                      背景技术
在这种容器封闭系统的应用中,保持包装物品的整体性是非常重要的。已经发现,在常规的封闭系统中,由于在加工过程中温度变化,在某些现有技术的封闭件中,当进行高压处理时,材料会发生热蠕变形,这将导致在某些情况下破坏密封产生松脱效果,从而松开包装物品。为保持包装物品的整体性,在进行高压处理加工的过程中,保持紧密密封是极其重要的。本发明提供一种封闭系统,其特征是借助新的结构特征和安排,保证在进行高压处理加工的过程中,具有紧密密封的结构。
                      发明内容
本发明提供一种特殊的封闭系统,其特征是具有专门用于高压处理加工过程的结构。为此,本发明的封闭系统包括套筒状插入物,通过施加压力将插入物安装在容器的颈部保护套,所述插入物具有螺旋结构,其终止于闭锁部分,以及封闭盖,其具有与闭锁槽相互配合的凸耳,并且在密封条件下,将衬垫锁定在容器上就位。

                      具体实施方式
下面参照附图,特别是参照图1和2,在图中描绘的闭锁螺旋封闭系统10安装在图1中所示容器30上,设计的闭锁螺旋封闭系统10的结构,在高压设备中进行消毒的过程中,防止封闭系统“旋开”。由于涉及到材料热蠕变形,在现有技术中的封闭件转动松开,导致螺旋封闭件松转,因此导致密封不良,使得容器中的内装物不能使用。
参照附图1,本发明的封闭系统10包括三个元件,圆柱形颈部保护套11,通常由弹性材料制成的衬垫盘或阻挡件12,其密封容器中的内装物,还包括杯状封闭盖13,如附图1中显示为剖视图,颈部保护套11和封闭盖13在图1中显示为配合位置,它们相互协同作用,防止在消毒过程中封闭系统10旋开,与此同时,封闭盖13向衬垫盘或阻挡件12施加向下的作用力。
如图中清楚所示,在插入式保护套11的展开图中,在插入式保护套11的外表面设有三个螺旋槽15,所述螺旋槽15具有入口15a,其尺寸对应于凸耳14,并且螺旋槽15在闭锁槽16处终止,闭锁槽16位于横向平面P-P,所述横向平面P-P垂直于插入式保护套的轴线。
采用下面所述方式组装闭锁系统的部件。首先施加压力将保护套11安装在容器的颈部,直到保护套11的底边缘11a与沿着圆周方向延伸的肋状物R相邻,所述肋状物R将瓶口颈部与容器体部分分离。然后,将衬垫密封件12安置在容器的卸料边缘端部,如图1所示位置。衬垫密封件12的直径小于保护套11的直径,以致当封闭盖位于衬垫12上方时,凸耳14可以对准并且接合螺旋槽15的入口端。朝着顺时针方向转动封闭盖来安置封闭盖,当凸耳14通过定位突起17并且与闭锁槽16相互配合时,封闭盖在此处被闭锁。

为固定容器30中的内装物,将保护套11用力安装到容器30的颈部31。将衬垫或阻挡件12放置在容器30的顶部,或者采用另外一种方式,将衬垫或阻挡件12放置在封闭盖13内,然后,将封闭盖13安置在颈部保护套11上,以使配合凸耳14对准螺旋槽15。为了将衬垫或阻挡件12固定在容器30上,转动封闭盖13,沿着螺旋槽15向下拉动封闭盖13,与此同时,由作用力汇聚装置18向衬垫或阻挡件12施加压力。要使配合凸耳14移动通过定位突起17,并且进入匣体16时,需要稍稍向封闭盖13增加作用力。
当取下衬垫或阻挡件12和开启容器30时,必须朝着逆时针方向,向封闭盖13施加足够大的作用力,以便配合凸耳14克服定位突起17。当配合凸耳14通过定位突起17时,配合凸耳14沿着螺旋槽15转动松开,释放封闭盖13和衬垫或阻挡件12,从而可以使用容器30中的内装物。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于具有一般圆柱形颈部容器的封闭组件,其包括颈部保护套,在颈部保护套的外表面设有一系列沿圆周间隔分布的螺旋槽,各螺旋槽终止于长形闭锁槽中相邻保护套的下端,长形闭锁槽沿着容器保护套的横向延伸,在入口向下凸出到所述闭锁槽形成有阻挡件,杯形封闭盖具有顶部和从顶部延伸的裙部,从裙部的下边缘有一系列沿着圆周间隔分布的、向内径向伸出的凸耳,其沿着圆周等间隔对准保护套的螺旋槽,当封闭盖相对于容器转动时,凸耳相对于螺旋槽成横向并在闭锁槽的底部配合,将封闭盖夹持在容器上,由位于封闭盖内侧、与裙部相邻的、沿圆周延伸的连续肋状物,将弹性密封衬垫压靠在瓶子端口的轴向端面,当凸耳与闭锁槽相互配合时,所述肋状物与衬垫相互配合,将封闭盖向上偏置,使所述凸耳座落在所述闭锁槽内。
2.按照权利要求1所述的封闭组件,其中  衬垫的直径,稍微小于通过容器颈部保护套外表面中的螺旋槽内边缘的圆轨迹的直径。
