In order to improve the suction reliability; as shown in fig. 5 and 6, a first supporting block 22 is arranged on the inner wall of the air inlet chamber 8, a first sealing head 20 is movably connected in the air inlet chamber 8, the same first spring 21 is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the first sealing head 20 and the outer wall of one side of the first supporting block 22, an exhaust chamber 14 is bonded on the top of the collecting bag 9, a second supporting block 25 is arranged on the inner wall of one side of the exhaust chamber 14, a second sealing head 24 is movably connected on the inner wall of the exhaust chamber 14, and the same second spring 23 is arranged between the outer wall of one side of the second sealing head 24 and the outer wall of one side of the second supporting block 25; the cross section of the exhaust chamber 14 is of a T-shaped structure, and the diameter of the second sealing head 24 is larger than the inner diameter of the bottom of the exhaust chamber 14 and smaller than the inner diameter of the top of the exhaust chamber 14; by arranging the air inlet chamber 8, the air outlet chamber 14 and the like, when the collecting bag is pressed by 9 times, the first sealing head 20 is supported by the first spring 21 to keep the closed state of one end of the air inlet chamber 8, the air flow presses the second sealing head 24 upwards, and the second sealing head 24 is pushed upwards under the matching of the deformation of the second spring 23, so that the air is exhausted; when the shape of the collecting bag 9 is restored, the second sealing head 24 holds the closed state of one end of the exhaust chamber 14 under the action of the second spring 23, the air flow extrudes the first sealing head 20 from the connecting pipe 7 to the direction of the collecting bag 9, and the connecting pipe 7 and the collecting bag 9 are conducted under the matching of the deformation of the first spring 21, so that the tissue fluid is sucked.
In order to further improve the suction effect; as shown in fig. 6, the end of the first sealing head 20 remote from the collecting bag 9 is of a conical structure; keep away from the one end of collecting bag 9 through setting up first sealed head 20 and be the toper structure, when guaranteeing air current direction control effect, do benefit to the inflow of organizing the liquid, promoted the absorption effect.
To facilitate cleaning of the grip 1 by means of the exhaust gas; as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the exhaust pipe 17 for exhausting air is bonded to the outer wall of the top of the exhaust chamber 14, the outer wall of the top of the exhaust pipe 17 is provided with exhaust holes 26 which are uniformly distributed, the positions of the exhaust holes 26 are matched with the handle 1, and the exhaust pipe 17 is inserted into the inner wall of the fixing frame 18; through setting up blast pipe 17 and exhaust hole 26, not only do benefit to gaseous discharge, avoid liquid to enter into from exhaust chamber 14 and collect in the bag 9, utilize the combustion gas to clear up handle 1 especially, keep handle 1's dry clean as far as, do benefit to going on of treatment, promoted use experience.
In order to improve the practicability; as shown in fig. 1 and 5, a rotating head 10 is rotatably connected to an inner wall of one end of the handle 1, which is far away from the adjusting frame 13, a finger ring 11 is integrally arranged on an outer wall of the top of the rotating head 10, a rubber ring 15 is elastically deformed and clamped between the rotating head 10 and the handle 1, and fingers can be inserted into the finger ring 11 when the handle is used by arranging the rotating head 10 and the finger ring 11, so that the holding firmness is increased, and the handle 1 is effectively prevented from falling off the hand; and because the rotating head 10 is rotatably connected to one end of the handle 1 and the rubber ring 15 for increasing friction force is arranged between the handle 1 and the rotating head 10, a user can rotate the rotating head 10 at one end of the handle 1 according to requirements to adjust the position of the ring 11 according to requirements, thereby improving the practicability.
In order to further improve the practicability; as shown in fig. 2, two LED lamps 12 are embedded in the outer wall of the adjusting frame 13 near the side of the supporting portion 5, and a power supply mechanism for supplying power to the LED lamps 12 is arranged inside the adjusting frame 13; through setting up LED lamp 12, can provide the illumination function, visual field effect when further having promoted the treatment has strengthened the practicality.
When the adjustable handle is used, due to the arrangement of the adjusting thumb wheel 3, the adjusting frame 13 and other structures, a user can toggle the adjusting thumb wheel 3 to enable the adjusting stud 19 to stretch into the handle 1, so that the adjusting frame 13 is driven to slide on the outer wall of the elastic frame 6, and the two elastic frames 6 are enabled to be expanded or contracted under the limiting of the adjusting frame 13; the design can reliably fix the wound after being propped open without two-hand operation, and even if the propping part 5 slips at the wound accidentally, the elastic frame 6 can not damage the wound due to resilience force due to the limiting effect of the adjusting frame 13, so that the practicability and the use safety are improved; by arranging the silica gel layer 30 and the expanding plate 29, the wound can be expanded softly, the tissue is prevented from being damaged, and the use safety is further improved; by arranging the collecting bag 9, the connecting pipe 7 and other structures, the tissue fluid at the wound can be conveniently sucked through the connecting pipe 7 in a manner of pressing the collecting bag 9 according to requirements, and meanwhile, the illuminating function of the LED lamp 12 is matched, so that a good operation visual field can be provided, the practicability is improved, and the collecting bag 9 and other structures can be assembled and disassembled as required, the use flexibility is improved; by arranging the flexible suction head 4 with the folds, the flexible suction head 4 can be in softer contact with a wound when tissue fluid is sucked, the use experience is improved, meanwhile, the flexible suction head 4 is prevented from damaging the tissue, when the flexible suction head 4 is carelessly adsorbed on the tissue to cause hole blockage, the pressure is released by utilizing the deformation of the pressure release seam 28, the tissue is prevented from being damaged by overlarge suction force of the flexible suction head 4, and the use safety is further improved; by arranging the air inlet chamber 8, the air outlet chamber 14 and the like, when the collecting bag is pressed by 9 times, the first sealing head 20 is supported by the first spring 21 to keep the closed state of one end of the air inlet chamber 8, the air flow presses the second sealing head 24 upwards, and the second sealing head 24 is pushed upwards under the matching of the deformation of the second spring 23, so that the air is exhausted; when the shape of the collection bag 9 is restored, the second sealing head 24 holds the closed state of one end of the exhaust chamber 14 under the action of the second spring 23, the air flow extrudes the first sealing head 20 from the connecting pipe 7 to the direction of the collection bag 9, and the connecting pipe 7 and the collection bag 9 are conducted under the deformation coordination of the first spring 21, so that the tissue fluid is sucked, and in sum, the control of the air flow direction can be realized, so that the sucking reliability is improved; one end of the first sealing head 20, which is far away from the collecting bag 9, is of a conical structure, so that the inflow of tissue fluid is facilitated while the control effect of the airflow direction is guaranteed, and the suction effect is improved; through the arrangement of the exhaust pipe 17 and the exhaust holes 26, gas is discharged, liquid is prevented from entering the collecting bag 9 from the exhaust chamber 14, the handle 1 is cleaned by the discharged gas, the handle 1 is kept dry and clean as much as possible, treatment is facilitated, use experience is improved, fingers can be inserted into the finger ring 11 when the handle is used through the arrangement of the rotating head 10 and the finger ring 11, holding firmness is improved, and the handle 1 is effectively prevented from falling off the hand; and because the rotating head 10 is rotatably connected to one end of the handle 1 and the rubber ring 15 for increasing friction force is arranged between the handle 1 and the rotating head 10, a user can rotate the rotating head 10 at one end of the handle 1 according to requirements to adjust the position of the ring 11 according to requirements, thereby improving the practicability.
Example 2:
a teaching method of a foot inflammation treatment assisting device, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
s11: selecting a proper real or simulated wound;
s12: the handle 1 is held by hand, and the two elastic frames 6 are adjusted to be in a minimum opening and closing state;
s13: the two expansion supporting parts 5 are extended into the wound;
s14: the adjusting dial wheel 3 is shifted to enable the adjusting frame 13 to move horizontally on the outer wall of the elastic frame 6 at a constant speed, so that the elastic frame 6 slowly props open the wound;
s15: continuously adjusting the adjusting shifting wheel 3 to ensure that the wound is expanded to a proper size by the expanding part 5;
s16: teaching is conducted according to the internal condition of the wound.
In the step S2, the user can install the collecting bag 9 as required, and the specific installation steps are as follows:
s21: the fixed frame 18 is arranged at the bottom of the grip 1 through threads;
s22: the air inlet chamber 8 is clamped in the fixed frame 18;

Wherein, the cleaning steps of the collecting bag 9 and the connecting pipe 7 are as follows:
s41: the exhaust pipe 17 and the intake chamber 8 are taken down from the fixing frame 18;
s42: the connecting pipe 7 is taken down from the buckle 16 and is bent to be in a vertical state;
s43: the air inlet chamber 8 is detached from the collecting bag 9, and the liquid in the collecting bag 9 is poured into the medical waste liquid collecting device;
s44: washing the connecting pipe 7 and the collecting bag 9 with clean water for 120 s;
s45: soaking the washed connecting pipe 7 and the washed collecting bag 9 in a disinfectant for 8-15 min;
s46: and washing the soaked connecting pipe 7 and the collecting bag 9 for 60-120 seconds for the second time.
In the step S45, the soaking time is further controlled to 10min, and in the step S46, the secondary rinsing time is further controlled to 90S.
In the step S46, the connection tube 7 and the collection bag 9 are placed in an ultraviolet sterilization box for storage after the secondary washing.
In the step S16, the user supplies power to the LED lamp 12 through the power supply mechanism in the adjusting frame 13, and controls the LED lamp 12 to work, so as to provide illumination and assist teaching.
In the step S12, the user rotates the rotating head 10 to the inner wall of one end of the grip 1, adjusts the finger ring 11 to a proper position, and inserts a finger into the finger ring 11 when holding the grip.

s15: continuously adjusting the adjusting shifting wheel (3) to ensure that the wound is expanded to a proper size by the expanding part (5);
s16: teaching is conducted according to the internal condition of the wound.
2. The teaching method for assisting in the treatment of foot inflammation according to claim 1, wherein in the step S2, the user can add the collecting bag (9) according to the requirement, and the steps are as follows:
s21: the fixed frame (18) is arranged at the bottom of the grip (1) through threads;
s22: the air inlet chamber (8) is clamped in the fixed frame (18);
s23: the exhaust pipe (17) is inserted into the fixed frame (18), and the exhaust hole (26) faces to the handle (1);

4. Teaching method of a device for assisting the treatment of foot inflammations according to claim 3, characterized in that said step of cleaning said collecting bladder (9) and connecting tube (7) is:
s41: the exhaust pipe (17) and the air inlet chamber (8) are taken down from the fixed frame (18);
s42: the connecting pipe (7) is taken down from the buckle (16) and is bent to be in a vertical state;
s43: the air inlet chamber (8) is detached from the collection bag (9), and the liquid in the collection bag (9) is poured into the medical waste liquid collection device;
s44: washing the connecting pipe (7) and the collecting bag (9) with clean water for 120 s;
s45: placing the washed connecting pipe (7) and the washed collecting bag (9) into a disinfectant to be soaked for 8-15 min;
s46: and washing the soaked connecting pipe (7) and the collecting bag (9) for 60-120 seconds for the second time.
5. The teaching method of an auxiliary device for foot inflammation therapy as claimed in claim 4, wherein in said step S45, the soaking time is further controlled to 10min, and in said step S46, the secondary washing time is further controlled to 90S.
6. The teaching method for an auxiliary device for foot inflammation therapy according to claim 5, wherein in the step S46, the connecting tube (7) and the collecting bag (9) are placed in an ultraviolet sterilization box for storage after the second washing.

The teaching method of the device for assisting foot inflammation therapy according to claim 6, wherein in the step S16, the user supplies power to the LED lamp (12) through the power supply mechanism in the adjusting frame (13), and controls the LED lamp (12) to work, provide illumination and assist teaching.

The teaching method for assisting in the treatment of foot inflammation according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein in step S12, the user rotates the rotating head (10) on the inner wall of one end of the grip (1), adjusts the finger ring (11) to a proper position, and inserts a finger into the finger ring (11) when holding the grip.
