Detailed Description
The invention firstly provides a control method of an air circulation device. The air circulation device can be an air conditioner indoor unit, an air purifier or other air circulation devices capable of realizing air circulation.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow of a control method of an air circulation device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 1, the control method of the air circulation device of the present invention includes:
step S10, collecting images of suspended particles in the environment space where the air circulation device is located;
step S20, comparing the suspended particle images with pre-stored target allergen particle images to determine target allergen particles existing in the suspended particle images;
and step S30, generating a purification instruction according to the target allergen particles and executing the purification instruction to filter the target allergen particles in the air flowing through the air circulation device.
The air circulation device acquires the suspended particulate matter image of the environment space where the air circulation device is located, and compares the image with the pre-stored target particulate matter image to determine the target allergen particles in the suspended particulate matter image. The method for capturing the allergen particles is very simple, and almost all target allergen particles in the space where the air circulation device is located can be comprehensively and accurately acquired and identified, so that corresponding purification instructions can be generated and executed according to the target allergen particles, the purification instructions are intelligently matched with the information of the target allergen particles, and the target allergen particles are filtered out more pertinently and more effectively.
In some embodiments, the decontamination instructions contain at least size information of the allergen particles of interest. That is, the allergen particles of interest may be classified according to their size, such that corresponding decontamination instructions are generated according to the size of all allergen particles of interest. It will be appreciated that the size of the target allergen particles varies in kind, and the specific size value varies, as does the information contained in the generated decontamination instructions.
Further, the step of generating and executing a purification instruction according to the target allergen particles to filter the allergen particles in the air flowing through the air circulation device may specifically include: when the target allergen particles include a plurality of allergen particles having different sizes, the plurality of allergen particles are sequentially filtered in descending order of size. That is, when a plurality of allergen particles having different sizes exist in the environmental space where the air circulation device is located, the plurality of allergen particles may be filtered one by one in the order of first size to last size. The filtering effect of the filtering sequence is higher, and the filtering holes of the filtering device are not easy to block.
When the target allergen particles only comprise one allergen particle with the same size, the allergen particles are directly filtered.
It can be seen that the information contained in the decontamination instruction generated in both cases where the allergen particles of interest include a plurality of allergen particles of different sizes and only one allergen particle of the same size is different.
In other embodiments, the decontamination instructions may also contain information on the type, amount, etc. of the allergen particles of interest. Accordingly, the air circulation device may take different filtering measures for different kinds and different numbers of target allergen particles.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of an air circulation device according to an embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, the air circulation device 1 may include an intake vent 11 and a filtering device 40 disposed at the intake vent 11. And the step of filtering all allergen particles one by one according to the order of size from large to small comprises the following steps:
the size of the filtering holes of the filtering device is adjusted according to a preset time interval, so that the aperture of each filtering hole is sequentially matched with the size of each allergen particle from large to small.
That is, the adjustment time for each size of allergen particles is a preset time, and the preset time may be a time for which the allergen particles in the predetermined space can be effectively removed according to a plurality of tests, and the length of the preset time may be set by the user himself.
Fig. 3 is a schematic exploded view of a filtering device according to one embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, the filtering device 40 is a cross-mesh type filter screen formed by stacking a plurality of filter screens 41, and the step of adjusting the size of the filter holes of the filtering device includes:
the number and/or relative position of the filter screens 41 of the wrong mesh type filter screen covering the air inlet 11 are adjusted so that the aperture of the wrong mesh type filter screen matches with the size of the allergen particles, thereby filtering the allergen particles.
That is, the plurality of filter screens 41 are independent of each other, and each filter screen 41 is movably disposed at the intake port 11. The filter screen 41 can move in a translational or rotational manner. The plurality of filters 41 may have the same or different pore sizes. Preferably, the apertures of the plurality of filter screens 41 are different, and the plurality of filter screens 41 are sequentially arranged according to the density of the apertures, so that a greater variety of combinations can be obtained by selecting the number and/or positions of the plurality of filter screens 41, and thus the error mesh type filter screen has a greater variety of aperture selections, which facilitates filtering of a greater variety of allergen particles.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a control method of an air circulation device according to another embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, the step S20 of comparing the image of the suspended particles with the pre-stored image of the target allergen particles to determine the target allergen particles existing in the image of the suspended particles may specifically include:
step S21, carrying out image segmentation on the suspended particle image to form a plurality of image areas;
step S22, comparing the image areas with pre-stored target allergen particle images respectively to determine the target allergen particles in each image area.
That is to say, can cut apart into a plurality of little image areas with the particulate matter image of suspending, compare every little image area with target allergen granule image respectively, every kind of target allergen granule in this kind of mode can more comprehensively, more accurately discernment particulate matter image, is difficult for omitting.
Furthermore, each image area can be amplified and compared with the target allergen particle image, so that the accuracy of allergen particle identification is further improved.
In some embodiments, the air circulation device may be an air conditioning indoor unit. And the control method of the invention also comprises the following steps:
when the indoor unit of the air conditioner is in a cooling mode and the distance between a target user of the indoor unit of the air conditioner and the indoor unit of the air conditioner is smaller than the preset distance, the target set temperature of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is adjusted to be not lower than the difference between the outdoor environment temperature and the first preset temperature threshold value and lower than the outdoor environment temperature. That is to say, when the air conditioning indoor unit cools, immediately before the user enters the room, the air conditioning indoor unit adjusts the temperature of the indoor environment to be lower than the outdoor environment temperature in advance so as to ensure the comfortable experience of the target user, and the target user is not allergic reaction due to too low temperature. The value of the first preset temperature threshold can be preset according to the temperature difference range which most allergy prone users can bear.
In some embodiments, the air circulation device may be an air conditioning indoor unit. And the control method of the invention also comprises the following steps:
when the air-conditioning indoor unit is in a heating mode and the distance between a target user of the air-conditioning indoor unit and the air-conditioning indoor unit is smaller than the preset distance, the target set temperature of the air-conditioning indoor unit is adjusted to be higher than the outdoor environment temperature and not higher than the sum of the outdoor environment temperature and a second preset temperature threshold. That is to say, when the air conditioning indoor unit heats, just before the user enters the room, the air conditioning indoor unit adjusts the temperature of the indoor environment to be higher than the outdoor environment temperature in advance to ensure the comfortable experience of the target user, and the target user is not allergic reaction caused by too high temperature. The value of the second preset temperature threshold can be preset according to the temperature difference range which most allergy prone users can bear.
It should be noted that, the target user referred to in the present invention means a user using a terminal bound to an indoor unit of an air conditioner. Such users often use the air conditioning indoor unit, and are prone to allergic reactions. The position of the target user can be positioned through the terminal used by the target user, so that the distance between the target user and the indoor unit of the air conditioner is identified.
In some embodiments, the air circulation device may be an air conditioning indoor unit. And the control method of the invention also comprises the following steps:
when the air-conditioning indoor unit is in a shutdown state and the distance between the target user and the air-conditioning indoor unit is smaller than the preset distance, automatically starting the air-conditioning indoor unit;
judging the running state of the indoor unit of the air conditioner before the shutdown;
if the air-conditioning indoor unit is in a refrigeration mode before the shutdown, adjusting the target set temperature of the air-conditioning indoor unit to be not lower than the difference between the outdoor environment temperature and the first preset temperature threshold value and lower than the outdoor environment temperature; and if the air-conditioning indoor unit is in the heating mode before the shutdown, adjusting the target set temperature of the air-conditioning indoor unit to be higher than the outdoor environment temperature and not higher than the sum of the outdoor environment temperature and a second preset temperature threshold value.
That is, when the air-conditioning indoor unit is in a shutdown state, the air-conditioning indoor unit may be automatically started immediately before a target user enters a room, so as to pre-adjust the temperature of the indoor space. The operation mode after the air-conditioning indoor unit is automatically started can be selected through the operation mode before the air-conditioning indoor unit is stopped, and the intelligent degree is high.
Therefore, when the distance between the target user and the indoor unit of the air conditioner is smaller than the preset distance and the indoor unit of the air conditioner is in the running state, the indoor unit of the air conditioner automatically adjusts the target set temperature of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, so that the difference value between the target set temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is kept within a certain range. And when the distance between the target user and the air-conditioning indoor unit is smaller than the preset distance and the air-conditioning indoor unit is in a stop state, automatically starting the air-conditioning indoor unit to enable the air-conditioning indoor unit to operate according to a mode before the stop, and automatically adjusting the target set temperature of the air-conditioning indoor unit to enable the difference value between the target set temperature and the outdoor environment temperature to be kept within a certain range. Therefore, no matter the air-conditioning indoor unit is in a shutdown state or an operation state, or no matter what operation state the air-conditioning indoor unit is in, the operation parameters of the air-conditioning indoor unit can be automatically adjusted, the temperature of the indoor space is adjusted to be different from the outdoor environment temperature within a preset range, the comfort experience of a user is guaranteed, and the phenomenon that the target user is allergic due to overlarge temperature difference after entering the room can be effectively avoided.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a control method of an air circulation device according to yet another embodiment of the present invention, which in some embodiments further comprises:
step S40, acquiring the region where the air circulation device is located and the season cycle of the region;
step S50, finding an allergen history record of the air circulation device in the same region in the same season in the previous season period, and generating a purification instruction according to the target allergen particles in the allergen history record and executing the purification instruction to filter the target allergen particles in the air flowing through the air circulation device, where the allergen history record is used to store information of the season, the region, and the target allergen particles in the season period in which the air circulation device executes the purification instruction.
That is to say, the information of the season in the season period, the region and the identified target allergen particles in the season period when the air circulation device executes the purification instruction is memorized and stored into the allergen history record, so that the air circulation device in the same region can automatically search the target allergen particles in the allergen history record in the same season of each season period to automatically generate the purification instruction and execute the purification instruction, allergen particles possibly existing in each season are actively filtered, and the intelligence level of the air circulation device and the use experience of a user are improved.
It will be appreciated that different regions may have different seasonal periods. For example, most regions in China have four seasons per year, and thus the season period is four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter. In parts of africa, there may be only two seasons, dry season and rainy season, so the season period is two seasons, dry season and rainy season. The target allergen particles may be different from region to region in the same season, mainly because different plants grow in different regions and the types of the generated allergen particles are different. Therefore, the region where the air circulation device is located and the seasonal time for executing the purification instruction are accurately positioned, the region, the seasonal time and the information of the target allergen particles are matched and then stored, and the accuracy and the purification effect of the target allergen particles filtered by the air circulation device in each region in the next seasonal period can be improved.
