本发明涉及一种微酸性碳酸型次氯酸水消毒剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:1)配制次氯酸原液A、柠檬酸原液B、维生素C原液C、碳酸型微酸性缓冲液原液D、蔗糖原液E;2)微酸性碳酸型次氯酸消毒灭菌水的制备;3)过滤并包装。本发明优点在于:本发明配制的微酸性碳酸型次氯酸水消毒剂,呈现出稳定的微酸性,达到与人体体质微酸性相匹配,完美地模拟人体白血球产生的次氯酸的消毒杀菌原理,具有很强的除菌能力,且对人体无毒无害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种微酸性碳酸型次氯酸水消毒剂的制备方法。
背景技术
目前市面上的次氯酸消毒剂,主要为盐酸型次氯酸水。由于盐酸的强酸性,即使在低浓度下,对人体皮肤腐蚀性问题,依然不明确。在微酸性碳酸型次氯酸水消毒剂中,因其碳酸型微酸性缓冲水溶液中的碳酸根(CO3 2-)离子和碳酸氢根(HCO3 -)离子,具备能将PH值稳定在6.5±0.5范围内的独特性能。但是现在尚无一种采用微酸性碳酸型次氯酸水消毒剂的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种微酸性碳酸型次氯酸水消毒剂的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种微酸性碳酸型次氯酸水消毒剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)配制次氯酸原液A、柠檬酸原液B、维生素C原液C、碳酸型微酸性缓冲液原液D、蔗糖原液E:
次氯酸原液A:将次氯酸根原料溶解于纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到有效氯浓度0.5-1000毫克/升;
柠檬酸原液B:将柠檬酸溶解于纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到柠檬酸百分比浓度0.5-20%;
维生素C原液C:将维生素C溶解于纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到维生素C百分比浓度0.5-20%;
碳酸型微酸性缓冲液原液D:将碳酸根离子和碳酸氢根离子原液,溶解于纯净水,充分搅拌混合,再通入高纯度二氧化碳气体,达到PH值稳定在5.5±1.0范围;
蔗糖原液E:将蔗糖溶解于纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到蔗糖百分比浓度0.5-20%。
2)微酸性碳酸型次氯酸消毒灭菌水的制备:将上述次氯酸原液A、柠檬酸原液B、维生素C原液C、碳酸型微酸性缓冲液原液D、蔗糖原液E和纯净水,按计算比例混合,充分搅拌混合,达到次氯酸的有效氯浓度0.1-700毫克/升,柠檬酸的百分比浓度0.0001-0.0500%,维生素C的百分比浓度0.0001-0.0500%,蔗糖的百分比浓度0.0001-0.0500%;并达到pH值6.5±0.5微酸性;
3)过滤并包装:搅拌5-10分钟,静置30分钟,再用200-300目过滤网过滤后包装。
作为优选,所述的柠檬酸为食品级柠檬酸。
作为优选,所述的维生素C为食品级维生素C。
作为优选,所述的蔗糖为食品级蔗糖。
作为优选,所述的纯净水为医用级纯净水。
本发明优点在于:本发明配制的微酸性碳酸型次氯酸水消毒剂,呈现出稳定的微酸性,达到与人体体质微酸性相匹配,完美地模拟人体白血球产生的次氯酸的消毒杀菌原理,具有很强的除菌能力,且对人体无毒无害。

下面用具体实施例说明本发明,并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
一种微酸性碳酸型次氯酸水消毒剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)配制次氯酸原液A、柠檬酸原液B、维生素C原液C、碳酸型微酸性缓冲液原液D、蔗糖原液E:
次氯酸原液A:将次氯酸根原料溶解于医用级纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到有效氯浓度0.5毫克/升;
柠檬酸原液B:将食品级柠檬酸溶解于医用级纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到柠檬酸百分比浓度0.5%;
维生素C原液C:将食品级维生素C溶解于医用级纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到维生素C百分比浓度0.5%;
碳酸型微酸性缓冲液原液D:将碳酸根离子和碳酸氢根离子原液,溶解于医用级纯净水,充分搅拌混合,再通入高纯度二氧化碳气体,达到PH值稳定在5.5±1.0范围;
蔗糖原液E:将食品级蔗糖溶解于医用级纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到蔗糖百分比浓度0.5%。
2)微酸性碳酸型次氯酸消毒灭菌水的制备:将上述次氯酸原液A、柠檬酸原液B、维生素C原液C、碳酸型微酸性缓冲液原液D、蔗糖原液E和医用级纯净水,按计算比例混合,充分搅拌混合,达到次氯酸的有效氯浓度0.1毫克/升,柠檬酸的百分比浓度0.0001%,维生素C的百分比浓度0.0001%,蔗糖的百分比浓度0.0001%;并达到pH值6.5±0.5微酸性;
3)过滤并包装:搅拌5分钟,静置30分钟,再用200目过滤网过滤后包装。
实施例2
一种微酸性碳酸型次氯酸水消毒剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)配制次氯酸原液A、柠檬酸原液B、维生素C原液C、碳酸型微酸性缓冲液原液D、蔗糖原液E:
次氯酸原液A:将次氯酸根原料溶解于医用级纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到有效氯浓度1000毫克/升;
柠檬酸原液B:将食品级柠檬酸溶解于医用级纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到柠檬酸百分比浓度20%;
维生素C原液C:将食品级维生素C溶解于医用级纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到维生素C百分比浓度20%;
碳酸型微酸性缓冲液原液D:将碳酸根离子和碳酸氢根离子原液,溶解于医用级纯净水,充分搅拌混合,再通入高纯度二氧化碳气体,达到PH值稳定在5.5±1.0范围;
蔗糖原液E:将食品级蔗糖溶解于医用级纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到蔗糖百分比浓度20%。
2)微酸性碳酸型次氯酸消毒灭菌水的制备:将上述次氯酸原液A、柠檬酸原液B、维生素C原液C、碳酸型微酸性缓冲液原液D、蔗糖原液E和医用级纯净水,按计算比例混合,充分搅拌混合,达到次氯酸的有效氯浓度700毫克/升,柠檬酸的百分比浓度0.0500%,维生素C的百分比浓度0.0500%,蔗糖的百分比浓度0.0500%;并达到pH值6.5±0.5微酸性;
3)过滤并包装:搅拌10分钟,静置30分钟,再用300目过滤网过滤后包装。
实施例3
一种微酸性碳酸型次氯酸水消毒剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)配制次氯酸原液A、柠檬酸原液B、维生素C原液C、碳酸型微酸性缓冲液原液D、蔗糖原液E:
次氯酸原液A:将次氯酸根原料溶解于医用级纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到有效氯浓度500毫克/升;
柠檬酸原液B:将食品级柠檬酸溶解于医用级纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到柠檬酸百分比浓度10%;
维生素C原液C:将食品级维生素C溶解于医用级纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到维生素C百分比浓度10%;
碳酸型微酸性缓冲液原液D:将碳酸根离子和碳酸氢根离子原液,溶解于医用级纯净水,充分搅拌混合,再通入高纯度二氧化碳气体,达到PH值稳定在5.5±1.0范围;
蔗糖原液E:将食品级蔗糖溶解于医用级纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到蔗糖百分比浓度10%。
2)微酸性碳酸型次氯酸消毒灭菌水的制备:将上述次氯酸原液A、柠檬酸原液B、维生素C原液C、碳酸型微酸性缓冲液原液D、蔗糖原液E和医用级纯净水,按计算比例混合,充分搅拌混合,达到次氯酸的有效氯浓度350毫克/升,柠檬酸的百分比浓度0.0250%,维生素C的百分比浓度0.0250%,蔗糖的百分比浓度0.0250%;并达到pH值6.5±0.5微酸性;
3)过滤并包装:搅拌8分钟,静置30分钟,再用250目过滤网过滤后包装。

1)配制次氯酸原液A、柠檬酸原液B、维生素C原液C、碳酸型微酸性缓冲液原液D、蔗糖原液E:
次氯酸原液A:将次氯酸根原料溶解于纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到有效氯浓度0.5-1000毫克/升;
柠檬酸原液B:将柠檬酸溶解于纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到柠檬酸百分比浓度0.5-20%;
维生素C原液C:将维生素C溶解于纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到维生素C百分比浓度0.5-20%;
碳酸型微酸性缓冲液原液D:将碳酸根离子和碳酸氢根离子原液,溶解于纯净水,充分搅拌混合,再通入高纯度二氧化碳气体,达到PH值稳定在5.5±1.0范围;
蔗糖原液E:将蔗糖溶解于纯净水,充分搅拌混合,达到蔗糖百分比浓度0.5-20%。
2)微酸性碳酸型次氯酸消毒灭菌水的制备:将上述次氯酸原液A、柠檬酸原液B、维生素C原液C、碳酸型微酸性缓冲液原液D、蔗糖原液E和纯净水,按计算比例混合,充分搅拌混合,达到次氯酸的有效氯浓度0.1-700毫克/升,柠檬酸的百分比浓度0.0001-0.0500%,维生素C的百分比浓度0.0001-0.0500%,蔗糖的百分比浓度0.0001-0.0500%;并达到pH值6.5±0.5微酸性;
3)过滤并包装:搅拌5-10分钟,静置30分钟,再用200-300目过滤网过滤后包装。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种微酸性碳酸型次氯酸水消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的蔗糖为食品级蔗糖。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种微酸性碳酸型次氯酸水消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的纯净水为医用级纯净水。
