Detailed Description
It is not necessary for any of the embodiments of the invention to be practiced with all of the advantages described above.
The implementation of the embodiments of the present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the storage unit is used for storing the fingerprint template; the fingerprint sensor is provided with a fingerprint acquisition area which is used for acquiring fingerprint original data of a finger when the finger of a current user is pressed on the fingerprint acquisition area; and the processing unit is used for carrying out fingerprint template storage management according to the matching result of the fingerprint original data and the existing fingerprint templates in the storage unit, is particularly suitable for the electronic equipment without the configuration display unit, can realize fingerprint noninductive identification, and does not need to set a special registration step to guide a user to register the fingerprint templates.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a fingerprint identification apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 1, it includes: the fingerprint detection device comprises a storage unit, a fingerprint sensor and a processing unit, wherein the storage unit is used for storing a fingerprint template; the fingerprint sensor is provided with a fingerprint collecting area which is used for collecting fingerprint original data of a finger when the finger of a current user is pressed on the fingerprint collecting area so as to generate a fingerprint image and extract current fingerprint characteristic data from the fingerprint image; and the processing unit is used for carrying out fingerprint template storage management according to the matching result of the current fingerprint characteristic data and the existing fingerprint templates in the storage unit so as to identify the target fingerprint.
The fingerprint identification device provided by the embodiment is preferably applied to the identification of the user identity in some scenes with limited or small number of users, such as the identification of fingerprints of different members in a family, so as to provide personalized services. The fingerprint recognition device in fig. 1 is commonly configured on a television remote controller or smart home device. Particularly, since the television remote controller and the intelligent home equipment are not generally provided with the display unit, when a user uses the television remote controller and the intelligent home equipment, the user can collect the fingerprint original characteristic data without perception for the user when pressing the fingerprint collecting area of the fingerprint sensor, further form a fingerprint image and extract the fingerprint characteristic data from the fingerprint image, and finally form a brand new fingerprint template or be fused with or added to the existing fingerprint template.
In this embodiment, the fingerprint raw data is fingerprint raw data obtained in a non-registration mode. Further, the fingerprint raw data is fingerprint raw data obtained by pressing the fingerprint acquisition area once. After the fingerprint sensor collects the fingerprint original data, the processing unit converts the fingerprint original data into a two-dimensional gray scale image, and the two-dimensional gray scale image can be directly used as a fingerprint image, so that the current fingerprint characteristic data is extracted from the fingerprint image. When the fingerprint identification device is applied to the remote controller or the intelligent home, the processing unit has limited operation capability, so that in order to ensure timeliness, when the current fingerprint feature data is extracted from the fingerprint image, the total extraction number of the fingerprint feature data, namely the key fingerprint feature data in the fingerprint image, can be reduced, and the fingerprint feature data with larger operation amount can be reduced.
In this embodiment, the fingerprint templates are exemplarily allocated based on the distinction between the finger and the user, so that, in the management of the fingerprint templates, if the finger is the same user, if there are multiple fingerprint templates corresponding to the same finger of the same user, the identities of the multiple fingerprint templates are the same; if there are multiple fingerprint templates corresponding to different fingers of the same user, the identity of the multiple fingerprint templates is different.
Further, in this embodiment, as described above, if the fingerprint template is distinguished based on the finger and the user, the processing unit further includes the following processing procedure when performing fingerprint template storage management according to the matching result of the current fingerprint feature data and the existing fingerprint template in the storage unit: obtaining a characteristic point matching index according to the current fingerprint characteristic data and the fingerprint template data of the existing fingerprint template; obtaining an image similarity index according to the fingerprint image corresponding to the current fingerprint characteristic data and the fingerprint image corresponding to the existing fingerprint template; and carrying out fingerprint template storage management according to the image similarity index and the characteristic point matching index. Further, the processing unit is further configured to obtain a finger association index according to the image similarity index and the feature point matching index, and perform fingerprint template storage management according to the finger association index.
Further, in this embodiment, the processing unit is further configured to identify the fingerprint raw data according to an existing fingerprint template in the storage unit. And if the identification is successful, indicating that the original fingerprint data is legal, otherwise, indicating that a fingerprint template matched with the original fingerprint data does not exist in the storage unit. When the fingerprint original data is legal, the fact that the existing fingerprint template matched with the fingerprint original data exists on the storage unit is indicated, and therefore a new fingerprint template is further generated according to the fingerprint original data and stored in the storage unit, the new fingerprint template and the existing fingerprint template matched with the fingerprint original data have the same identification, and the new fingerprint template and the existing fingerprint template correspond to the same finger. And when the storage unit does not have the fingerprint template matched with the fingerprint original data, generating a new fingerprint template according to the fingerprint original data, and storing the new fingerprint template in the storage unit, wherein the new fingerprint template has different identifications with the existing fingerprint template matched with the fingerprint original data so as to represent that the new fingerprint template corresponds to different fingers with the existing fingerprint template.
However, the relationship between the user, the finger, and the fingerprint template and the identifier is not limited to uniqueness, and in practice, different identifiers may be allocated to a plurality of fingerprint templates of the same finger of the same user, so long as storage management of the fingerprint templates is achieved.
The following description will be made on the fingerprint recognition process performed by the fingerprint recognition device in conjunction with the structure of fig. 1, and particularly, it mainly describes how to store and manage the fingerprint templates in the fingerprint recognition process, so as to realize non-perception registration of the fingerprint templates on the product, or to synchronously complete the registration of the fingerprint templates in the fingerprint recognition process, so as to distinguish the fingerprint recognition scheme from the prior art in terms of space-time attribute, and to provide a separate registration interface in the registration stage to perform registration of the fingerprint templates, and then to perform recognition of fingerprint feature data by using the registered fingerprint templates in the recognition stage. In contrast, the embodiment of the application is equivalent to canceling the registration stage and reserving the recognition stage, and the non-perception registration of the fingerprint template and the fingerprint recognition are completed through the recognition stage. Further, as mentioned above, when the fingerprint template is managed, it is determined whether to form a new fingerprint template and assign an identifier according to the matching result of the current fingerprint feature data and the stored existing fingerprint template, or to fuse with the existing fingerprint template, or to add to the existing fingerprint template and share the assigned identifier. In fact, it is also possible for a person skilled in the art to use the fingerprint template to store and manage the fingerprint template according to the requirements of the application scenario.
In addition, in the following embodiments, the matching between the fingerprint raw data and the stored existing fingerprint template is realized in a manner of extracting the current fingerprint feature data from the fingerprint raw data, and in fact, if the quality of the fingerprint raw data is relatively high, the process of extracting the current fingerprint feature data from the fingerprint raw data may be omitted.
FIG. 2 is a flowchart of a fingerprint identification method according to a second embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 2, it includes:
S201, when a finger of a current user is pressed on the fingerprint collection area, a fingerprint sensor collects fingerprint raw data of the finger;
s202, a processing unit generates a fingerprint image according to the fingerprint original data and extracts current fingerprint characteristic data from the fingerprint image;
S203, determining a matching result of the current fingerprint feature data and a stored existing fingerprint template;
as described above, if the fingerprint templates are assigned by distinguishing between the finger and the user, the identifiers of the fingerprint templates are the same if the finger is the same for the same user and if there are a plurality of fingerprint templates corresponding to the same finger for the same user during the management of the fingerprint templates; if the user is different fingers of the same user, if a plurality of fingerprint templates exist corresponding to the different fingers of the same user, the identification of the fingerprint templates is different; if it is a different user, the identity of the plurality of fingerprint templates is different. For this purpose, in this embodiment, step S203 may specifically include the following steps S213 to S243:
s213, obtaining a characteristic point matching index according to the current fingerprint characteristic data and the fingerprint template data of the existing fingerprint template;
s223, obtaining an image similarity index according to the fingerprint image corresponding to the current fingerprint characteristic data and the fingerprint image corresponding to the existing fingerprint template;
S233, obtaining a finger association index according to the image similarity index and the characteristic point matching index, so as to perform fingerprint template storage management according to the finger association index.
Specifically, the image similarity index and the characteristic point matching index are weighted to obtain a finger association index.
S204, storing and managing fingerprint templates according to the finger association indexes.
In this embodiment, a new fingerprint template is formed during storage management, and is fused with an existing fingerprint template, or added to an existing fingerprint template, so that the storage management of the fingerprint template according to the finger association index in step S204 can be specifically divided into the following three specific storage management operations: fusing fingerprint template processing procedure, adding fingerprint template processing procedure or adding fingerprint template processing procedure.
Further, in order to determine whether the fingerprint template processing procedure is an additional fingerprint template processing procedure, a fusion fingerprint template processing procedure or an additional fingerprint template processing procedure according to the finger association indexes, in this embodiment, three finger association index thresholds are set respectively, and if the three finger association index thresholds are referred to as an additional threshold, an additional threshold and a fusion threshold, a specific storage management operation (the additional fingerprint template processing procedure, the fusion fingerprint template processing procedure or the additional fingerprint template processing procedure) is determined according to the finger association indexes and the finger association index threshold.
Specifically, in this embodiment, step S204 may include any combination of steps S214 and S224A-S224D, please refer to fig. 3 in detail, which is a schematic flow chart of fingerprint template storage management according to the finger association index in the third embodiment of the present application:
s214, determining the matching result according to the relation between the finger association index and the finger association index threshold;
In this embodiment, the relationship between the finger association index and the finger association index threshold may be used as the matching result.
And S224A, if the matching result shows that the number of the existing fingerprint templates corresponding to the same finger of the current user with the current fingerprint feature data is multiple, performing fusion processing on the identifications of the multiple existing fingerprint templates so as to allocate the same identifications for the current fingerprint template and the multiple existing fingerprint templates.
In this embodiment, the current fingerprint feature data is matched with the existing fingerprint templates on the storage unit, that is, the finger association indexes of the current fingerprint feature data and each existing fingerprint template on the storage unit are calculated, if at least two finger association indexes are greater than a fusion threshold, it is determined that fusion processing is required for at least two existing fingerprint templates that participate in obtaining the at least two finger association indexes and correspond to the same finger, and meanwhile, because the current fingerprint feature data also participates in calculating the finger association indexes, if a fingerprint template is generated based on the current fingerprint feature data, the current fingerprint template generated based on the current fingerprint feature data and the at least two existing fingerprint templates can be considered to correspond to the same finger, and therefore, when fusion processing is performed for at least two existing fingerprint templates, fusion processing is performed for the current fingerprint template generated according to the current fingerprint feature data. And during specific fusion processing, the same identification is allocated to the current fingerprint template and the at least two existing fingerprint templates. Or if the fingerprint templates are generated based on the current fingerprint feature data, the fusion processing can be considered to be performed on at least three fingerprint templates.
Here, if the same identity is assigned to all the fingerprint templates corresponding to the same finger of the same user, there are a plurality of existing fingerprint templates corresponding to the same finger, and when fusion is performed, there are a plurality of existing fingerprint templates participating in fusion.
Further, it can be seen from the above process that the fusion processing of the at least two existing fingerprint templates is determined based on the relationship between the at least two existing fingerprint templates and the current fingerprint feature data, which can be understood as a manner of indirectly determining fusion, and is applicable to application scenarios with low requirements on fusion accuracy.
When the fusion accuracy requirement is high, the finger association index between the at least two existing fingerprint templates is calculated again based on the at least two existing fingerprint templates, and the specific process is similar to the calculation of the finger association index between the current fingerprint feature data and any one of the at least two existing fingerprint templates, and the specific technical process is as follows: obtaining a characteristic point matching index according to fingerprint template data between the at least two existing fingerprint templates; obtaining an image similarity index according to the fingerprint images corresponding to the at least two existing fingerprint templates; and according to the image similarity index and the characteristic point matching index, the finger association index between the at least two existing fingerprint templates, if the finger association index between the at least two existing fingerprint templates is greater than or equal to a fusion threshold, fusion processing is carried out on the at least two existing fingerprint templates and the current fingerprint template generated according to the current fingerprint characteristic data, and the current fingerprint template generated according to the current fingerprint characteristic data is stored in a storage unit.
Further, in some application scenarios, if an identifier (if 1) corresponds to a plurality of (if N) existing fingerprint templates, that is, the plurality of existing fingerprint templates correspond to the same finger of the same user, when determining finger association indexes of the current fingerprint feature data and the plurality of (i.e., N) existing fingerprint templates, first calculating feature point matching indexes of the current fingerprint feature data and fingerprint template data of each existing fingerprint template, calculating image similarity indexes of the fingerprint image corresponding to the current fingerprint feature data and each existing fingerprint template, thereby obtaining a plurality of (N) feature point matching indexes and a plurality of (N) image similarity indexes, weighting the plurality of feature point matching indexes and the plurality of image similarity indexes, so as to obtain finger association indexes of the current fingerprint feature data and the plurality of (i.e., N) existing fingerprint templates, that is, what may be referred to as finger association indexes (if F1) associated with the plurality of (i.e., N) existing fingerprint templates to the same finger (corresponding to 1) identifier). If another identifier (if 2) corresponds to a plurality of (if M) existing fingerprint templates, that is, the plurality of existing fingerprint templates correspond to the same finger of the same user, so when determining the finger association indexes of the current fingerprint feature data and the plurality of (i.e., M) existing fingerprint templates, firstly calculating the feature point matching indexes of the fingerprint feature data and the fingerprint template data of each existing fingerprint template, calculating the image similarity indexes of the fingerprint image corresponding to the current fingerprint feature data and each existing fingerprint template, thereby obtaining a plurality of (M) feature point matching indexes and a plurality of (M) image similarity indexes, and weighting the plurality of feature point matching indexes and the plurality of image similarity indexes, thereby obtaining the finger association indexes of the current fingerprint feature data and the plurality of (i.e., M) existing fingerprint templates, that is, the finger association indexes associated with the plurality of (i.e., M) existing fingerprint templates to the same finger (corresponding identifier 1) (if F2) is also obtained. If the two finger association indexes (F1 and F2, if they are both greater than or equal to the fusion threshold), it indicates that the multiple (i.e., M) existing fingerprint templates identified as 1 and the multiple (i.e., M) existing fingerprint templates identified as 2 correspond to the same finger, and fusion processing is required for the multiple (i.e., n+m) existing fingerprint templates respectively corresponding to the identifiers 1 and 2. During the fusion processing, fusion is performed on a plurality of (i.e., n+m) existing fingerprint templates corresponding to the identifiers 1 and 2 respectively, and the current fingerprint templates generated according to the current fingerprint feature data, i.e., at least n+m+1 fingerprint templates in total are fused, i.e., the same identifier is allocated to the at least n+m+1 fingerprint templates.
Specifically, for example, the identification of a plurality of existing fingerprint templates (i.e., M existing fingerprint templates) with the identification of 2 is changed to 1, and at the same time, the identification of the current fingerprint template generated according to the current fingerprint feature data is also 1. Or for example, the identification of a plurality of existing fingerprint templates (i.e. N) with the identification of 1 is changed to 2, and meanwhile, the identification of the current fingerprint template generated according to the current fingerprint characteristic data is also 2.
And S224B, if the matching result shows that the number of the existing fingerprint templates corresponding to the same finger of the current user with the current fingerprint feature data is one, adding the current fingerprint template under the identification of the existing fingerprint template so as to allocate the same identification for the current fingerprint template and the existing fingerprint template.
In this embodiment, the detailed technical processing procedure in step S224B is similar to that in step S224A, if the finger association index between the current fingerprint feature data and one existing fingerprint template is greater than or equal to the append threshold, the current fingerprint template generated according to the current fingerprint feature data and the existing fingerprint template correspond to the same finger of the same user, so that the current fingerprint template is appended to the underside of the identifier of the existing fingerprint template, so as to allocate the same identifier to the current fingerprint template and the existing fingerprint template. Of course, in some application scenarios, it is also possible to reassign an identifier to one of the existing fingerprint templates, and append the current fingerprint template to the reassigned identifier.
In this embodiment, if in an application scenario, if the finger association index between the current fingerprint feature data and one of the existing fingerprint templates is calculated to be greater than or equal to an append threshold, the one of the existing fingerprint templates is regarded as the same finger as the current fingerprint feature data corresponding to the current user, and the current fingerprint template is further appended to the identifier of the one of the existing fingerprint templates. Or in another application scenario, if the finger association indexes of the current fingerprint feature data and the existing fingerprint templates are obtained through calculation, if the maximum finger association index is greater than or equal to an additional threshold, the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the maximum finger association index is regarded as the same finger corresponding to the current user with the current fingerprint feature data, and the current fingerprint template is added under the mark of one existing fingerprint template corresponding to the maximum finger association index.
And S224C, if the matching result shows that the current fingerprint characteristic data and the existing fingerprint template correspond to different fingers of the current user, an identifier which is different from the existing fingerprint template is allocated to the current fingerprint template, and the current fingerprint template is stored in the storage unit.
In this embodiment, as described above, the finger association index is determined in step S224C, where the difference is that when the finger association index is less than or equal to the new threshold, it indicates that the current fingerprint feature data and the existing fingerprint template correspond to different fingers of the current user, and an identifier is allocated to the current fingerprint template, where the identifier is different from the identifier of the existing fingerprint template.
In this embodiment, if in an application scenario, only one existing fingerprint template is stored in the storage unit, in order to improve the timeliness of the technology, an identifier may be allocated to the current fingerprint template, where the identifier is different from that of one existing fingerprint template, that is, the processing is directly performed according to the newly added fingerprint template.
In this embodiment, if in still another application scenario, if the finger association indexes of the current fingerprint feature data and the existing fingerprint templates are calculated, if the maximum finger association index is smaller than or equal to a new threshold, it is indicated that the current fingerprint feature data and the existing fingerprint templates correspond to different fingers of the current user, an identifier is allocated to the current fingerprint template, where the identifier is different from the identifier of the existing fingerprint template. And if the maximum finger association index is larger than the newly added threshold and smaller than the additional threshold, marking the current fingerprint template as a to-be-processed area, such as a to-be-processed area stored in a storage unit. At this time, a further determination is made as to how to perform storage management on the current fingerprint template by assuming storage management. For example, according to the finger association index between the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the maximum finger association index and the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the next-maximum finger association index, if the finger association index is greater than or equal to a fusion threshold, it is assumed that fusion processing is performed on the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the maximum finger association index and the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the next-maximum finger association index. It is to be noted here that it is merely assumed that no substantial fusion processing operation is performed. If the finger association index is smaller than the fusion threshold, the identification is allocated to the current fingerprint template, and is different from the identifications of the plurality of existing fingerprint templates, which is equivalent to the processing of the newly added fingerprint templates. Under the condition that fusion processing is carried out on the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the maximum finger association index and the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the next maximum finger association index, if fusion processing is actually carried out on the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the maximum finger association index and the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the next maximum finger association index after the finger of the current user is pressed, the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the maximum finger association index and the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the next maximum finger association index after the finger of the current user is pressed are indicated to belong to the same finger of the same user, the finger association index between the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the maximum finger association index or the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the next maximum finger association index of the current fingerprint template is calculated, If the finger association index is greater than or equal to an additional threshold, the current fingerprint template is added to the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the maximum finger association index or the mark of the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the next maximum finger association index. It should be noted that, after the finger of the current user is pressed, the fusion processing is actually performed on the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the maximum finger association index and the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the next-maximum finger association index, and the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the maximum finger association index and the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the next-maximum finger association index have the same identifier. If the fusion processing of the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the maximum finger association index and the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the next-maximum finger association index does not actually occur after the finger of the current user is pressed, the assumption that the fusion processing of the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the maximum finger association index and the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the next-maximum finger association index is not established is indicated, and an identifier is allocated to the current fingerprint template, wherein the identifier is different from the identifier of the existing fingerprint template and is equivalent to the processing of newly adding the fingerprint template.
In the above embodiment, after the image similarity index and the feature point matching index are weighted to obtain the finger association index, the finger association index is compared with the new threshold, the additional threshold, and the fusion threshold, respectively, to determine whether the new fingerprint template processing, the additional fingerprint template processing, or the fingerprint template fusion processing is satisfied, where the weights allocated to the image similarity index and the feature point matching index remain unchanged.
Unlike the above embodiment, it is actually possible for one of ordinary skill in the art to set in advance whether the above determination satisfies the newly added fingerprint template process or the additional fingerprint template process or the fingerprint template fusion process in consideration of the reduction of the data amount and the improvement of the timeliness according to the application scenario, and to take different weights for the newly added fingerprint template process or the additional fingerprint template process or the fingerprint template fusion process when weighting the image similarity index and the feature point matching index. For example, it is first determined whether a fingerprint template fusion process is required, it is then determined whether a fingerprint template addition process is required, and finally it is determined that a fingerprint template addition process is required. Specifically, under the assumption that fingerprint template fusion processing is required, weighting the image similarity index and the characteristic point matching index based on the weight for the fingerprint template fusion processing to obtain a finger association index, and if the finger association index is greater than or equal to a fusion threshold, determining that the fingerprint template fusion processing is required; if the finger association index is smaller than the fusion threshold, further assume that fingerprint template additional processing is required, weight processing is performed on the image similarity index and the feature point matching index based on the weight for the fingerprint template additional processing, and a finger association index is obtained, wherein the weight of the feature point matching index becomes larger and the weight of the image similarity index becomes smaller when the finger association index is calculated assuming the fingerprint template additional processing, unlike when the finger association index is calculated when the fingerprint template fusion processing is performed on the assumption. The finger association index is larger than or equal to an additional threshold, and the fingerprint template additional processing is determined to be needed; if the finger association index is smaller than the additional threshold, finally, assuming that fingerprint template new addition processing is needed, and weighting the image similarity index and the characteristic point matching index based on the weight aiming at the fingerprint template new addition processing to obtain a finger association index, wherein the weight aiming at the fingerprint template new addition processing is the same as the weight aiming at the fingerprint template additional processing, and if the finger association index is smaller than or equal to the new addition threshold, determining that fingerprint template new addition processing is needed; otherwise, a decision for determining that the new processing of the fingerprint template needs to be performed cannot be obtained, the current fingerprint template is marked as to be processed, for example, stored in a to-be-processed area of the storage unit, and the processing is performed according to the processing procedure when the related finger association index is greater than the new threshold, and the detailed description is given in the above embodiment.
For the newly added threshold, the added threshold and the fused threshold, the newly added threshold is generally smaller than the added threshold, and the weight for calculating the finger association index when the fusion processing is performed is different from the weight for participating in the additional fingerprint template processing or the newly added fingerprint template processing, so that the fused threshold and the newly added threshold and the additional threshold have no absolute relation, and in fact, the size of the fused threshold and the newly added threshold and the additional threshold can be flexibly set according to the experience statistical value by a person skilled in the art.
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of managing fingerprint templates in accordance with a fourth embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 4, when a user's finger presses against the fingerprint collection area of the fingerprint sensor, there may be a difference between the finger specific area in contact with the fingerprint collection area, thereby resulting in a plurality of existing fingerprint templates that may be formed, especially when there is no correlation in physical location with the finger specific area in contact with the fingerprint collection area, such as in fig. 4, the contact of the finger specific area a with the fingerprint collection area results in an existing fingerprint template based on the finger specific area a, while the contact of the other finger specific area B with the fingerprint collection area results in an existing fingerprint template based on the finger specific area a, and as seen in fig. 4, the finger specific area a and the finger specific area B do not have any physical overlap in the fingerprint, thereby resulting in an existing fingerprint template corresponding to the two finger specific areas having different identifications, such as an existing fingerprint template corresponding to the finger specific area a, which is identified as 1, and an existing fingerprint template corresponding to the finger specific area B, which is identified as 2. And because the specific area C of another finger contacts with the fingerprint acquisition area to obtain the current fingerprint characteristic data, the current fingerprint characteristic data is respectively matched with the existing fingerprint template with the mark of 1 and the existing fingerprint template with the mark of 2 to obtain a finger association index, if the two finger association indexes are greater than or equal to a fusion threshold, the existing fingerprint template with the mark of 1 and the existing fingerprint template with the mark of 2 are corresponding to the same finger, and fusion processing is needed for the two existing fingerprint templates. If three fingerprint templates (two existing fingerprint templates, corresponding to the specific finger region C) are generated, the three fingerprint templates are fused during the fusion process, that is, the same identifier is allocated to the three fingerprint templates.
Specifically, for example, the identification of the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the specific finger area B is changed from 2 to 1, and at the same time, the identification of the fingerprint template corresponding to the specific finger area C is also 1. Or for example, the identification of the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the specific area A of the finger is changed from 1 to 2, and meanwhile, the identification of the fingerprint template corresponding to the specific area C of the finger is also 2.
In this embodiment, the identifier discarded during the fusion process is recovered, and can be allocated to a subsequent new fingerprint template after the storage management of the current fingerprint template data is completed.
Based on the above embodiments, considering that the memory unit generally has an upper limit of data size storage, the above technical solution further includes: the processing unit is further used for starting the cleaning processing of the fingerprint templates stored on the storage unit according to the set data storage threshold.
Specifically, the processing unit is further configured to obtain a clearing index according to the usage frequency of multiple fingerprint templates of the same finger and the total number of fingerprint templates, and when the clearing index reaches a clearing index threshold, clear the multiple fingerprint templates of the same finger and corresponding identifiers stored in the storage unit. Specifically, the usage frequency, such as the sum of the usage frequencies of a plurality of fingerprint templates of the same finger, and the total number of fingerprint templates are weighted to obtain the cleaning index.
In other embodiments, if none of the fingerprint raw data matches an existing fingerprint template in the storage unit, the processing unit is further configured to generate a new fingerprint template according to the fingerprint raw data and store the new fingerprint template in the storage unit. At this time, if the fingerprint corresponds to the same finger, the existing fingerprint template corresponding to the same finger has the same identifier, and if the fingerprint corresponds to a different finger, a new identifier is assigned to the new fingerprint template so as to be different from the identifier of the existing fingerprint template.
In addition, if the fingerprint template stored in the storage unit is empty, the fingerprint original data acquired by the fingerprint sensor for the first time is stored in the storage unit as an initial fingerprint template, and then fingerprint template processing such as new addition, fusion or addition of the fingerprint template is performed on the basis of the initial fingerprint template.
Finally, it should be noted that, in the above embodiment, the correspondence relationship between the fingerprint template, the identifier, and the finger is only a relative definition from the recognition point of view, and is not an absolute definition. From a management point of view of fingerprint templates, there may be a case where two fingerprint templates correspond to the same finger in practice, although they have different identifications.
