Abstract
本发明提供一种结合红外触摸技术的电视机单键操控实现方法,通过电视本机上单个机械物理按键调用电视系统底层的控制菜单并显示在电视屏幕上的规定区域,再运用红外触摸技术对该区域显示的功能菜单实施控制。从而改变了传统的电视机机械按键操控方式,用户使用起来变得方便流畅。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及移动通讯终端信息处理技术领域,特别是涉及一种结合红外触摸技术的电视机单键操控实现方法。
背景技术
目前市面上大部分的电视本机操控采用的是多个机械按键,操作繁琐,长期使用容易老化导致漏电导致功能错乱甚至操控失效。需要改善电视本机按键操控方式。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种与红外触摸技术相结合的单按键电视机操控方法,通过电视本机上单个机械物理按键调用电视系统底层的控制菜单并显示在电视屏幕上的规定区域,再运用红外触摸技术对该区域显示的功能菜单实施控制。从而改变了传统的电视机机械按键操控方式,用户使用起来变得方便流畅。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种结合红外触摸技术的电视机单键操控实现方法,所述电视机的屏幕上设有红外触摸屏,所述电视机上设有单个机械物理按键,用于调用电视功能菜单并显示在红外触摸屏区域;
所述单键操控实现方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1:对于处于待机状态下的电视机,短按机械物理按键,产生指令编码脉冲信号,驱动主板芯片中的MCU电源控制开关机电路实现开机;
步骤2:当开机后,再次短按机械物理按键,在红外触摸屏区域映射出电视功能菜单;
步骤3:触摸不同的电视功能菜单选项,产生相应的十六进制响应串口数据指令,再按照USB通信协议编码输出到电视机的主板芯片接口中;
步骤4:长按机械物理按键,驱动主板芯片中的MCU进入待机,同时控制开关电源电路实现待机状态。
优选的,所述电视机的屏幕四周水平方向和垂直方向分别构置红外发射管和接收管组成长方形触控菜单显示区域,红外发射管与接收管数量相同,采用共轴相向方式排列。
优选的,步骤3包括:
步骤3.1:检测触摸坐标;
步骤3.2:将触摸坐标位置信息发送给电视机微处理器;
步骤3.3:电视机微处理器按照预设的映射转换逻辑,将触摸坐标转换到电视显示屏中的映射坐标,并根据映射坐标对电视机进行相应的显示控制菜单,利用开发工具对系统软件编译控制菜单,红外触摸单元输出的各个指令信号经过驱动电路解析后,再按照USB传输协议编码将数据包传送到电视主控芯片中进行处理。
优选的,所述控制菜单包括红外驱动程序模块、功能选项程序模块和UI(用户)界面设计程序模块。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
在电视屏幕特定的红外触摸区域(如底端)通过一键(机械式)操作映射出功能选项菜单,继而以红外触摸方式对显示在屏幕横纵轴坐标上的菜单选项进行操控。
经过实验验证,采用这种电视机的单键触摸操控信息传递正确,性能稳定。取代了繁琐的机械按键操控和价格高昂的全屏触摸操控,方便了用户使用,降低了电视造价成本,提高了企业的利润。

具体实施例
实施例中,将电视屏幕分为触摸区域和非触摸区域,如图1所示为电视机屏幕局部触摸原理图,在电视屏幕下方四周水平方向(x轴)和垂直方向(y轴)分别构置红外发射管和接收管组成长方形触控菜单显示区域,红外发射管与接收管数量相同,采用共轴相向方式排列。其工作原理是当红外光受到触点的阻挡,接收管接收信号的强度会发生变化,控制器对共轴相向的发射管和接收管进行扫描,首先对x轴每个发射管用高速脉冲扫描一次,判别出该发射管所对应的区域是否存在触点,并记录触点与该发射管中心线的偏差。当完成对x轴所有发射管的扫描后,先判别是否有触点存在,如果存在则执行y轴扫描,扫描方法和x轴类似,得到触点的y轴坐标。最后将触摸坐标位置信息发送给微处理器。图2为高速脉冲扫描流程图。
电视机微处理器按照预设的映射转换逻辑,将触摸区域中的坐标转换到电视显示屏中的映射坐标值,并根据所述映射坐标点对电视进行相应的显示控制菜单,利用开发工具对系统软件编译控制菜单,包括红外驱动程序模块、功能选项程序模块和UI(用户)界面设计程序模块等,局部红外触摸单元输出的各个指令信号经过驱动电路解析后,再按照USB传输协议编码将数据包传送到电视主控芯片(MCU)中进行处理。
由于国家对电视待机功耗要求很低(小于0.5W),红外触控单元在电视待机时不工作,必须通过机械按键实现对电视的开机。短按和长按物理单键发送相应的指令脉冲信号到电视主控芯片(MCU)中,MCU和GPU、Flash分别控制开关机电路和图像信号的输出。在开机状态下,短按可以调用电视功能菜单,映射在电视屏中长方形红外触控显示区域,以触摸方式实现对电视进行功能操控,如图3所示为熊猫电视红外触控功能菜单示意图。
结合图4所示熊猫电视红外触控操作流程图,基于创建好的单键红外触摸系统,通过单键触摸控制电视的操作方法如下:
首先,对于处于待机状态下的电视机,短按机械物理单键,产生指令编码脉冲信号,驱动主板芯片中的MCU电源控制开关机电路实现开机。当开机后,再次短按机械物理单键,系统底层在红外触摸区域映射出电视功能菜单。触摸不同的菜单选项,红外触控单元发出相应指令编码。例如:当选择触摸音量+、音量-和频道+/-时,产生的相应的十六进制响应串口数据指令,再按照USB通信协议编码输出到电视非触摸区域的主板芯片接口中,电视音量和频道将会加减。
其次,当触摸信号源和设置选项时,同一个水平线上触摸区域会显示信号源列表和设置菜单列表,当触摸信号源AV1、AV2、HDMI和YPBPR时,产生的串口数据指令会设置进入相应的信号源,当触摸声音时,可以改变声音的模式,触摸网络时,可以对无线和有线网络进行设置,触摸USB时,可以进入外接U盘的多媒体文件夹进行视频、图像和音乐播放,触摸搜台时,可以进行相应信号搜台,触摸图像时,可以设置图像清晰度。
最后,长按机械物理单键,驱动主板芯片中的MCU进入待机,同时控制开关电源电路实现待机状态。
Claims (4)
1.一种结合红外触摸技术的电视机单键操控实现方法,其特征在于,所述电视机的屏幕上设有红外触摸屏;所述电视机上设有单个机械物理按键,用于调用电视功能菜单并显示在红外触摸屏区域;
所述单键操控实现方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1:对于处于待机状态下的电视机,短按机械物理按键,产生指令编码脉冲信号,驱动电视机主板芯片中的MCU电源控制开关机电路实现开机;
步骤2:当开机后,再次短按机械物理按键,在红外触摸屏区域映射出电视功能菜单;
步骤3:触摸不同的电视功能菜单选项,产生相应的十六进制响应串口数据指令,再按照USB通信协议编码输出到电视机的主板芯片接口中;
步骤4:长按机械物理按键,驱动主板芯片中的MCU进入待机,同时控制开关电源电路实现待机状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种结合红外触摸技术的电视机单键操控实现方法,其特征在于,所述电视机的屏幕四周水平方向和垂直方向分别构置红外发射管和接收管组成红外触摸屏区域,红外发射管与接收管数量相同,采用共轴相向方式排列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种结合红外触摸技术的电视机单键操控实现方法,其特征在于,步骤3包括:
步骤3.1:检测触摸坐标;
步骤3.2:将触摸坐标位置信息发送给电视机微处理器;
步骤3.3:电视机微处理器按照预设的映射转换逻辑,将触摸坐标转换到电视显示屏中的映射坐标,并根据映射坐标对电视机进行相应的显示控制菜单,利用开发工具对系统软件编译控制菜单,红外触摸单元输出的各个指令信号经过驱动电路解析后,再按照USB传输协议编码将数据包传送到电视主控芯片中进行处理。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种结合红外触摸技术的电视机单键操控实现方法,其特征在于,所述控制菜单包括红外驱动程序模块、功能选项程序模块和UI界面设计程序模块。
