The system sets different application layers, uniformly collects and records the working conditions of doctors or therapists, and then uniformly records and evaluates the work of the doctors and the therapists through various scales set in the quantity layer, thereby perfecting the working environment of the doctors and the therapists, uniformly managing a system background and a hospital management layer, maintaining data, uniformly researching, analyzing and mining the working data of the doctors or the therapists for subsequent hospitals, and providing guidance for the work of the subsequent doctors and the therapists.
Furthermore, a professional and rich rehabilitation assessment knowledge base is included in the system, scoring rules and scoring standards of various scales are built in the system, the functions of checking data entry validity and automatically calculating scoring are supported, a large amount of assessment work of rehabilitation assessors is completed more efficiently and accurately, the work efficiency of the assessors is improved, and the risk of mistakes is reduced. And the extensible background configuration is that the meter library resources can be modified or added according to the actual needs of the user, so that the practicability of the system is improved, and the application range is expanded.
Furthermore, the system is divided into different modules according to the actual process, so that the interface is attractive and the arrangement is reasonable. The operation design is simple, easy to use and practical, and the operation design takes the simple use and the practicability of the user as the primary criteria, so that the operation personnel can easily use the hands, and the use is convenient.
Further, recording a log of user behavior and an operation log of each module of the internal program; and recording the IP address of user login, user service operation, login success and failure logs and the like, and providing for source tracing and inspection by a supervision department.
Furthermore, the system provides a safe and reliable data transmission mechanism to ensure the confidentiality of the electronic file, and adopts multiple means such as digital watermarking, transmission encryption, storage encryption, implementation monitoring and the like to ensure the safe storage, transmission and viewing of data.

A rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment system is characterized by comprising a doctor or therapist working layer, a scale report management layer, a system maintenance background management layer and a hospital management layer: the doctor or therapist working layer is used for daily operation of diagnosis or treatment by a medical doctor or therapist, and recording and storing daily operation behaviors and data; the scale report management layer is used for managing various scales and report templates; the system maintenance background management layer is used for collecting and storing data of a user to be diagnosed; the hospital management layer is used for counting and storing the personnel or material information of the hospital.
2. The rehabilitation and therapy system according to claim 1, wherein said physician or therapist working floor comprises:
the doctor workstation is used for a doctor to log in and carry out diagnosis work;
the treatment workstation is a module used for logging in a therapist and performing treatment work;
an assessment workstation, a module for evaluating the work of the physician and therapist;
the scheduling setting module is used for setting the working strokes of the doctors and the therapists;
the intelligent scheduling module is used for intelligently and automatically scheduling the working processes of the doctors and the therapists;
a scheduling large screen display, a module for displaying the arrangement of the working schedule of the doctor and the therapist.

The rehabilitation and therapy system according to claim 1, wherein the scale report management layer comprises: the template marking module is used for marking various scale templates used by a doctor; the scale library is used for storing various developed scale templates; a report template that develops various reports in a fixed format for use by a therapist; a report tag for providing a label to a physician for use on a report; the system maintenance background management layer comprises:
the user role module is used for setting roles of online users;
the role grouping module is used for carrying out role grouping on the online users;
the online user module is used for counting online users;
a navigation menu for providing navigation to a user;
platform setting, operation logs, organization types, constant management and option management;
the hospital management layer comprises: department management, equipment management, ICD disease category, treatment group, treatment item, dysfunction management, personnel management, bed management and will advice frequency management.

The rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment system according to claim 3, wherein the template marking module comprises a template marking list for viewing each template mark; the scale library comprises a newly-built scale list and a scale list, and the scale list is used for a user to check an existing scale; establishing a new gauge meeting specific requirements by the newly-built gauge; the report tag comprises an added tag for establishing a new tag and a tag list for viewing the existing tags; the report template comprises a new template and a report template list used for viewing the existing report templates.

The rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment system according to claim 4, wherein the addition report includes a name input box, an evaluation stage drop-down box, a template type drop-down box, an execution group drop-down box, a state selection box and a template panel, which are all required to be input, and the addition is successful by clicking a save button after the input is completed; after the reset button is clicked, the input information is emptied, and after the close button is clicked, the current page is closed and data is not reserved; the report template list comprises list information used for viewing template names, stages, types, execution groups and states; the operation column comprises a modification button and a deletion button, the modification button is clicked to modify the report template information and add the report template information, whether the report template information is determined or not is confirmed by an operator after the deletion button is clicked, and the report template information is deleted in the report template list after the determination is made;
the adding labels comprise a name input box, a category drop-down box, a position drop-down box and an attribute drop-down box which are all required to be input, and after the input is finished, an adding button is clicked to successfully add the labels and reach a list of a scale library; after the reset button is clicked, the input information is emptied, and after the close button is clicked, the current page is closed and data is not reserved; the report tag list comprises list information including name, position, category and attribute, the operation column comprises a modification button and a deletion button, the modification button is clicked to modify the report tag information and add the report tag information, the deletion button is clicked to confirm whether the report tag information is determined with an operator, and the report tag list deletes the report tag information after the determination;
the newly-built scale comprises a name input box, a category drop-down box, a standard sub input box, a rating level input box and a description input box, wherein the name and the category are required to be input, and the adding button 302a6 is clicked after the input is finished, so that the adding is successful and reaches a scale library list; after the reset button is clicked, the input information is emptied, and after the close button is clicked, the current page is closed and data is not reserved;
the list of the scale library comprises list information, the list information comprises information checking of scale names and categories, the operation column comprises a modification button and a deletion button, the checking button is clicked to modify the scale information and add the modified scale information, the deletion button is clicked to confirm whether the modified scale information is determined by an operator, and the information is deleted from the scale list after the determination;
the checking button can be used for configuring the questions, answer options, groups and templates of the scale after being clicked;
a new question and a question list are arranged under the questions;
the new questions comprise a question input box, an answer type pull-down box, a sequencing input box and a description input box, wherein the question, the answer type and the sequencing are required to be input, and the new questions can be successfully added by clicking an adding button after the input is finished; after the reset button is clicked, the input information is emptied, and after the close button is clicked, the current page is closed and data is not reserved;
the question list comprises information of questions, answer types and sequencing, the operation column comprises a modification button and a deletion button, the modified question information is added after the modification button is clicked, whether the modified question information is determined with an operator after the deletion button is clicked is determined, and the information is deleted in the question list after the determination;
the answer options; setting new options and an option list;

7. The rehabilitation and therapy system according to claim 6, wherein the data storage adopts encryption storage based on a PRESENT algorithm.
8. The rehabilitation and therapy system according to claim 6, wherein the data is stored in a format including numerical values, characters, and binary numbers.

The rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment system according to claim 1, wherein the scale report management layer comprises a query module, and the scoring rules and scoring standards of various scales of the query module realize the functions of checking the data entry validity of the user and automatically calculating the scoring through an XQuery query language in an XML query technology.
10. The rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment system according to claim 1, wherein the system performs the legality authentication of the user by using an RSA asymmetric encryption method when data is transmitted over a network.
