5. The method of recycling a package of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring the use frequency of all machine renting and borrowing machines in the preset cycle range;
and generating rental machine delivery information according to the use frequency so that the staff can deliver the rental machines according to the rental machine delivery information.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the processing of the logistics return information of the packaging bag according to the basic information comprises:
and determining a recovery reward according to the basic information, and issuing the recovery reward to a corresponding user.
7. A recycling device for packaging bags, comprising: the device comprises a receiving module, a detection module and a return module;
the receiving module is used for receiving return information of the packaging bag; the refund information comprises lease refund information or logistics refund information;
the detection module is used for detecting lease information generated in the lease process of the packaging bag if the return information is detected to be the lease return information;
the refund module is used for processing the rent refund information of the packaging bag according to the rent information;
the detection module is further used for detecting the basic information of the packaging bag if the return information is detected to be the logistics return information;
and the return module is also used for processing the logistics return information of the packaging bag according to the basic information.
8. The bag recycling apparatus of claim 7, further comprising an acquisition module, an association module, and a labeling module:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring packaging bag leasing information from a target leasing machine in a preset circulation range; the lease information comprises a lease type and lease time;
the association module is used for controlling the target lending machine to send out the packaging bag corresponding to the lending type so that the user can take the packaging bag;
the marking module is used for marking the user as a packaging bag renting user;
correspondingly, the returning module is specifically configured to cancel the bag leasing mark of the user if it is detected that the user returns the bag to any leasing machine in the circulation range within the leasing time.
9. The bag recycling apparatus of claim 8, further comprising a refund module and a deduction module;
the deduction module is used for marking the packaging bag renting user as a packaging bag overdue user if the fact that the packaging bag is not returned by the user within the renting time is detected, and deducting late funds day by day from renting deposit paid by the user in advance;
and the refund module is used for refunding the residual amount in the rent deposit when the withheld late deposit reaches the preset cost price of the packaging bag.
10. A recycling apparatus for packaging bags, comprising a processor and a memory, the processor being connected to the memory:
the processor is used for calling and executing the program stored in the memory;
the memory for storing the program for performing at least the recycling method of the packing bag according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
