In an actual scene, the first user equipment can also acquire and display live broadcast picture video stream information including interview question information and interview user video stream information from the network equipment, so that the interview user and the examiner user can watch the synchronous live broadcast picture video stream information through the used equipment. In addition, since the first user equipment can directly acquire the video stream information of the interview user, the first user equipment does not acquire the video stream information of the live broadcast picture from the network equipment, but the first user equipment acquires the video stream information of the interview user through an image acquisition device such as a camera and combines the video stream information with the acquired interview question information to be displayed. When the combination processing mode is consistent with that of the network equipment, the first user equipment can also display the live-broadcast image video stream information synchronized with the second user equipment.
When the live broadcast picture video stream information is displayed, the network equipment can adopt different display modes according to the requirements of actual application scenes, so that interview users can have better use experience. For example, the examination question information from different examiner users in the embodiment of the present application includes similar reynolds examination question information and dissimilar general examination question information. Thus, all the same-plane test question information can be displayed in the same area and the general-plane test question information can be displayed in the other area. For example, the information of the examination questions can be divided into the fixed answer questions and the open answer questions according to whether there is a fixed answer, all the fixed answer questions can be displayed in the same area during the display, and the fixed answer questions can be displayed in another area, taking the display interface of the live video stream information shown in fig. 4 as an example, the left area 410 of the interface is used for displaying the fixed answer questions, and the right area 420 of the interface is used for displaying the open answer questions.
In some embodiments of the present application, a manner is also provided by which the examiner user actively changes the order of display of the interview question information. The second user equipment may provide an interactive entry when displaying the information of the examination questions, for example, a selection button is displayed on one side of each piece of the information of the examination questions, and after the examiner clicks the selection button, the second user equipment may detect the selection information about the information of the examination questions, so that the selection information may be transmitted to the network device. For example, taking the live-view video stream information display interface shown in fig. 5 as an example, an operable "top" button 510 is displayed after each piece of interview question information, and the button 510 is an interactive entry for the user to input selection information. Any examiner user participating in the live interview can click a 'top' button corresponding to the interview question information in second user equipment used by the examiner user, so that the network equipment can acquire selection information about the interview question information from the second user equipment, and then adjust the display sequence of the interview question information according to the selection information, and accordingly the display sequence of the interview question information displayed in the first user equipment and the second user equipment can be adjusted again.
When the network device adjusts the display order of the interview question information according to the selection information, the network device can sort the interview question information according to the selection times of the interviewer user corresponding to the second user device on the interview question information, and then adjust the display order of the interview question information according to the sorting result. Taking the scenario shown in fig. 5 as an example, the number of times of selecting one interview question information is the number of "tops" of the interview question information by each examiner user, for example, the number of "tops" of the examiner user for 6 interview question information is 0, 1, 4, 0, 3, 7, so that the examiner user can be sorted according to the number of "tops", and the finally adjusted display sequence is shown in fig. 6.
In addition to being used for sorting and adjusting the display order, the network equipment can also add at least one piece of interview question information with the top sorting result as candidate question information to the recommendation candidate database. For example, in each live interview, the network device may add top-ranked interview question information to the recommendation candidate database for use in providing the recommendation question information to the second user device. In an actual scene, the specific amount of the at least one interview question information can be set according to the requirements of the actual scene, for example, the specific amount can be one of the first interview question information or two of the first interview question information (i.e., the first interview question information and the second interview question information). In addition, a threshold value can be set, for example, the selection times exceed 5 and 10, so that the face test question information with all the selection times exceeding the threshold value can be selected as candidate question information to be added to the recommendation candidate database by traversing from high to low according to the sorting times according to the sorting result.
In other embodiments of the present application, when the network device adjusts the display order of the interview question information according to the selection information, the network device may display the corresponding interview question information on top according to the selection information. For example, after a certain examiner user selects one piece of interview question information D, the second user equipment detects selection information about the interview question information D and sends the selection information to the network equipment, the network equipment can display the interview question information D on top according to the selection information, and therefore the interview question information D displayed in the first user equipment and the second user equipment can be displayed at the head of all the interview question information according to the selection information.
In an actual scenario, such a manner of adjusting the display sequence may be implemented by combining payment items in the application program or by using items of other specific acquisition conditions. For example, the counselor user may obtain the set-top items through payment or other means (e.g., accumulated login time, redemption of points, etc.), and each time the user enters selection information to implement the set-top, the user needs to consume one set-top item, thereby providing another way for the counselor user to change the display order. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the specific manner for adjusting the display sequence of the interview question information is only an example, and other forms based on similar principles, which are present or later come to be suitable for the application, should be included in the scope of protection of the application and are included by reference.
In some embodiments of the present application, after determining that an interview user of the first user equipment completes a certain piece of interview question information, the network device may further mark the completed piece of interview question information, so that a completion identifier is added to the displayed piece of interview question information. For example, in the display interface of the live-view video stream information shown in fig. 7, the "(answered)" displayed after the plurality of pieces of interview question information is the completion identifier, and the specific form of the completion identifier in the actual scene may also be any other feasible form, for example, by changing the font, color, underlining, flashing, etc. of the interview question information, as the specific display form of the completion identifier.
The manner in which the network device determines that the interview user of the first user device completes the information of the certain interview test question may be completed by the interview user inputting a marking operation in the first user device. For example, the interview user can answer the interview question information displayed in the display screen in sequence or in disorder in the live broadcasting process, and after the answer of each interview question information is finished, the interview user can perform marking operation in the first user equipment. The first user equipment obtains marking operation which is input by an interview user and is related to the interview question information, completion marking information related to the interview question information is sent to the network equipment according to the marking operation, the network equipment determines the interview question information completed by the interview user of the first user equipment according to the completion marking information, the completed interview question information is marked, and therefore completion marks are added to the interview question information displayed in the first user equipment and the second user equipment.
Besides manual marking by the interview users who answer the test questions, the network equipment can automatically recognize the voice, the picture and other information contained in the interview user live stream information, judge the specific content answered by the interview users according to the voice and the picture, match the specific content answered with the interview test question information, judge the interview test question information answered by the interview users, and judge whether the answer is finished. If the answer is judged to be finished, the network equipment can mark the finished interview question information, so that the finishing identification is added to the interview question information displayed in the first user equipment and the second user equipment.
For the completed interview question information, the examiner user can perform evaluation through the second user equipment according to the actual answer situation of the interview user to input evaluation information. The second user equipment acquires evaluation information input by the examiner user and sends the evaluation information to the network equipment, and the network equipment can send the evaluation information to the first user equipment after acquiring the evaluation information from the second user equipment, so that the first user equipment displays the evaluation information corresponding to the interview question information. For example, in the case of approval, when the first user equipment displays the evaluation information, the amount of approval of the interviewer user to the interview user may be displayed at the corresponding interview question information, as shown in fig. 8. For the condition of inputting the comments, the answers to the examination questions and the scores, when the evaluation information is displayed in the first user equipment, the comments, the answers to the examination questions or the scores given by the examiner user can be displayed at the corresponding information of the examination questions of the interview.
In an actual scene, the network device may send the evaluation information to the first user device after obtaining the evaluation information from the second user device, so that when the first user device displays the evaluation information corresponding to the interview question information, the network device may choose not to process the evaluation information, and directly send the evaluation information to the first user device, so that the first user device displays the evaluation information corresponding to the interview question information in a display screen of the first user device. Or, the network device may also add the evaluation information to the live video stream information, and both the first user device and the second user device may synchronously display the live video stream information, so that the first user device may obtain and display the evaluation information in this way.
When the given evaluation information is a comment, an answer to an examination question or a score, if the interview user and the examiner user dispute about the evaluation information, the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application provides a processing means for the interview user. When the interview user thinks that there is a problem with the comments, answers to the questions or the scores given by the examiner, such as the condition that the comments are not objective, the answers to the questions are wrong, the scores are too low, and the like, the interview user can request arbitration to deal with the disputes. At this time, the first user equipment may obtain the evaluation dispute information of the interview question information, which is input by the interview user and whose evaluation information is disputed, and send the evaluation dispute information to the network equipment, after the network equipment obtains the evaluation dispute information from the first user equipment, the network equipment determines the interview question information whose evaluation information is disputed according to the evaluation dispute information, obtains the dispute video content, and then calculates the evaluation information of the interview question information according to the dispute video content.
The content of the dispute video is interview user video stream information related to the interview question information, for example, after an interview user considers that a score of an interview officer user for an interview question (such as interview question information a) is too low and inputs evaluation dispute information related to the interview question information, the network device may determine that the interview question information exists, and may solve the content of the interview user answering the interview question information from the obtained interview user video stream information as the content of the dispute video. When the network equipment calculates the evaluation information of the interview examination question information according to the dispute video content, effective information, texts corresponding to voices and the like in the dispute video content can be extracted, and a machine learning algorithm is adopted to score the calculation, so that correct evaluation information is given again.
In the process of live interview, interview users can answer the displayed interview examination question information one by one, and after all the interview examination question information of a certain examiner user is finished, the examiner user can be required to give the conclusion of the interview. And other examiner users can continue to watch the live broadcast to conduct interview until the interview users complete the interview question information of all examiners. When providing an interview conclusion, the network device may send an interview conclusion request to the second user device of a first user device after determining that an interview user of the first user device completes interview question information provided by a certain examiner user, so that the second user device returns feedback information about the interview conclusion request after receiving the interview conclusion request. Wherein, the feedback information about the interview conclusion request is the interview conclusion given by the examiner user, such as passing the interview or failing to pass the interview. After giving an interview conclusion, the examiner user can leave the live broadcast room and finish the interview. When the examiner user exits the live broadcast room and gives a conclusion of passing the interview, corresponding prompt information, such as a firework display special effect and the like, can be displayed in the live broadcast interface, and at the moment, the interviewer can select to continue the live broadcast interview or immediately finish the live broadcast interview.
When the second user equipment returns feedback information about the interview conclusion request to the network equipment, if the feedback information is that the interview is passed, the network equipment can respond to the received feedback information that the interview is passed, send a recording notification to the first user equipment, or obtain the identity information of the examiner user in the next round from the second user equipment, and determine the examiner user who is live in the next interview according to the identity information. The processing mode adopted by the network device is related to the actual condition of the interview, if the interview only has one round or the last round in the multiple rounds of interviews, the network device can send the recording notification to the first user device after receiving the feedback information passing the interview when the result of whether the recording is available can be directly given. If the set interview process needs to perform multiple rounds of interviews, the live interview is the interviews of the previous rounds, and at the moment, when the second user equipment returns the feedback information of the interview to the network equipment, the second user equipment can simultaneously send the identity information of the examinee user of the next round to the network equipment, so that the network equipment determines the examinee user of the live interview according to the identity information.
When the second user equipment returns the feedback information about the interview conclusion request to the network equipment, if the feedback information is that the interview is not passed, the second user equipment can simultaneously send collection indication information to the network equipment, so that the network equipment can respond to the feedback information that the interview is not passed and the collection indication information to add the interview user to the talent database corresponding to the interviewer user. In an actual scenario, the examiner user may choose whether to send the collection indication information, for example, for an interview user who does not meet the position requirement but performs better interview, the collection indication information may be sent and collected into the talent database for standby or to match other suitable positions.
Since the situation that the examiner users record at the same time may occur, the examiner users can set the validity period of the recording notice through the second user device, and after the validity period is exceeded, the recording notice sent before can be recovered. Therefore, after sending the logging notification to the first user equipment, the network device may further obtain logging recovery information from the second user equipment when the validity period of the logging notification is over and confirmation information about the logging notification sent by the first user equipment is not received, and then cancel the logging notification sent to the first user equipment according to the logging recovery information. For example, in this embodiment of the application, the validity period of the recording notification may be set to 3 days, and if the interview user does not give the confirmation information within three days after the recording notification is sent, at this time, the examiner user may cancel the recording notification sent to the first user device by sending the recording recovery information.
In addition, after receiving feedback information about the interview conclusion request, the network equipment opens private chat authority between the interview user and the corresponding examiner user. Therefore, the examiner user cannot carry out private chat with the interview user before giving the interview conclusion, and can carry out private chat after giving the interview conclusion. If the examiner user gives a conclusion of passing the interview, the examiner user can further communicate through private chat and strive for the interview user as a powerful means. Therefore, the success of the interview can be better promoted under the condition of ensuring fairness.
In other embodiments of the present application, the network device may further obtain a private interaction request, and then stop sending the specified live view video stream information to second user equipment of other examiner users except the target examiner user according to the private interaction request. The privacy interaction request is from the second user equipment of the target examiner user or the first user equipment of the interview user, and after the appointed live broadcast picture video stream information is stopped being sent to the second user equipment of other examiner users except the target examiner user, only the target examiner user can watch the current video picture of the interview user, so that the effect of shielding other examiner users is achieved. In an actual scenario, if for some reasons (e.g., business privacy, personal privacy, etc.), an examiner user needs to specify that an interviewer individually answers a question to the interviewer user, or the interviewer user actively wants to answer a question only to a certain examiner individually, a private interaction request can be sent to the network device through the user device, so that other examiner users are shielded, and private individual communication is realized.
Fig. 9 shows respective processing flows of an interview user and an examiner user when performing a live interview according to the embodiment of the present application. For an interview user, the method comprises the following steps:
step S901, the interview user starts live broadcasting after logging in the live broadcasting platform.
And step S902, the interviewing user answers the questions submitted by the examiner user, and the answering process is broadcasted in real time in a live broadcast mode.
And step S903, finishing the live broadcast after the preset live broadcast time is reached or all examiner users give interview conclusions.
Step S904, the interview user sets the live preview information of the next scene, including time, duration, etc.
For the examiner user, the method comprises the following steps:
and step S911, the examiner user enters a live broadcast room of the interview user and submits the examination questions after logging in the live broadcast platform.
And step S912, the examiner user scores the interview user according to the answering process of the interview user broadcasted by the live broadcast room. In addition, the examiner user can also send a barrage, a gift and the like in the live broadcast watching process.
Step S913, after the interview user answers the examination questions of the examiner user, the examiner user can select whether to leave the live broadcast room. If not, the user can continue to stay in the live broadcast room to watch the subsequent live broadcast interview, and if the user selects to leave, the step S914 is executed.
In step S914, the counselor user gives interview conclusions including interview pass and interview fail.
And step S915, if the interview conclusion is that the interview is passed, setting the examiner users in the next round or directly recording.
In step S916, if the interview conclusion is that the interview is not passed, the database of collected talents can be selected.
The live interface of the counsel user during the live process can be as shown in fig. 10. When each round of interview is finished, the live broadcast platform can receive and record various details of the live broadcast interview, such as examination questions, answers, barrage, evaluation of examiners and the like, and interview users can check the details at any time, so that interview experience is sorted, and interview level is improved.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides a device for live interview, where the method corresponding to the device may be a first user device, a second user device, and a network device, the method corresponding to the device may be a method for live interview implemented in each device in the foregoing embodiment, and the problem solving principle is similar to that of the method. The apparatus comprises a memory for storing computer program instructions and a processor for executing the computer program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, trigger the apparatus to perform the method of live interview as previously described.
The first user equipment and the second user equipment are respectively used by an interview user and an examiner user and comprise but are not limited to various terminal equipment such as a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and a smart watch, and a client program capable of realizing a video live broadcast function is operated on the terminal equipment to complete corresponding processing and interaction logic between the terminal equipment and the user and other equipment. The network device may include, but is not limited to, a network host, a single network server, a plurality of network server sets, or a computer set based on Cloud Computing, wherein a Cloud is composed of a large number of hosts or network servers based on Cloud Computing (Cloud Computing), wherein Cloud Computing is one type of distributed Computing, and a virtual computer is composed of a group of loosely coupled computer sets. A server program capable of realizing the video live broadcast function can be run in the server device to complete corresponding processing and interaction logic among other devices.
Fig. 11 shows a structure of a device suitable for implementing the method and/or technical solution in the embodiment of the present application, and the device 1100 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)1101, which can execute various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 1102 or a program loaded from a storage section 1108 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1103. In the RAM 1103, various programs and data necessary for system operation are also stored. The CPU 1101, ROM 1102, and RAM 1103 are connected to each other by a bus 1104. An Input/Output (I/O) interface 1105 is also connected to bus 1104.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1105: an input portion 1106 including a keyboard, mouse, touch screen, microphone, infrared sensor, and the like; an output section 1107 including a Display panel such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an LED Display, an OLED Display, and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 1108 comprising one or more computer-readable media such as a hard disk, optical disk, magnetic disk, semiconductor memory, or the like; and a communication section 1109 including a Network interface card such as a LAN (Local Area Network) card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1109 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet.
In particular, the methods and/or embodiments in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. The above-described functions defined in the method of the present application are performed when the computer program is executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1101.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium described herein can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present application, a computer readable medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
In this application, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present application may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. Claims (37)

1. A method of live interviewing, wherein the method comprises:
the network equipment acquires the information of the examination questions of the interview, and determines the information of the examination questions of the same interview needed by a plurality of examiner users participating in the live interview from the information of the examination questions of the interview;
the network equipment sends the information of the examination questions to first user equipment so that the first user equipment displays the information of the examination questions;
the network equipment acquires interview user video stream information from the first user equipment;
the network equipment combines the interview question information with interview user video stream information from the first user equipment to obtain live broadcast picture video stream information;
and the network equipment sends the live broadcast picture video stream information to second user equipment of a plurality of examiner users of the live broadcast interview so as to enable the second user equipment to display the live broadcast picture video stream information, wherein the live broadcast picture video stream information comprises interview examination question information and interview user video stream information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the network device obtains interview question information, and determines, from the interview question information, the same interview question information that is needed by a plurality of examiner users participating in the live interview at the same time, and the method comprises:
the network equipment acquires the examination question information of the interview from second user equipment of a plurality of examiner users participating in the live interview;
and the network equipment calculates the similarity between the interview question information from different second user equipment and determines the interview question information of the same face.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the interview question information of the second user device from the plurality of examiner users participating in the live interview comprises:
the network equipment sends candidate examination question information to second user equipment of a plurality of examiner users participating in the live interview, so that the second user equipment determines interview examination question information from the candidate examination question information;
the network equipment acquires the examination question information of the interview from second user equipment of a plurality of examiner users participating in the live interview.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the network device obtaining interview question information comprises:
the network equipment obtains incremental examination question information and a corresponding examination question increasing request from second user equipment of an examiner user participating in the live broadcast interview;
the network equipment sends the incremental examination question information and the corresponding examination question increasing request to first user equipment of an interviewing user so that the first user equipment returns feedback information about the examination question increasing request;
and after receiving the feedback information agreeing to increase the examination questions, the network equipment determines the incremental examination question information as the examination question information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and the network equipment acquires the live broadcast preview information from the first user equipment and pushes the live broadcast preview information to second user equipment of the examiner user meeting the live broadcast interview requirement.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
and the network equipment acquires the interview type information from the first user equipment, and determines the examiner user meeting the requirement of the live interview according to the interview type information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
the network equipment acquires selection information about the interview question information from the second user equipment;
and the network equipment adjusts the display sequence of the interview question information according to the selection information.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the network adjusts an order of display of the interview question information according to the selection information, comprising:
the network equipment sorts the examination question information according to the selection times of the examination official user corresponding to the second user equipment on the examination question information;
and the network equipment adjusts the display sequence of the interview question information according to the sequencing result.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the method further comprises:
and the network equipment takes at least one piece of interview examination question information with the top ranking result as candidate examination question information and adds the candidate information to the recommendation database.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the network device adjusts the display order of the interview question information according to the selection information, comprising:
