The system according to claim 1, wherein the recording unit comprises a microcomputer and a memory, an output end of the microcomputer is electrically connected to an input end of the memory, and the microcomputer and the memory are used for recording fault information and process management of the intelligent electric energy meter so as to generate various event processing process tables, type event analysis tables, year-month-season comprehensive reports and data information.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the remote monitoring unit comprises a direct responsible person, a branch management leader and a field maintenance person, fault information of the intelligent electric energy meter is directionally sent to the relevant responsible person in a short message manner, and the direct responsible person, the branch management leader and the field maintenance person can send instructions to the central processing unit through the wireless network to send instructions.
10. A method for remotely judging a fault of an intelligent electric energy meter, which is used for the system for remotely judging a fault of an intelligent electric energy meter according to any one of claims 1 to 9, and comprises the following specific steps:
s1, collecting relevant information of the electric energy meter during working by using an electric energy meter collecting unit, wherein the relevant information specifically comprises smoke, current, voltage, camera shooting and positioning information, and voltage and current parameter value information of the intelligent electric energy meter can be obtained through an RS-485 interface;
s2, transmitting the information acquired by the electric energy meter acquisition unit to the central processing unit through the communication unit, and comparing the information acquired by the electric energy meter acquisition unit with a threshold value of the electric energy meter pre-stored in the threshold value database when the electric energy meter normally works by using the information comparison module;
s3, when the fault exceeds the threshold value, the fault is judged to be a fault, after the fault occurs, firstly, the buzzer alarm is used for alarming, then fault information of the intelligent electric energy meter is directionally sent to a related person to be blamed in a short message mode, and the fault is processed in time;
s4, meanwhile, a direct person in charge, a branch management leader and a field maintainer can send instructions to the central processing unit through a wireless network, and the central processing unit is used for comparing the locator with a GPRS (general packet radio service) locating module in the electric energy meter acquisition unit to find out the position information of the electric energy meter with faults and maintain and process the electric energy meter in time;
and S5, if the fault does not exceed the preset value, the intelligent electric energy meter is normally used, and the remote fault judgment work is kept all the time.
