All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "center", "longitudinal", "lateral", "length", "width", "thickness", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", "clockwise", "counterclockwise", and the like, indicate orientations and positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are used only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be considered as limiting the present invention.
Furthermore, the terms "first", "second" and "first" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, features defined as "first", "second", may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of the described features. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless specifically defined otherwise. Furthermore, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly and may, for example, be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
The embodiment of the invention provides a scraper conveyor early warning device, as shown in fig. 1, comprising: the device comprises a scraper conveyor 1, a controller 2 and an alarm 3; a monitor 11 is installed in the scraper conveyor 1, and the monitor 11 monitors the operation parameters of the scraper conveyor 1; the controller 2 is in signal connection with the monitor 11, and the controller 2 is in control connection with the alarm 3 and the motor. Wherein the monitor 11 is a V-I/F detection module which is installed in a switch of the scraper conveyor 1. The monitor 11 is capable of detecting an operation parameter such as an operation current, an operation voltage, etc. of the motor in the scraper conveyor 1. The motor monitoring system can monitor the motor of the scraper conveyor 1 in real time, and once the motor running overload is detected, the alarm 3 can send out alarm information to remind operators of paying attention. Meanwhile, when no person reacts after long-time alarming, the controller 2 can also control the motor to automatically decelerate so as to ensure the safety of the equipment.
In one aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, the controller further comprises a display 4, and the display 4 is in signal connection with the controller 2. The display 4 is used for displaying the operating parameters of the scraper conveyor 1 detected by the monitor 11 in real time.
In one aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, the alarm 4 includes an audible and visual alarm and a voice alarm. When monitoring that the scraper conveyor 1 is overloaded, the HA sound amplification telephone sends a voice alarm prompt of 'conveyor overload' out of the working face, and simultaneously, the KG telephone sends a sound-light alarm prompt at the working position of a driver at a machine head post.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a scraper conveyor early warning method, which comprises the following steps:
and step S1, monitoring the operation parameters of the motor in the scraper conveyor, wherein the operation parameters at least comprise the rotating speed of the motor. Because the motor can reflect the running state of the scraper conveyor most, the method monitors the running state of the scraper conveyor by monitoring the motor in the scraper conveyor. When monitoring the motor, the current of the motor is monitored in the embodiment, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that other parameters such as the voltage of the motor may also be monitored to achieve the same technical effect. Preferably, the running parameters of the motor can be displayed through the display, so that an operator can know the real-time running state of the scraper conveyor, and the running parameter visualization of the scraper conveyor motor is realized.
And step S2, controlling an alarm to give an alarm in response to the operation parameter of the motor exceeding a set threshold value. The threshold value can be set according to rated parameters of the scraper conveyor, for example, when the detected current of the motor of the scraper conveyor exceeds the threshold value, a voice alarm prompt of 'conveyor overload' is sent out from the outer side of the working surface through the HA amplified telephone, and meanwhile, the sound and light alarm prompt is sent out by the KG telephone at the working position of a driver at a head post.
Preferably, the present invention further comprises: and step S3, responding to the alarm continuously sent out by the alarm for more than a set time, and controlling the motor to switch to a low speed. This scheme is automatic protection setting, and when operating personnel can not in time respond to the warning, the controller control motor automatic deceleration to guarantee scraper conveyor's operation safety. In one embodiment, the motor is automatically controlled to switch to low speed and shutdown is protected when the overload alarm occurs more than 3 times within 5 minutes.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
