本发明公开了一种防负压吸紧的冰柜,包括柜体和与柜体上侧壁转动连接的翻盖,翻盖的底面边部固定有凸块,柜体的内壁上开设有限位插槽,凸块内开设有空腔,空腔内固定有电磁铁,凸块的外侧面开设有与空腔相连通的条形槽孔,条形槽孔内设置有限位卡块,限位卡块的内侧部固定有磁块,限位卡块的内侧端与空腔的内壁之间固定有复位弹簧,限位插槽的底壁设置有与柜体内腔相连通的导气孔,限位插槽的顶壁设置有透气孔,限位卡块的顶面和底面包裹有密封橡胶垫。本发明的结构设置合理,避免因负压造成过度吸紧,操作较为便捷,其还设置有透气孔,在限位卡块从限位插槽内脱离时,实现透气,缓解负压产生的吸紧力,方便翻盖打开,适用性强且实用性好。

技术领域
本发明属于冰柜技术领域,具体涉及一种防负压吸紧的冰柜。
背景技术
冰柜是一种通过对气体进行冷却进而对物品进行保存的设备,其一般是由柜体和翻盖组成,并且具有冷冻室和冷藏室,广泛应用于家庭或商场中,由于冰柜在内部是通过气体的降温实现冷藏的,气体降温的同时,柜体内部的气体体积收缩,柜体内形成负压,吸引翻盖往下移动使翻盖与柜体之间相互贴紧,故而在打开翻盖时需要花较大的力气才能上拉,将翻盖拉起,操作较为麻烦,适用性和实用性受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构设置合理且适用性强的防负压吸紧的冰柜。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种防负压吸紧的冰柜,包括柜体和与柜体上侧壁转动连接的翻盖,所述翻盖的底面边部固定有凸块,所述柜体的内壁上开设有限位插槽,所述凸块内开设有空腔,所述空腔内固定有电磁铁,所述凸块的外侧面开设有与所述空腔相连通的条形槽孔,所述条形槽孔内设置有限位卡块,所述限位卡块的内侧部固定有磁块,所述限位卡块的内侧端与所述空腔的内壁之间固定有复位弹簧,所述限位插槽的底壁设置有与柜体内腔相连通的导气孔,所述限位插槽的顶壁设置有透气孔,所述限位卡块的顶面和底面包裹有密封橡胶垫,所述电磁铁通电时,所述磁块的磁极与电磁铁的磁极相同,使限位卡块向外伸出凸块并卡入所述限位插槽内进行限位,并使限位插槽内的导气孔和透气孔密封,所述电磁铁断电时,所述限位卡块在所述复位弹簧的作用下复位从限位插槽内脱离。
所述翻盖的顶面固定有手柄,所述手柄上固定有与所述电磁铁相连接的按压开关,所述按压开关下压时所述电磁铁断电。
所述柜体的内壁上固定有凸台,所述凸台的顶面处于限位插槽的底面下方,所述凸台内开设有顶面开口的凹腔,所述凹腔内设置有抵压块,所述抵压块底面与所述凹腔的底壁之间固定有抵压弹簧,所述翻盖盖合时,所述凸块抵压在所述凸台的顶面。
所述翻盖上开设有卸压通孔,所述翻盖的底面设置有活动密封板,所述活动密封板的端部设置有翘杆,所述翘杆通过销轴连接在所述凸块上,所述翘杆的内侧端伸入所述空腔内,所述翘杆与所述空腔的内壁之间固定有复位压簧,所述翘杆的底端固定有控制磁铁,所述电磁铁处于控制磁铁与磁块之间,所述电磁铁通电时,所述控制磁铁的磁极与电磁铁的磁极相同,此时所述活动密封板贴压在翻盖的内壁上实现密封,所述电磁铁断电时,所述翘杆在复位压簧的作用下复位使活动密封板脱离翻盖的底面。
所述翻盖的边沿包裹有气囊,所述翻盖内设置有小鼓风机和排风机,所述手柄上固定有选择开关按键,翻盖盖压时启动小鼓风机,翻盖打开时启动排风机。
所述凸块的外表面包裹有耐温防护层。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的结构设置合理,其不但设置有限位插槽配合限位卡块,可以保持盖合的位置,避免因负压造成过度吸紧,同时采用电磁铁配合复位弹簧,可以使限位卡块快速卡入或脱离限位插槽,操作较为便捷,而且其还设置有透气孔,在限位卡块从限位插槽内脱离时,实现透气,可以一定程度上缓解负压产生的吸紧力,方便翻盖打开,使用稳定可靠,适用性强且实用性好。

见图1,一种防负压吸紧的冰柜,包括柜体1和与柜体上侧壁转动连接的翻盖2,所述翻盖的底面边部固定有凸块3,所述柜体的内壁上开设有限位插槽4,所述凸块内开设有空腔5,所述空腔内固定有电磁铁6,所述凸块的外侧面开设有与所述空腔相连通的条形槽孔7,所述条形槽孔内设置有限位卡块8,所述限位卡块的内侧部固定有磁块9,所述限位卡块的内侧端与所述空腔的内壁之间固定有复位弹簧10,所述限位插槽的底壁设置有与柜体内腔相连通的导气孔11,所述限位插槽的顶壁设置有透气孔12,所述限位卡块的顶面和底面包裹有密封橡胶垫13,所述电磁铁通电时,所述磁块的磁极与电磁铁的磁极相同,使限位卡块向外伸出凸块并卡入所述限位插槽内进行限位,并使限位插槽内的导气孔和透气孔密封,所述电磁铁断电时,所述限位卡块在所述复位弹簧的作用下复位从限位插槽内脱离。
所述翻盖的顶面固定有手柄14,所述手柄上固定有与所述电磁铁相连接的按压开关15,所述按压开关下压时所述电磁铁断电。
所述柜体的内壁上固定有凸台16,所述凸台的顶面处于限位插槽的底面下方,所述凸台内开设有顶面开口的凹腔17,所述凹腔内设置有抵压块18,所述抵压块底面与所述凹腔的底壁之间固定有抵压弹簧19,所述翻盖盖合时,所述凸块抵压在所述凸台的顶面。凸台可以进行吸紧限位,而且抵压弹簧在翻盖打开时提供一个向上的弹力。
所述翻盖上开设有卸压通孔20,所述翻盖的底面设置有活动密封板21,所述活动密封板的端部设置有翘杆22,所述翘杆通过销轴23连接在所述凸块上,所述翘杆的内侧端伸入所述空腔内,所述翘杆与所述空腔的内壁之间固定有复位压簧24,所述翘杆的底端固定有控制磁铁25,所述电磁铁处于控制磁铁与磁块之间,所述电磁铁通电时,所述控制磁铁的磁极与电磁铁的磁极相同,此时所述活动密封板贴压在翻盖的内壁上实现密封,所述电磁铁断电时,所述翘杆在复位压簧的作用下复位使活动密封板脱离翻盖的底面。
所述翻盖的边沿包裹有气囊26,所述翻盖内设置有小鼓风机27和排风机28,所述手柄上固定有选择开关按键29,翻盖盖压时启动小鼓风机,翻盖打开时启动排风机。本实施例中,选择开关按键为三刀开关,可以在小鼓风机和排风机之间切换控制。
所述凸块的外表面包裹有耐温防护层。
本发明的结构设置合理,其不但设置有限位插槽配合限位卡块,可以保持盖合的位置,避免因负压造成过度吸紧,同时采用电磁铁配合复位弹簧,可以使限位卡块快速卡入或脱离限位插槽,操作较为便捷,而且其还设置有透气孔,在限位卡块从限位插槽内脱离时,实现透气,可以一定程度上缓解负压产生的吸紧力,方便翻盖打开,使用稳定可靠,适用性强且实用性好。
本实施例中使用的标准零件可以从市场上直接购买,而根据说明书和附图的记载的非标准结构部件,也可以直根据现有的技术常识毫无疑义的加工得到,同时各个零部件的连接方式采用现有技术中成熟的常规手段,而机械、零件及设备均采用现有技术中常规的型号,故在此不再作出具体叙述。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的实质精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种防负压吸紧的冰柜,包括柜体和与柜体上侧壁转动连接的翻盖,其特征在于:所述翻盖的底面边部固定有凸块,所述柜体的内壁上开设有限位插槽,所述凸块内开设有空腔,所述空腔内固定有电磁铁,所述凸块的外侧面开设有与所述空腔相连通的条形槽孔,所述条形槽孔内设置有限位卡块,所述限位卡块的内侧部固定有磁块,所述限位卡块的内侧端与所述空腔的内壁之间固定有复位弹簧,所述限位插槽的底壁设置有与柜体内腔相连通的导气孔,所述限位插槽的顶壁设置有透气孔,所述限位卡块的顶面和底面包裹有密封橡胶垫,所述电磁铁通电时,所述磁块的磁极与电磁铁的磁极相同,使限位卡块向外伸出凸块并卡入所述限位插槽内进行限位,并使限位插槽内的导气孔和透气孔密封,所述电磁铁断电时,所述限位卡块在所述复位弹簧的作用下复位从限位插槽内脱离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防负压吸紧的冰柜,其特征在于:所述翻盖的顶面固定有手柄,所述手柄上固定有与所述电磁铁相连接的按压开关,所述按压开关下压时所述电磁铁断电。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防负压吸紧的冰柜,其特征在于:所述柜体的内壁上固定有凸台,所述凸台的顶面处于限位插槽的底面下方,所述凸台内开设有顶面开口的凹腔,所述凹腔内设置有抵压块,所述抵压块底面与所述凹腔的底壁之间固定有抵压弹簧,所述翻盖盖合时,所述凸块抵压在所述凸台的顶面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防负压吸紧的冰柜,其特征在于:所述翻盖上开设有卸压通孔,所述翻盖的底面设置有活动密封板,所述活动密封板的端部设置有翘杆,所述翘杆通过销轴连接在所述凸块上,所述翘杆的内侧端伸入所述空腔内,所述翘杆与所述空腔的内壁之间固定有复位压簧,所述翘杆的底端固定有控制磁铁,所述电磁铁处于控制磁铁与磁块之间,所述电磁铁通电时,所述控制磁铁的磁极与电磁铁的磁极相同,此时所述活动密封板贴压在翻盖的内壁上实现密封,所述电磁铁断电时,所述翘杆在复位压簧的作用下复位使活动密封板脱离翻盖的底面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防负压吸紧的冰柜,其特征在于:所述翻盖的边沿包裹有气囊,所述翻盖内设置有小鼓风机和排风机,所述手柄上固定有选择开关按键,翻盖盖压时启动小鼓风机,翻盖打开时启动排风机。
