to the target data comprises:
and calling an approval data updating interface, and updating the original data in the form to be approved into target data through the approval data updating interface.
8. An apparatus for approving a business form, comprising:
the determining module is used for determining the data to be examined in the form to be examined corresponding to the current approval request when the current approval request is received, wherein the data to be examined is the data to be modified from the original data in the form to be examined;
the approval module is used for approving the data to be approved and generating an approval result;
and the updating module is used for updating the original data in the to-be-approved form stored in the business database into target data when the content of the approval result passes the approval, wherein the target data is final approval data obtained by approving the to-be-approved data.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement a method of approval of a business form as claimed in any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being executed by a processor, carries out a method of approving a business form according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
