Abstract
The embodiment of the application provides a fence, a carriage connecting structure and a rail vehicle. Description
Technical Field
The application relates to a rail vehicle manufacturing technology, in particular to a fence, a carriage connecting structure and a rail vehicle.
Background
In recent years, rail vehicles are gradually the first choice vehicles for people to go out due to the characteristics of comfort, safety, reliability and the like, and the rail vehicles can go through a plurality of stations in one-time running process and stay at the stations in the stations so as to be used for passengers to get on and off and supplement materials in the vehicles. On the carriage of the railway vehicle, the door is adjacent to the end part of the carriage, and the connecting part of the two carriages has a larger gap with the platform, so that a larger potential safety hazard exists, and passengers can possibly fall into the gap between the connecting part of the carriages and the platform when getting on or off the railway vehicle.
In the solutions of the related art, in order to prevent passengers from falling into the gap at the junction of the carriages, a safety warning band is generally provided between the two carriages. The safety warning belt is in a striking color (e.g., yellow) and is attached at both ends to the two compartments, respectively, to prompt passengers to get away from the area.
However, with the solutions in the related art, the safety warning belt can only play a role of identification, and does not have the capability of safety protection, and when a passenger falls into a gap between the connection position of the carriage and the platform carelessly, the safety warning belt cannot provide protection for personal safety of the passenger.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application provides a fence, a carriage connecting structure and a rail vehicle, and the fence, the carriage connecting structure and the rail vehicle are mainly used for solving the problem that a safety warning belt arranged at the end part of a carriage in the related technology cannot provide protection for personal safety of passengers.
According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present application, there is provided a barrier arranged between a first car and a second car connected to each other, the first car comprising a first end surface arranged towards the second car, the second car comprising a second end surface arranged towards the first car, comprising:
a flexible main body, both ends of which in a first direction are provided with fixing pieces, the flexible main body being connected to a side of the first end surface facing outside the first car and a side of the second end surface facing outside the second car, respectively, by the fixing pieces, the flexible main body extending in a second direction;
the first direction is the extending direction of the first carriage and the second carriage, and the second direction is the height direction of the first carriage and the second carriage.
The fence as described above, optionally, the flexible main body includes a plurality of flexible connecting pieces arranged at intervals, and each of the flexible connecting pieces is provided with the fixing piece at both ends in the first direction.
The fence as described above, optionally the flexible connector comprises a polyester webbing, a rubber belt or a chain.
A fence as described above, optionally the flexible body comprises:
the body is provided with fixing through holes extending along the first direction at two ends of the body in the second direction;

the first mounting bracket comprises a first mounting plate parallel to the first end face and a first protection plate perpendicular to the first mounting plate, the first mounting plate is used for being connected with the first end face, the first protection plate is arranged close to one side, facing the outside of the first compartment, of the first end face, and the fixing piece at one end of the flexible main body is connected with the first mounting plate and is shielded by the first protection plate;
the second mounting bracket comprises a second mounting plate parallel to the second end face and a second protection plate perpendicular to the second mounting plate, the second mounting plate is used for being connected with the second end face, the second protection plate is close to one side, facing the outside of the second car, of the second end face, and the fixing piece located at the other end of the flexible main body is connected with the second mounting plate and is shielded by the second protection plate.

The fence as described above, optionally, a first corner post is provided on a side of the first end surface facing the outside of the first compartment, and the first mounting plate is fixed to the first corner post; and a second corner post is arranged on one side of the second end surface facing the outside of the second car, and the second mounting plate is fixed on the second corner post.
The fence as described above, optionally wherein the first mounting plate is removably connected to the first corner post and/or the second mounting plate is removably connected to the second corner post.
Optionally, the fixing member includes a spring, and the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are both provided with a suspension loop for connecting the spring.
According to a second aspect of an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a car connecting structure including a first car and a second car connected to each other, with a barrier as described in any one of the above provided therebetween.
The vehicle body connecting structure as described above, optionally, includes two of the fences, and the two fences are respectively disposed on both sides of the first end surface in the second direction.
According to a third aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is provided a railway vehicle comprising a plurality of end-to-end cars, at least two adjacent cars employing a car connection structure as described above.
By adopting the fence, the carriage connecting structure and the rail vehicle according to the embodiment of the application, the fence comprises a flexible main body, fixing pieces are arranged at two ends of the flexible main body along a first direction, the flexible main body is respectively connected to one side of a first end surface facing the outside of a first carriage and one side of a second end surface facing the outside of a second carriage through the fixing pieces, and the flexible main body extends along a second direction; the first direction is the extending direction of the first carriage and the second carriage, and the second direction is the height direction of the first carriage and the second carriage. In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the following further detailed description of the exemplary embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings makes it clear that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and are not exhaustive of all embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first direction is a longitudinal direction of the rail vehicle, or an extending direction of the car, or a "longitudinal direction" referred to by those skilled in the art, as indicated by an arrow in fig. 4; the second direction is the height direction of the carriage, or the direction vertical to the ground; the third direction is a width direction of the rail vehicle, or a width direction of the car, or a "lateral direction" as indicated by an arrow in fig. 5; it is understood that the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are perpendicular to each other in the three-dimensional coordinate system.

The present embodiment provides a fence 100 disposed between a first car 10 and a second car 20 connected to each other for maintaining the ends of the first car 10 and the second car 20 in contact to prevent passengers from falling into a gap between the junction of the car ends and a platform 30. As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the first car 10 includes a first end surface 11 disposed toward the second car 20, the second car 20 includes a second end surface 21 disposed toward the first car 10, and the barrier 100 is disposed between the first end surface 11 and the second end surface 21.
Specifically, the barrier 100 includes a flexible main body 110, both ends of the flexible main body 110 in the first direction are provided with fixing members 120, the flexible main body 110 is connected to a side of the first end surface 11 facing the outside of the first car 10 and a side of the second end surface 21 facing the outside of the second car 20 through the fixing members 120, respectively, and the flexible main body 110 extends in the second direction. The flexible body 110 is made of a soft material or a material having a certain elasticity to buffer the impact force when the passenger accidentally falls and to protect the passenger.
In the present embodiment, the flexible body 110 shields the gap between the first car 10 and the second car 20, so that passengers can be prevented from falling into the gap between the car connection and the platform 30, and personal safety of the passengers can be protected; when the passenger accidentally falls, the flexible body 110 may provide good cushioning to protect the passenger's personal safety, while providing a gripping target for the passenger to assist the passenger in standing, preventing the passenger from further falling into the gap between the platform 30 and the car connection.
In an alternative embodiment, the flexible body 110 includes a plurality of flexible connectors spaced apart from each other, and each of the flexible connectors is provided with a fixing member 120 at both ends in the first direction. Wherein, flexible connectors can select for dacron meshbelt, rubber belt or chain etc. specifically can select according to actual need. That is, the flexible main body 110 of the present embodiment includes a plurality of flexible connection members extending in the first direction, and the plurality of flexible connection members are spaced apart in the second direction, so that the shielding area of the flexible main body 110 is increased to protect passengers.
In another alternative embodiment, the flexible main body 110 includes a body 111 and at least two flexible supporting members 112, the two ends of the body 111 in the second direction are both provided with fixing through holes extending along the first direction, each of the two ends of the flexible supporting members 112 in the first direction are both provided with fixing members 120, and the two flexible supporting members 112 are respectively disposed in the two fixing through holes. In this embodiment, the body 111 may be a polyester webbing, and the flexible supporting member 112 may be a chain. In this embodiment, the body 111 of the flexible main body 110 may be made of a material such as a soft polyester webbing, so as to protect passengers better, and the flexible supporting member 112 may provide a certain rigidity for the flexible main body 110.
The fence 100 of this embodiment further includes a first mounting bracket 130 for connecting the first end surface 11 and a second mounting bracket 140 for connecting the second end surface 21, so that the flexible main body 110 can be mounted on the carriage after being assembled by the fixing member 120, and when the fixing member 120 is large, the loading time can be greatly saved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, the first mounting bracket 130 of the present embodiment includes a first mounting plate 131 parallel to the first end surface 11 and a first protection plate 132 perpendicular to the first mounting plate 131. The first mounting plate 131 is used to connect the first end surface 11, and may be mounted to the first end surface 11 by a connecting member such as a bolt. The first protection plate 132 is disposed near the first end surface 11 toward the side outside the first car 10, and the fixing member 120 at one end of the flexible main body 110 is connected to the first mounting plate 131 and shielded by the first protection plate 132, so that the fixing member 120 does not directly leak out, thereby protecting passengers and preventing the passengers from contacting the fixing member 120.
The second mounting bracket 140 includes a second mounting plate 141 parallel to the second end face 21 and a second protection plate 142 perpendicular to the second mounting plate 141. The second mounting plate 141 is used to connect the second end face 21 and can be mounted to the second end face 21 by a connector such as a bolt. The second protection plate 142 is disposed near the second end surface 21 toward the side outside the second car 20, and the fixing member 120 at the other end of the flexible main body 110 is connected to the second mounting plate 141 and shielded by the second protection plate 142, so that the fixing member 120 does not directly leak out, thereby protecting passengers and preventing the passengers from contacting the fixing member 120.
Alternatively, both the first mounting bracket 130 and the second mounting bracket 140 may be selected to be metal brackets or glass reinforced plastic brackets.
A first corner post is arranged on one side of the first end surface 11 facing the outside of the first car 10, and a first mounting plate 131 is fixed on the first corner post; the second end face 21 is provided with a second corner post on a side facing the outside of the second car 20, and a second mounting plate 141 is fixed to the second corner post.
In an alternative embodiment, the first mounting plate 131 is removably attached to the first corner post and/or the second mounting plate 141 is removably attached to the second corner post, such that when service is required at the junction of the first car 10 and the second car 20, the barrier 100 can be opened for access by service personnel by removing either the first mounting plate 131 or the second mounting plate 141.
In another alternative embodiment, the fixing member 120 may be a spring, two ends of the spring are provided with hooks, the first mounting plate 131 and the second mounting plate 141 are provided with hanging rings for connecting the spring, one end of the spring is hung on the flexible supporting member 112 of the flexible body 110, and the other end of the spring is hung on the hanging rings. When service is required at the junction of the first car 10 and the second car 20, the barrier 100 can be opened by removing the spring from the suspension loop for access by service personnel.
Example two
FIG. 4 is a simplified front view of a vehicle body coupling structure provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 5 is a simplified side view of a vehicle body coupling structure provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 6 is a diagrammatic top view of a vehicle body coupling arrangement provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present application; please refer to fig. 4-6. The present embodiment provides a car connection structure including a first car 10 and a second car 20 connected to each other, and a fence 100 as described in the first embodiment above is provided between the first car 10 and the second car 20.
Alternatively, two fences 100 may be provided between the first car 10 and the second car 20, the two fences 100 being provided on both sides of the first end surface 11 in the second direction, respectively. Therefore, the passenger can be prevented from falling into the gap at the connection part of the platform and the workshop no matter which side of the platform 30 on the vehicle, and the safety is improved.
The detailed structure and the beneficial effects of the fence 100 of the present embodiment have been described in detail in the first embodiment, and the detailed description of the present embodiment is omitted here. The barrier 100 of the first embodiment is disposed in the car connecting structure of the present embodiment, so that the passengers can be prevented from falling into the gap between the platform 30 and the first car 10 and the second car 20, the passengers can be prevented from falling off the platform, and the personal safety of the passengers can be guaranteed.
EXAMPLE III
The embodiment provides a railway vehicle, which comprises a plurality of end-to-end carriages, wherein at least two adjacent carriages adopt the carriage connecting structure in the second embodiment.

Claims (11)
1. A barrier disposed between interconnected first and second cars, the first car including a first end surface disposed toward the second car, the second car including a second end surface disposed toward the first car, comprising:
a flexible main body, both ends of which in a first direction are provided with fixing pieces, the flexible main body being connected to a side of the first end surface facing outside the first car and a side of the second end surface facing outside the second car, respectively, by the fixing pieces, the flexible main body extending in a second direction;
wherein the first direction is an extending direction of the first car and the second car, and the second direction is a height direction of the first car and the second car,
the flexible body includes:
the body is provided with fixing through holes extending along the first direction at two ends of the body in the second direction;
the fixing pieces are arranged at two ends of each flexible supporting piece in the first direction, and the two flexible supporting pieces are respectively arranged in the two fixing through holes;
the first mounting bracket is used for connecting the first end face and the second mounting bracket is used for connecting the second end face;
the first mounting bracket comprises a first mounting plate parallel to the first end face and a first protection plate perpendicular to the first mounting plate, the first mounting plate is used for being connected with the first end face, the first protection plate is arranged close to one side, facing the outside of the first compartment, of the first end face, and the fixing piece at one end of the flexible main body is connected with the first mounting plate and is shielded by the first protection plate;
the second mounting bracket comprises a second mounting plate parallel to the second end face and a second protection plate perpendicular to the second mounting plate, the second mounting plate is used for being connected with the second end face, the second protection plate is close to one side, facing the outside of the second car, of the second end face, and the fixing piece located at the other end of the flexible main body is connected with the second mounting plate and is shielded by the second protection plate.
2. A fence according to claim 1 wherein the flexible body comprises a plurality of flexible connectors spaced apart and each provided with a said fixing at either end of the first direction.
3. A fence according to claim 2 wherein the flexible connector comprises a polyester webbing, rubber tape or chain.
4. A fence according to claim 1 wherein the main body comprises a polyester webbing and the flexible support comprises a chain.
5. A fence according to claim 1 wherein the first and second mounting brackets are both metal brackets or glass reinforced plastic brackets.
6. A fence according to claim 1 wherein a side of the first end facing outwardly of the first car is provided with a first corner post to which the first mounting plate is secured; and a second corner post is arranged on one side of the second end surface facing the outside of the second car, and the second mounting plate is fixed on the second corner post.
7. A fence according to claim 6 wherein the first mounting plate is removably connected to the first corner post and/or the second mounting plate is removably connected to the second corner post.
8. A fence according to claim 1 wherein the fixing member comprises a spring and the first and second mounting plates are each provided with a suspension loop for connection to the spring.
9. A car coupler structure, comprising a first car and a second car coupled to each other, the first car and the second car having a barrier as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 disposed therebetween.
10. A vehicle compartment coupling structure according to claim 9, comprising two of said fences provided on either side of said first end surface in said second direction.
11. A rail vehicle comprising a plurality of end-to-end cars, at least two adjacent cars employing a car coupler structure as claimed in claim 9 or 10.
