技术领域
本发明涉及车辆尿素系统技术领域,尤其是一种主副尿素装置及尿素补给方式。
背景技术
尿素箱系统位于汽车后处理系统中,同于降低汽车尾气中有害的氮氧化物的含量,现有的尿素箱系统工作时通过尿素泵向后处理器中定量喷射尿素,尿素在高温下分解为氨气,在催化剂的作用下和氮氧化物反应,生成无害的氮气和水。国家对车辆尾气排放有严格的环保标准要求,在车辆尾气排放标准国四、国五阶段,重型载货车的尿素燃油消耗比为4~6:100,随着国家对氮氧化物排放量要求越来越严格,到了车辆尾气排放标准国六阶段,尿素燃油消耗比提升到了8~12:100,因此尿素消耗量会大幅上升。因此现有的尿素箱中的尿素损耗会非常快,在车辆行驶过程中可能需要中途多次通过驾驶员随车携带的尿素桶或中途在加油站多次停车来补充添加尿素,这将会给卡车驾驶员增加负担和工作量,也降低了运输效率。
如中国专利ZL2019210127505公开了一种用于车辆的尿素供应装置,包括第一箱体和紧贴第一箱体的可拆卸连接的第二箱体,第一箱体内设置有尿素液位传感器总成以及快速接头,第二箱体的侧部设置有与快速接头相使用的快速接口,第一箱体和第二箱体的侧部之间设置有循环换热管。当需要补给尿素时,只需要在服务站、加油站直接更换第二箱体即可实现尿素的快速补给,减少尿素的加注时间,同时避免尿素倾洒现象。由于循环换热管位于箱体外部,仅对箱体的一个侧面进行加热,因此第二箱体在不设置其他加热装置时容易产生加热不均匀,导致部分尿素未解冻无法使用的情况。而快速接头和快速接口接合后两箱体液位均匀,如此专利的图1所示,此专利虽加大了尿素补给量,但其实是通过加大了原尿素箱的体积实现的,由于牵引车车架长度有限,底盘空间非常紧凑,为了满足牵引车长续航的要求,通常会在底盘上布置超大的燃油箱来提升续航里程,而留给尿素箱的空间其实是非常紧凑有限的,这种技术制造的尿素供应装置存在体积太大放不下的问题。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有生产中尿素储存装置体积太小无法满足消耗符合、体积太大则无处安放、箱体之间局部加热不均、不完全等缺点,提供一种结构合理的主副尿素装置,在主、副尿素箱之间设置柔性的连通管,控制系统控制将尿素通过连通管及时补充至主尿素箱内,副尿素箱的形状和位置选择更加灵活,大大提高了车辆空间利用率。
本发明所采用的技术方案及有益效果如下:
一种主副尿素箱装置,副尿素箱通过连通管与主尿素箱连接,主尿素箱上外接有喷射机构,信号控制系统的控制系统通过通讯线连接至主尿素箱内设置的尿素传感器,连通管上设置有补充泵,补充泵通过通讯线连接至控制系统。本发明通过连通管连接主、副尿素箱,一方面,通过增加副尿素箱可以起到增加储存尿素的容量,使得车辆在长途运输时可以不必多次添加尿素,可以做到加尿素与加油同步,甚至加一次尿素满足加两次油的续航,大大缓解了用户的尿素焦虑,另一方面,由于连通管为如连接节的软连接,使得主、副尿素箱之间的位置关系和距离可以任意选择,比如主尿素箱可以做的非常小,不占用底盘空间,而副尿素箱可以做的很大,副尿素箱的形状和位置也可以灵活选择,比如可以设置在车辆纵梁等底盘空间,或是在车架内侧、驾驶室背部,车架上部等其他任意的空余空间内;副尿素箱也可以不拘泥于传统的方形箱体,做成仿形结构布置在车架内侧、驾驶室背部,车架上部等多个部位。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述副尿素箱位于纵梁、车架内侧、驾驶室背部或车架上部;所述副尿素箱为与车辆底盘形状相匹配的仿形结构。如果将副尿素箱做成仿形结构,则副尿素箱可以布置在整车的任何部位,如此可以大大提高了车辆内部的空间利用率。
所述连通管内部的尿素传输管路上设置有加热装置,加热装置由控制系统控制。连通管内部的尿素传输管路上设置有加热装置,加热装置可以对尿素传输管路进行预热,预热后的尿素传输管路可以防止尿素结晶,发生堵塞,同时也可以将已经结晶的尿素融化成液体。

所述尿素传输管路外具有包裹层,包裹层为铝箔、锡箔材质。包裹层紧紧包裹在尿素传输管路、加热螺旋线外,一方面可以将加热螺旋线产生的热量均匀地扩散至整个尿素传输管路,从而保证整根尿素传输管路均被加热完全且均匀,另一方面包裹层可以防止热量的散发,保存热量。铝箔、锡箔的保温效果好、热传递效率高、且轻薄易贴服于加热螺旋线和尿素传输管路。
所述尿素传输管路外具有防护层;防护层采用尼龙编织材质、橡胶材质或注塑材质。在包裹层外侧的防护层一方面可以将热量尽量留在尿素传输管路上,另一方面起到对整个连通管的保护作用。尼龙编织材质、橡胶材质或注塑材质均具有较好的保温效果。
所述尿素传输管路外具有保护壳;保护壳采用金属柔性连接节或耐磨塑料连接节等坚固材料。保护壳作为整个连通管的外围保护屏障可以保证连通管的牢固可靠,保护壳采用金属柔性连接节或耐磨塑料连接节可以使连通管具有一定连接柔性,方便管路在车辆内部的走线和布置。

控制系统在启动补给泵之前先控制启动加热模块,通过加热模块预先对连通管内的尿素传输管路进行加热,加热完成后再启动补给泵将尿素输送至主尿素箱,这样可以防止前面第一批进入主尿素箱的尿素发生结晶堵塞管路的问题。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
步骤a中当尿素液位为显示液位的8%~12%时尿素传感器传递信号给控制系统;预设加热时间或预设期望的加热温度,在加热时间结束或达到加热温度后,控制系统控制启动补给泵。通过设定当尿素液位为显示液位的8%~12%时启动尿素补给,保证在加热装置加热尿素传输管路所需的时间内主尿素箱仍有足量的尿素供给,同时也保证可以及时地对主尿素箱进行尿素补给。通过预设加热时间或预设期望的加热温度合理控制加热时间,通过此加热时间或加热时间的预设值与主尿素箱警报尿素液位量的配合控制,实现尿素的及时补给,保证主副尿素装置的正常运行。

如图1所示,发动机15位于车架前部相互平行的左纵梁1和右纵梁13之间,固定在发动机悬置(图中未示出)上,ECU14(电子控制单元)位于发动机15上,发动机15的排气出口通过排气管9连接至后处理器12,后处理器12通过支架(图中未示出)固定在左纵梁1和右纵梁13之间与二者垂直的横梁8上,也根据发动机排气位置来选择固定在左纵梁1或右纵梁13上。本发明所述的主副尿素箱装置包括固定在左纵梁1上的主尿素箱6、通过连通管19与之连接的副尿素箱20、与后处理器12连接的喷射机构以及信号控制机构。主尿素箱6可以根据实际需要布置,如可以根据喷射系统安装指导需求进行整车布置。本实施例中副尿素箱20设置在右纵梁13上,由于主尿素箱6和副尿素箱20之间通过连通管19连接,连通管19为如连接节的软连接,两者之间的位置关系和距离可以任意选择,因此副尿素箱20的形状和位置选择更加灵活,在其实实施例中副尿素箱20可以设置在车辆底盘其他任意的空余空间内,比如布置在车架内侧、驾驶室背部,车架上部等;当然也可以根据车辆底盘外形做仿形结构,布置在整车的任何部位,如此可以大大提高了车辆内部的空间利用率。
如图1所示,喷射机构的尿素喷射管路10一端连接至主尿素箱6,另一端连接至后处理器12,尿素喷嘴11位于后处理器12内尿素喷射管路10的末端,尿素喷射管路10上设置有尿素泵7,尿素泵7用于将主尿素箱6内的尿素泵至尿素喷嘴11内喷出。信号控制机构的ECU14通过第一通讯线2、接头3和第二通讯线4连接至主尿素箱6内设置的尿素传感器5,连通管19上设置有补充泵18,补充泵18通过通讯线路、接插件17、第三通讯线16连接至ECU14。
如图2所示,连通管19从外到内具有保护壳21、防护层22、包裹层23、和尿素传输管路25,尿素传输管路25采用塑料镀膜材质。连通管19内设置有加热模块,加热模块通过通讯线或其他方式与ECU14传递信号。在本实施例中加热模块的加热装置为尿素传输管路25外周缠绕的加热螺旋线24,加热螺旋线24为电阻丝,可以加热整根尿素传输管路25,从而防止尿素传输管路25内的尿素结晶,发生堵塞,加热螺旋线24的电阻丝的材质以及缠绕密度可以根据不同的加热功率需求选择。而加热螺旋线24外侧的包裹层23紧紧包裹在尿素传输管路25、加热螺旋线24外,一方面可以将加热螺旋线24产生的热量均匀地扩散至整个尿素传输管路25,从而保证整根尿素传输管路25均被加热完全且均匀,另一方面包裹层23可以防止热量的散发,保存热量。包裹层23材质可以选择保温效果好、热传递效率高、轻薄的金属,如铝箔、锡箔等。在包裹层23外侧的防护层22一方面可以将热量尽量留在尿素传输管路25上,另一方面起到对整个连通管19的保护作用。防护层22可以采用尼龙编织材质、橡胶材质或注塑材质。防护层22最外的保护壳23可以采用金属柔性连接节或耐磨塑料连接节等坚固材料,保护壳23作为整个连通管19的外围保护屏障可以保证连通管19的牢固可靠。
本发明工作时,通过ECU14控制尿素泵7开始工作,尿素泵7将主尿素箱6内的尿素泵出,尿素通过尿素喷射管路10由尿素喷嘴11喷入后处理器12内对尾气进行处理。随着尿素被不断消耗,在主尿素箱6的尿素将要消耗完时,如在尿素液位为显示液位的8%~12%时,尿素传感器5即将尿素液位低的信号通过第二通讯线4、第一通讯线2反馈给ECU14,ECU14控制连通管19内的加热模块启动,加热螺旋线24开始对尿素传输管路25进行加热,可以预设加热时间或预设期望的加热温度,在加热时间结束或达到加热温度将信号反馈给ECU14后,ECU14控制启动补给泵18,补给泵18将副尿素箱20内的尿素泵入主尿素箱6内,从而实现主尿素箱6的补给,延长每次补给尿素箱的时间间隔。
以上描述是对本发明的解释,不是对本发明的限定,在不违背本发明精神的情况下,本发明可以作任何形式的修改。比如,ECU14也可以是其他控制系统,只需要可以采集主尿素箱6的尿素传感器5信息,能够驱动副尿素箱20的补给泵18,与连通管19内的加热模块通讯即可实现本发明的目的。连通管19的加热装置可以采用水套加热方式,在连通管19外部包裹一层加热水套,加热水套内部与发动机冷却系统连接,通过冷却液来间接加热尿素传输管路25,加热装置还可以采用石墨烯加热膜片包裹、封装电阻丝、电阻片等其他加热方式,只要实现本发明加热尿素传输管路25的目的即可。

Claims (10)

1.一种主副尿素箱装置,其特征在于:副尿素箱(20)通过连通管(19)与主尿素箱(6)连接,主尿素箱(6)上外接有喷射机构,信号控制系统的控制系统通过通讯线连接至主尿素箱(6)内设置的尿素传感器(5),连通管(19)上设置有补充泵(18),补充泵(18)通过通讯线连接至控制系统。
2.按照权利要求1所述的主副尿素箱装置,其特征在于:所述副尿素箱(20)位于纵梁、车架内侧、驾驶室背部或车架上部;所述副尿素箱(20)为与车辆底盘形状相匹配的仿形结构。
3.按照权利要求1所述的主副尿素箱装置,其特征在于:所述连通管(19)内部的尿素传输管路(25)上设置有加热装置,加热装置由控制系统控制。
4.按照权利要求3所述的主副尿素箱装置,其特征在于:所述加热装置为缠绕在尿素传输管路(25)上的加热螺旋线(24)或尿素传输管路(25)外的加热片、加热丝、加热水套。
5.按照权利要求3所述的主副尿素箱装置,其特征在于:所述尿素传输管路(25)外具有包裹层(23),包裹层(23)为铝箔、锡箔材质。
6.按照权利要求3所述的主副尿素箱装置,其特征在于:所述尿素传输管路(25)外具有防护层(22);防护层(22)采用尼龙编织材质、橡胶材质或注塑材质。
7.按照权利要求3所述的主副尿素箱装置,其特征在于:所述尿素传输管路(25)外具有保护壳(21);保护壳(21)采用金属柔性连接节或耐磨塑料连接节等坚固材料。
8.按照权利要求1所述的主副尿素箱装置,其特征在于:所述控制系统通过第一通讯线(2)、接头(3)和第二通讯线(4)连接至尿素传感器(5),补充泵(18)通过通讯线路、接插件(17)、第三通讯线(16)连接至控制系统。
9.一种采用权利要求1至8所述的主副尿素箱装置进行的尿素补给方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
控制系统控制尿素泵(7)工作,主尿素箱(6)中的尿素泵出进行尾气处理,主尿素箱(6)内的尿素传感器(5)传递信号给控制系统;
控制系统控制连通管(19)的加热模块启动,加热装置对连通管(19)内的尿素传输管路(25)进行加热;
加热完成后,控制系统控制启动补给泵(18),补给泵(18)将副尿素箱(20)内的尿素泵入主尿素箱(6)内。
10.按照权利要求9所述的尿素补给方法,其特征在于:步骤a中当尿素液位为显示液位的8%~12%时尿素传感器(5)传递信号给控制系统;预设加热时间或预设期望的加热温度,在加热时间结束或达到加热温度后,控制系统控制启动补给泵(18)。
