Abstract
The invention provides a millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus, which comprises a therapeutic apparatus shell, a millimeter wave chip and a millimeter wave antenna, wherein the millimeter wave chip is arranged on the therapeutic apparatus shell; a cavity is arranged inside the therapeutic apparatus shell; a circuit board is arranged in the cavity; the circuit board is connected with a power supply module; the power supply module is used for supplying power to the circuit board; the millimeter wave chip and the millimeter wave antenna are integrated on the circuit board, and the millimeter wave chip is connected with the millimeter wave antenna and used for generating millimeter wave energy and radiating the millimeter wave energy through the millimeter wave antenna so that the millimeter wave energy is emitted out through the shell of the therapeutic apparatus to realize treatment; the invention adopts the design of a plane structure, utilizes the millimeter wave chip to provide millimeter wave energy, and then transmits the millimeter wave energy through the small millimeter wave antenna to realize the purpose of treatment.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of physics, in particular to a microwave technology, and particularly relates to a millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus.
Background
The millimeter wave is a high-frequency electromagnetic wave belonging to a microwave band, and as an electromagnetic wave, the millimeter wave can penetrate through the epidermis of a living being and act on deep tissues, and because the frequency of the millimeter wave is higher, the millimeter wave can effectively limit the power within a smaller range and only act on a specific part; the biological effect of the millimeter wave is divided into a thermal effect and a non-thermal effect, wherein the thermal effect means that the power of the millimeter wave can be converted into heat, so that the local temperature is raised to promote metabolism; the non-thermal effect means that the millimeter waves can affect biomacromolecules such as proteins and RNA and resonate with the biomacromolecules, so that the life activity process is influenced and regulated.
The millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus has the great advantages that the action position is small, accurate and controllable, however, the existing millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus is generally large in size, heavy in weight and poor in portability.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the therapeutic apparatus housing is divided into a radiation area and a handheld area; the radiation area is made of wave-transparent materials, and the position of the millimeter wave antenna corresponds to the radiation area, so that the millimeter wave energy is transmitted out through the radiation area.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes: a control circuit; the control circuit is integrated on the circuit board and connected with the millimeter wave chip for controlling the working state of the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus.

In an embodiment of the present invention, a millimeter wave frequency source and an amplifier are integrated inside the millimeter wave chip; wherein the millimeter wave frequency source is for generating the millimeter wave energy; the amplifier is used for amplifying the millimeter wave energy, and the output end of the amplifier is connected with the millimeter wave antenna and used for outputting the amplified millimeter wave energy to the millimeter wave antenna.

As mentioned above, the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus of the invention has the following beneficial effects:

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in one embodiment, the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus of the present invention comprises a therapeutic apparatus housing 1, a millimeter wave chip 2 and a millimeter wave antenna 3.
Specifically, a cavity 4 is arranged inside the therapeutic apparatus shell 1; a circuit board 5 is arranged in the cavity 4; the circuit board 5 is connected with a power supply module 6; the power supply module 6 is used for supplying power to the circuit board 5; the millimeter wave chip 2 and the millimeter wave antenna 3 are integrated on the circuit board 5, and the millimeter wave chip 2 is connected with the millimeter wave antenna 3 and used for generating millimeter wave energy and radiating the millimeter wave energy through the millimeter wave antenna 3, so that the millimeter wave energy is transmitted out through the therapeutic apparatus shell 1 to realize treatment.
It should be noted that the millimeter-wave chip 2 can generate millimeter-wave energy with a specific frequency or spectrum and a certain power.
Further, the circuit board may be an integrated circuit board or a combination of several circuit boards for carrying the circuits and components inside the mm wave therapeutic apparatus.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the housing 1 is divided into a radiation area 101 and a hand-held area 102.
It should be noted that the radiation region 101 is made of a wave-transparent material, and the position of the millimeter wave antenna 3 corresponds to the radiation region 101, so that the millimeter wave energy is emitted through the radiation region 101.
It should be noted that, by dividing the housing 1 of the millimeter wave treatment apparatus into the radiation region 101 and the handheld region 102, the millimeter wave energy can only be emitted through the radiation region 101, so that the radiation of the millimeter wave treatment apparatus to the operator during the treatment process is reduced, and the safety and reliability of the use of the millimeter wave treatment apparatus are improved.
Further, the specific structural shapes of the radiation zone 101 and the hand-held zone 102 are not a condition for limiting the present invention; preferably, the hand-held area 102 uses a structure that is convenient for hand-holding.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in one embodiment, the apparatus further includes a control circuit 7.
Specifically, the control circuit 7 is integrated on the circuit board 5, and the control circuit 7 is connected to the millimeter wave chip 2, and is configured to control the operating state of the millimeter wave therapy apparatus.
It should be noted that the control circuit 6 adopts a control circuit structure that is common in the art, and the specific circuit connection relationship and the operation principle are not conditions for limiting the present invention, and therefore, detailed descriptions thereof are omitted.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the power module 6 includes a power line interface 601 and a pluggable power line 602.
Specifically, the power line interface 601 is arranged on the therapeutic apparatus housing 1; but plug power cord 602 one end is connected with external power source 603, but the other end of plug power cord 602 is through connecting power cord interface 601, so that external power source 603 is for the power supply of circuit board 5.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment, the power supply module 6 further includes a rechargeable battery 604.
In particular, the rechargeable battery 604 is integrated on the circuit board 5; but the other end of plug power cord 602 is through connecting power cord interface 601 makes external power source 603 be rechargeable battery charges, realizes rechargeable battery 604 is for circuit board 5 supplies power.
In one embodiment, the power module 6 employs a power supply battery 605.
Specifically, the power supply battery 605 is integrated on the circuit board 5, and is used for supplying power to the circuit board 5 (as shown in fig. 2).
In summary, the external power 603 can directly supply power to the circuit board 5, or the external power 603 can charge the rechargeable battery 604, so that the rechargeable battery 604 can supply power to the circuit board 5, or the power supply battery 605 integrated on the circuit board 5 can be used, so that the power supply battery 605 can directly supply power to the circuit board 5.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, a millimeter wave frequency source 201 and an amplifier 202 are integrated inside the millimeter wave chip 2.
Specifically, the millimeter wave frequency source 201 is used for generating the millimeter wave energy; the amplifier 202 is configured to amplify the millimeter wave energy, and an output end of the amplifier 202 is connected to the millimeter wave antenna 3, and is configured to output the amplified millimeter wave energy to the millimeter wave antenna 3.
It should be noted that the millimeter wave frequency source 201 and the amplifier 202 are both conventional structures in the field, and the specific operation principle thereof is not taken as a condition for limiting the present invention, and therefore, detailed description thereof is omitted here.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment, the millimeter wave therapy apparatus further includes a switch 8 and a control button 9.
Specifically, the switch 8 and the control key 9 are both arranged on the therapeutic apparatus shell 1 and are respectively used for controlling the on-off state and the working state of the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus.
Further, the switch 8 and the control key 9 are located on the handheld area 102, which is convenient for an operator to operate, and reduces the radiation damage to the operating personnel caused by the millimeter wave energy emitted from the radiation area 101 during the operation of the switch 8 and the control key 9.
In one embodiment, the therapeutic apparatus housing 1 has a rectangular parallelepiped structure; the circuit board 5 has a planar structure.

the radiation area is made of wave-transparent materials, and the position of the millimeter wave antenna corresponds to the radiation area, so that the millimeter wave energy is transmitted out through the radiation area.
3. The mm wave treatment apparatus of claim 1 further comprising: a control circuit;
