With the rapid development of OTT services, personalized content recommendation and operation for Television (TV) users are increasingly important. In order to support personalized operation, a content provider (e.g., a video provider) must support authentication of a user identity, so as to support operations such as behavior analysis of the user. That is, the content provider needs to support a user account authentication system on the TV. The TV is used as a terminal device shared by family members, and is different from personal devices such as computers and smart phones, and the TV needs to support multiple user accounts and to support flexible switching of different user accounts.
Currently, there are two main ways for a user account on a TV to log in, one is: inputting a user account and a password by adopting a remote controller (a control device matched with the TV); the second method comprises the following steps: and scanning the two-dimensional code on the TV through the mobile phone (another terminal) to log in the user account. and S107, when the first biological characteristic information is not matched with the second biological characteristic information, failing to pass the login authentication of the TV account to be logged in, sending a successful authentication result of the TV account not passing the login authentication to the terminal, and indicating the terminal to present a television interface corresponding to the login failure of the TV account to be logged in.
After the server preprocesses the first biological characteristic information and matches the first biological characteristic information with a preset characteristic library, the preprocessed first biological characteristic information matches information in the preset characteristic library, and when the first biological characteristic information is not matched with the second biological characteristic information, the server determines that login authentication of a TV account to be logged in corresponding to a user fails, namely the login authentication of the TV account to be logged in fails, so that the server can send a successful authentication result of the TV account not to be logged in to a terminal and instruct the terminal to present a television interface corresponding to the login failure of the TV account to be logged in.
That is, after the server performs the user login authentication, the server also returns the user login authentication result (failure or non-pass) to the terminal.
The previous embodiment describes the whole process of the server logging in the user according to the biometric information, in the process of extracting the first feature key by the server, the server may further extract the extended information of the user from the first biometric information, the extended information may be the information related to the user, such as the gender, age, and the like of the user, which can be identified from the biometric information (for example, facial feature information), and stored in the server, and when the user logs in successfully, the server may provide personalized recommendation for the corresponding user according to the stored extended information of the user.
For example, assuming that the sex of the user a obtained by the server is a woman and the age is about 25, when the server downloads the relevant loading information that the user a corresponding to the first shopping website of the terminal successfully logs in, the server may prominently load the loading information of the shopping goods related to the woman in the recommended position and issue the loading information to the terminal for corresponding display, so that the user a can obviously see the shopping goods related to the woman after logging in the first shopping website.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the server proposed in the embodiment of the present invention may be divided into: the access layer, the logic layer and the data layer. The register interface (registration interface) in the access layer is responsible for account registration calling interface when a new user uses the terminal or the application in the terminal for the first time. The login interface is responsible for the access call interface of the registered user to the server through the terminal.
The logic layer mainly comprises login and registration service, and is used for uniformly processing a registration request and a login request of a user by the user. And according to the request type of the user, calling the underlying processing service to carry out a registration or login process.
The data layer mainly comprises a biological characteristic information processing service, a user associated information processing service, a user account storage service and a user information storage service. The biological characteristic information processing service is used for receiving the biological characteristic information of the user scanned by the terminal in the register or the login and then extracting the characteristics of the user. For the register interface, the biometric information processing service acquires biometric information (for example, a facial image and the like) of a user, extracts features (facial features) of the user according to a feature recognition algorithm (a face recognition algorithm), assigns a unique identity ID (a first user identity) to the user, and calls a user account storage service to store the user ID and the features (a feature key and the user identity) of the user. Meanwhile, the biometric information processing service extracts the extension information (such as the sex and the age group of the user) of the user according to the biometric information of the user, and calls the user information storage service to store the extension information. For the login interface, after acquiring the biometric information (for example, a facial image) of the user, the biometric information processing service performs identity matching with the user key stored by the user account storage service according to the feature recognition algorithm. If the matching is successful, acquiring a user identity corresponding to the characteristics from the user account storage service through the biological characteristic information processing service, and acquiring user information or user extension information corresponding to the user identity from the user information storage service through the user associated information processing service, and returning to the login success; and if the matching fails, returning login failure.
The user account storage service is used for storing ID (identity) related to user login and user biological characteristic information (or characteristic key). The user information storage service is mainly used for storing user information and user extension information corresponding to the user identity.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 6, a registration process of a user is specifically:
1. the new user uses the terminal, and the terminal submits a registration request to the login registration service through the register interface.
2. The register interface (registration interface) calls a login registration service.
3. And after receiving the registration request, the login registration service calls a terminal camera to indicate the terminal to start to acquire the user image of the user to be registered.
4. And the terminal starts to collect the user image, and uploads the collected user image to the login registration service.
5. And after receiving the user image uploaded by the terminal, the login registration service calls the biological characteristic processing service for processing.
6. After receiving the user image, the biometric processing service first performs preprocessing on the user image, including processing such as light compensation, gray level transformation, geometric correction, histogram equalization, and the like. And eliminating noise interference of the environment where the user is located on feature extraction through image preprocessing. After the image preprocessing is finished, the facial feature processing service starts to extract the features of the user, performs feature modeling on the face through a specific algorithm, and normalizes the modeling result into a special feature key. In the feature extraction process, the biometric processing service also needs to extract the extension information of the gender, age, and the like of the user according to the face image of the user.
7. After the biometric processing service completes the processing, the processing result (registration information) is returned to the login registration service.
8. And the login registration service allocates an Identity (ID) for the user, binds the mapping relation between the ID and the extracted characteristic key, and stores the ID and the characteristic key of the user in a user account storage service.
9. The login registration service stores the user extension information to the user information storage service.
10. And after the user account storage service finishes storing, returning a processing result to the login registration service.
11. And after the user information storage service finishes storing, returning a processing result to the login registration service.
12. The login-registration service replies a response message (registration result) to the register interface.
13. The register interface returns the result of the registration to the user through the terminal.
Fig. 7 shows a login process of a user, which specifically includes:
1. the user submits a login request.
2. According to the login request, the login interface calls the login registration service.
3. And after receiving the login request, the login registration service calls a TV camera and instructs the terminal to start to collect the user image of the user to be authenticated.
4. And the terminal starts to collect the user image, collects the user image and uploads the user image to the login registration service.
5. And after receiving the user image uploaded by the terminal, the login registration service calls the biological characteristic processing service for processing.
6. And after receiving the user image, the biological characteristic processing service extracts the characteristic key of the user.
7. And after the biological characteristic processing service finishes processing, returning a processing result to the login registration service.
8. And after the login and registration service obtains the sequence or the character string mapped by the characteristic key of the user, the identity authentication is requested from the user account storage service.
9. The user account storage service performs user identity matching according to the biometric key of the user. If the matching is successful, returning the identity ID of the user; if the matching fails, a matching failure message is replied to the login registration service.
10. After acquiring the user ID, the login registration service requests the user profile storage service for user profile (profile information).
11. The user profile storage service looks up and returns the user profile (user information) based on the user ID.
12. The login registration service responds to the login interface processing result (user login result).

As shown in fig. 8, taking face feature information as face feature information and taking an example that a user logs in a first video application on a smart TV as an explanation, an information processing method provided by an embodiment of the present invention may include:

Optionally, the biometric feature acquisition apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention is disposed on an intelligent TV, and the intelligent TV may acquire the face information of the user by using a camera disposed on the intelligent TV.
Specifically, the smart TV can be provided with a front camera, a rear camera and other modes for arranging the cameras, so that the smart TV can start the front camera to perform the current face information acquisition work of the user under the condition that the front camera is available for the user to use; under the condition that no front camera exists, the intelligent TV can start the rear camera to collect the face information of the current user.

As shown in fig. 9, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a server 1, including:
the acquiring unit 10 is further configured to acquire a first login request, where the first login request is used to instruct a terminal to acquire first biometric information of a user; and acquiring the first biological characteristic information.
The matching unit 13 is configured to match the first biometric information acquired by the acquiring unit 10 after preprocessing with second biometric information in a preset feature library stored in the storage unit 12, so as to perform login authentication on a to-be-logged TV account.
A login unit 14, configured to pass login authentication of the TV account to be logged in when the matching unit 13 obtains that the first biometric information matches the second biometric information.
And the sending unit 19 is configured to send a result that the login unit 14 outputs the successful authentication result of the to-be-logged-in TV account to the terminal, and instruct the terminal to present a television interface corresponding to the successful login of the to-be-logged-in TV account.
Optionally, based on fig. 9, as shown in fig. 10, the server 1 further includes: an extraction unit 15.
The extracting unit 15 is configured to extract a first feature key from the first biometric information acquired by the acquiring unit 10.
The matching unit 13 is specifically configured to match the first feature key extracted by the extracting unit 15 with the second biometric information stored in the storage unit 12.
Optionally, based on fig. 10, as shown in fig. 11, the server 1 further includes: a registration unit 11.
The obtaining unit 10 is further configured to obtain a first registration request before the obtaining of the first login request, where the first registration request is used to instruct the terminal to acquire the second biometric information of the first user.
A registering unit 11, configured to perform registration of the first user according to the second biometric information acquired by the acquiring unit 10, and generate registration information of the first user, where the registration information of the first user at least includes the second biometric information.
The storage unit 12 is configured to store the registration information of the first user generated by the registration unit 11 in a preset feature library.
Optionally, the extracting unit 15 is further configured to extract a second feature key from the second biometric information acquired by the acquiring unit 10.
The registering unit 11 is specifically configured to allocate, according to the second feature key extracted by the extracting unit 15, a first user identity corresponding to the second feature key; mapping the second feature key and the first user identity representation one by one to form a feature key and user identity identification mapping relation; and using the second feature key and the first user identity as registration information of the first user.
Optionally, the extracting unit 15 is specifically configured to perform noise reduction processing on the biometric information acquired by the acquiring unit 10; extracting the characteristics of the biological characteristic information subjected to noise reduction; and obtaining a characteristic key according to the characteristics and a preset characteristic model.
Optionally, the feature key corresponding to the second biometric information is a second feature key, and the feature key corresponding to the first biometric information is a first feature key.
The matching unit 13 is specifically configured to match the first feature key extracted by the extracting unit 15 with the second feature key in the preset feature library stored in the storage unit 12, and when the first feature key is matched with the second feature key, pass login authentication of the to-be-logged TV account.
Optionally, based on fig. 11, as shown in fig. 12, the server 1 further includes: a determination unit 17 and a lookup unit 18.
The determining unit 17 is configured to determine, when the first feature key extracted by the extracting unit 15 matches the second feature key, a second user identity having a mapping relationship with the first feature key according to the mapping relationship between the feature key and the user identity generated by the registering unit 11.
The searching unit 18 is configured to search the user information corresponding to the second user according to the second user identity determined by the determining unit 17.
The sending unit 19 is further configured to send the user information corresponding to the second user found by the finding unit 18 to the terminal, so as to complete display of the user information corresponding to the second user on the terminal.
Optionally, the login unit 14 is further configured to, after the matching unit 13 preprocesses the first biometric information and matches the first biometric information with a preset feature library, fail to pass login authentication of the to-be-logged TV account when the matching unit 13 obtains that the first biometric information is not matched with the second biometric information.
The sending unit 19 is further configured to send a result that the to-be-logged-in TV account authentication fails and is output by the login unit 14 to the terminal, and instruct the terminal to present a television interface corresponding to the to-be-logged-in TV account login failure.
As shown in fig. 13, in practical applications, the registering unit 11, the matching unit 13, the logging unit 14, the extracting unit 15, the determining unit 17, and the searching unit 18 can be implemented by a processor 110 located on a server, specifically, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Microprocessor (MPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like, the obtaining unit 10 is implemented by a receiver 111, the sending unit 19 is implemented by a sender 112, the storage unit 12 is implemented by a storage medium 113, the storage medium 113, the transmitter 112 and the receiver 111 may be connected to the processor 110 through a system bus 114, wherein the storage medium 113 is used for storing executable program code comprising computer operating instructions, the storage medium 113 may comprise a high-speed RAM memory and may further comprise a non-volatile memory, such as at least one disk memory.

Claims (15)

1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
acquiring a first login request, wherein the first login request is used for indicating a terminal to acquire first biological characteristic information of a user through a camera arranged on the terminal; the terminal is a smart TV for multiple users; the first login request is acquired by a user based on user behavior when the user logs in a TV account to be logged in;
acquiring the first biological characteristic information, preprocessing the first biological characteristic information, and matching the preprocessed first biological characteristic information with second biological characteristic information stored in a preset characteristic library so as to perform login authentication on a TV account to be logged in;
when the first biological characteristic information is matched with the second biological characteristic information, sending a successful authentication result of the TV account to be logged to the terminal through the login authentication of the TV account to be logged, and indicating the terminal to present a television interface corresponding to the successful login of the TV account to be logged;
further comprising: extracting user extension information from the first biological characteristic information, and recommending information for the user according to the extracted user extension information and the stored user extension information, wherein the user extension information is the relevant information of the user identified from the first biological characteristic information;
the recommending information for the user comprises the following steps: the loading information related to the extension information of the user is taken as information which is loaded at a recommended position in a highlighted mode and is sent to the terminal, so that the loading information related to the extension information of the user is displayed at the recommended position in a highlighted mode by the terminal;
the pre-processing the first biological characteristic information and then matching the first biological characteristic information with second biological characteristic information stored in a preset characteristic library comprises the following steps: extracting a first feature key from the first biological feature information; matching the first feature key with the second biometric information;
extracting a first feature key from the first biometric information, including: performing noise reduction processing on the first biological characteristic information; extracting the characteristics of the first biological characteristic information subjected to noise reduction; obtaining the first feature key according to the features and a preset feature model; the preset feature model is a model used for representing the corresponding relation between preset features and a feature key, and the first feature key is a normalized string of sequence data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the first login request, the method further comprises:
acquiring a first registration request, wherein the first registration request is used for indicating the terminal to acquire the second biological characteristic information of the first user;
acquiring the second biological characteristic information, registering the first user according to the second biological characteristic information, and generating registration information of the first user, wherein the registration information of the first user at least comprises the second biological characteristic information;
and storing the registration information of the first user in the preset feature library.
3. The method of claim 2, comprising: the registering the first user according to the second biometric information and generating registration information of the first user includes:
extracting a second feature key from the second biological feature information;
distributing a first user identity corresponding to the second characteristic key according to the second characteristic key;
mapping the second feature key and the first user identity representation one by one to form a feature key and user identity identification mapping relation;
and using the second feature key and the first user identity as registration information of the first user.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the feature key corresponding to the second biometric information is a second feature key, the feature key corresponding to the first biometric information is a first feature key, the first biometric information is preprocessed and then matched with second biometric information stored in a preset feature library, and when the first biometric information is matched with the second biometric information, the login authentication of the TV account to be logged in is performed, and the method comprises:
matching the first characteristic key with the second characteristic key in the preset characteristic library;
and when the first characteristic key is matched with the second characteristic key, the login authentication of the TV account to be logged in is passed.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the login authentication by the TV account to be logged in when the first feature key matches the second feature key comprises:
when the first characteristic key is matched with the second characteristic key, determining a second user identity which has a mapping relation with the first characteristic key according to the mapping relation between the characteristic key and the user identity;
searching user information corresponding to the second user according to the second user identity;
and sending the user information corresponding to the second user to the terminal so as to complete the display of the user information corresponding to the second user on the terminal.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after preprocessing the first biometric information and matching the first biometric information with second biometric information stored in a preset feature library, the method further comprises:
and when the first biological characteristic information is not matched with the second biological characteristic information, failing to pass the login authentication of the TV account to be logged in, sending a successful result of failing to pass the authentication of the TV account to be logged in to the terminal, and indicating the terminal to present a television interface corresponding to the login failure of the TV account to be logged in.
7. A server, comprising:
the terminal comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a display unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a first login request which is used for indicating the terminal to acquire first biological characteristic information of a user through a camera arranged on the terminal; acquiring the first biological characteristic information; the terminal is a smart TV for multiple users; the first login request is acquired by a user based on user behavior when the user logs in a TV account to be logged in;
the matching unit is used for matching the preprocessed first biological characteristic information acquired by the acquisition unit with second biological characteristic information in a preset characteristic library stored in a storage unit so as to perform login authentication on the TV account to be logged in;
the login unit is used for passing login authentication of the TV account to be logged in when the matching unit obtains that the first biological characteristic information is matched with the second biological characteristic information;
the sending unit is used for sending the result of successful authentication of the TV account to be logged, which is output by the login unit, to the terminal and indicating the terminal to present a television interface corresponding to successful login of the TV account to be logged;
the login unit is further configured to extract user extension information from the first biometric information, and perform information recommendation for a user according to the extracted user extension information and stored user extension information, where the user extension information is related to the user identified from the first biometric information;
the login unit is further configured to issue the loading information related to the extension information of the user as information that is prominently loaded at a recommended position to the terminal, so that the terminal prominently displays the loading information related to the extension information of the user at the recommended position;
the server further comprises: an extraction unit; the extracting unit is used for extracting a first feature key from the first biological feature information acquired by the acquiring unit; the matching unit is specifically configured to match the first feature key extracted by the extraction unit with the second biometric information stored in the storage unit;
the extraction unit is specifically configured to perform noise reduction processing on the first biological feature information; extracting the characteristics of the first biological characteristic information subjected to noise reduction; obtaining the first feature key according to the features and a preset feature model; the preset feature model is a model used for representing the corresponding relation between preset features and a feature key, and the first feature key is a normalized string of sequence data.
8. The server of claim 7, further comprising: a registration unit;
the obtaining unit is further configured to obtain a first registration request before the obtaining of the first login request, where the first registration request is used to instruct the terminal to collect second biometric information of the first user; and obtaining the second biometric information;
the registration unit is configured to perform registration of the first user according to the second biometric information acquired by the acquisition unit, and generate registration information of the first user, where the registration information of the first user at least includes the second biometric information;
the storage unit is configured to store the registration information of the first user generated by the registration unit in the preset feature library.
9. The server according to claim 8,
the extracting unit is further configured to extract a second feature key from the second biometric information acquired by the acquiring unit;
the registration unit is specifically configured to allocate, according to the second feature key extracted by the extraction unit, a first user identity corresponding to the second feature key; mapping the second feature key and the first user identity representation one by one to form a feature key and user identity identification mapping relation; and using the second feature key and the first user identity as registration information of the first user.
10. The server according to claim 8, wherein the feature key corresponding to the second biometric information is a second feature key, and the feature key corresponding to the first biometric information is a first feature key;
the matching unit is specifically configured to match the first feature key extracted by the extraction unit with the second feature key stored in the storage unit, and when the first feature key is matched with the second feature key, the login authentication of the TV account to be logged in is passed.
11. The server according to claim 10, further comprising: a determining unit and a searching unit;
the determining unit is configured to determine, when the first feature key extracted by the extracting unit matches the second feature key, a second user identity having a mapping relationship with the first feature key according to the mapping relationship between the feature key and the user identity generated by the registering unit;
the searching unit is configured to search for user information corresponding to the second user according to the second user identity determined by the determining unit;
the sending unit is further configured to send the user information corresponding to the second user found by the finding unit to the terminal, so as to complete display of the user information corresponding to the second user on the terminal.
12. The server according to claim 7,
the login unit is further used for matching the first biological characteristic information with second biological characteristic information stored in a preset characteristic library after the first biological characteristic information is preprocessed by the matching unit, and failing to pass login authentication of the TV account to be logged when the first biological characteristic information is not matched with the second biological characteristic information obtained by the matching unit;

the server is used for acquiring a first login request, wherein the first login request is used for indicating a terminal to acquire first biological characteristic information of a user through a camera arranged on the terminal; acquiring the first biological characteristic information, preprocessing the first biological characteristic information, and matching the preprocessed first biological characteristic information with second biological characteristic information stored in a preset characteristic library so as to perform login authentication on a TV account to be logged in; when the first biological characteristic information is matched with the second biological characteristic information, the login authentication of the TV account to be logged in is passed; sending a successful authentication result of the TV account to be logged to the terminal; the system is also used for extracting the extension information of the user from the first biological characteristic information, and recommending information for the user according to the extracted extension information of the user and the stored extension information of the user, wherein the extension information of the user is the relevant information of the user identified from the first biological characteristic information; the recommending information for the user comprises the following steps: the loading information related to the extension information of the user is taken as the information which is loaded at the recommended position in a highlighting mode and is sent to the terminal; the step of preprocessing the first biological characteristic information and then matching the preprocessed first biological characteristic information with second biological characteristic information stored in a preset characteristic library comprises the following steps: extracting a first feature key from the first biological feature information; matching the first feature key with the second biometric information; the first login request is acquired by a user based on user behavior when the user logs in a TV account to be logged in; extracting a first feature key from the first biometric information, including: performing noise reduction processing on the first biological characteristic information; extracting the characteristics of the first biological characteristic information subjected to noise reduction; obtaining the first feature key according to the features and a preset feature model; the preset feature model is a model used for representing the corresponding relation between preset features and a feature key, and the first feature key is a normalized string of sequence data;
the terminal is used for acquiring a first login request, uploading the first login request to the server, acquiring the first biological characteristic information through the camera according to a response of the first login request sent by the server, and uploading the first biological characteristic information to the server; acquiring the successful authentication result of the TV account to be logged in sent by the server, presenting a television interface corresponding to the successful login of the TV account to be logged in according to the successful authentication result of the TV account to be logged in, and highlighting and displaying loading information related to the extended information of the user at the recommended position; the terminal is a smart TV for use by multiple users.
14. A server, comprising:
a memory for storing executable instructions;
a processor for implementing the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing executable instructions stored in the memory.
15. A storage medium having stored thereon executable instructions for causing a processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executed.
