Abstract

The invention discloses an electric wire bridge, comprising: the bridge frame body is provided with a through cavity through which the power supply line penetrates; the separation component is arranged in a through cavity of the bridge frame body and is used for separating the through cavity into at least two threading holes. At least two holes can be obtained in the bridge frame by the separating component so as to allow at least two types of wires to respectively penetrate through the holes, thereby avoiding the disorder of the wires among different types.

Background
The bridge is used for allowing a plurality of wires to penetrate through so that the plurality of wires are gathered. Most of bridges in the prior art only have one threading hole, all electric wires pass through the hole, and if the electric wires comprise two or three different types, the electric wires of the different types cannot be orderly sorted due to the fact that the electric wires penetrate through the same hole, and the electric wires are very easy to be disordered.

In view of the above technical problems in the prior art, an embodiment of the present invention provides a wire bridge.
In order to solve the technical problem, the embodiment of the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a wire tray comprising:
the bridge frame body is provided with a through cavity through which the power supply line penetrates;
the separation component is arranged in a through cavity of the bridge frame body and is used for separating the through cavity into at least two threading holes.
Preferably, the bridge body is rectangular in cross section;
the partition component comprises two partition laths which are pivoted with each other, and the two partition laths are in sliding connection with the bottom plate of the bridge frame body so as to change the included angle of the two partition laths;
when the included angle between the two partition laths is 180 degrees, the partition part, the side plate of the bridge frame body and the top plate form a hole in a surrounding mode.
When the included angle between the two partition laths is smaller than 180 degrees and the pivoting areas of the two partition laths are not contacted with the top plate of the bridge frame body, the partition part and the bottom plate of the bridge frame body enclose one hole, and the partition part, the side plate of the bridge frame body and the top plate enclose the other hole;
when the included angle between the two partition laths is smaller than 180 degrees and the pivoting areas of the two partition laths are contacted with the top plate of the bridge frame body, the partition part and the bottom plate of the bridge frame body enclose the hole, and the partition part, the side plate of the bridge frame body and the top plate enclose the holes.
Preferably, a sliding groove is formed in a bottom plate of the bridge frame body;

Compared with the prior art, the electric wire bridge disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. at least two holes can be obtained in the bridge frame by the separating component so as to allow at least two types of wires to respectively penetrate through the holes, thereby avoiding the disorder of the wires among different types.
2. When only one type of electric wire is arranged in the hole above the partition plate strip in the flat laying state, if another type of electric wire is required to pass through the bridge frame, another hole is formed between the partition plate strip and the bottom plate in a surrounding mode, and the other type of electric wire passes through the hole.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the invention discloses a wire 100 bridge, the wire 100 bridge comprising: a bridge body 10 and a partition member 20.
The bridge frame body 10 comprises a U-shaped wire casing and a top plate 13 buckled on the U-shaped wire casing, so that a through cavity is formed in the bridge frame body 10, and the wire casing is enclosed by a bottom plate 11 and two side plates 12 which are integrally formed.
A partition member 20 is arranged in the through-going cavity, which partition member 20 comprises two partition slats pivotally connected by means of a pin 22, which enables the angle between the two partition slats to be changed. The spacer member 20 is opposite the base plate 11 of the bridge body 10.
The free side of each separating strip 21 is pivoted with a sliding plate 23, and the bottom of the sliding plate 23 is fixed with a stud 24; the bottom plate 11 of the bridge body 10 is provided with a sliding groove 111 extending transversely, and the studs 24 on the two separation strips 21 penetrate through the sliding groove 111, so that the two separation strips 21 can be flatly laid on the bottom plate 11 (at this time, the two separation strips 21 are at 180 degrees) by applying downward pressure to the separation strips 21, and at this time, only one hole 30 enclosed by the separation part 20, the top plate 13 and the side plate 12 exists in the bridge body 10; the two separation strips 21 can be angled by applying a horizontal force to the separation strips 21, such that the two separation strips 21 enclose one hole 30 with the top plate 13 and the side plate 12 above them and the two separation strips 21 enclose another hole 30 with the bottom plate 11 below them. The stud 24 is further sleeved with a nut 25, when the two separation strips 21 are adjusted to a proper included angle, the nut 25 is screwed to limit the separation strips 21 to slide, so that the two separation strips 21 are kept at the adjusted included angle, and thus, the cross section sizes of the two holes 30 can be kept stable.
In addition, the pin 22 between the two dividing strips 21 can be finally contacted with the top plate 13 by reducing the included angle between the two dividing strips 21, at this time, the area above the dividing strips 21 is divided into two holes 30, and then three holes 30 for the three types of wires 100 to pass through are formed together with one hole 30 below.
The advantages of the cable 100 bridge provided by the invention are as follows:
1. by means of the separating element 20, at least two holes 30 are obtained in the bridge frame for at least two types of wires 100 to respectively penetrate through, thereby avoiding confusion of the wires 100 among different types.
2. When only one type of wire 100 is inserted through the hole 30 above the spacer bars in the flat state, if another type of wire 100 is to be inserted through the bridge, the other type of wire 100 is inserted through the hole 30 by enclosing another hole 30 between the spacer bars and the bottom plate 11.
As shown in fig. 3, in some preferred embodiments, a locking groove 52 is formed in the center of the bottom of the top plate 13, and a locking strip 51 is formed on the pin 22 between the two partition plate strips.
