the filter element (6) comprises a clamping groove (601), a buffer groove (602) and a leakage hole (603), the bottom of the filter element (6) is of a cylindrical tubular structure, filtering round holes which are uniformly arranged are formed in the outer side of the bottom of the filter element (6), and the top end of the filter element (6) is of a horn-shaped structure; clamping grooves (601) are formed in two sides of the bottom of the filter piece (6), the clamping grooves (601) are of rectangular structures, and the top ends of the clamping grooves (601) are of wedge-shaped structures which are uniformly arranged; a buffer groove (602) is formed in the top end of the filter piece (6), the buffer groove (602) is of a horn-shaped structure, and the buffer groove (602) is of an arc-shaped structure which is uniformly arranged; the filter member (6) is installed inside the main body (1), and the outside of the top end of the filter member (6) is in contact with the inside of the top block (402).

The collecting device for the used oil of a vehicle which can avoid splashing of the used oil when the used oil is discharged as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the main body (1) comprises a bottom bin (101), a connecting pipe (102), a stress rod (103) and a moving part (104), wherein a feed inlet is formed in the top end of the main body (1) and is of a horn-shaped structure; a bottom bin (101) is arranged at the bottom end of the interior of the main body (1), the bottom bin (101) is of a circular plate-shaped structure, and a rubber layer is arranged between the bottom bin (101) and the interior of the main body (1); a connecting pipe (102) is arranged on the side edge of the bottom of the main body (1), the connecting pipe (102) is of an L-shaped structure, and the connecting pipe (102) is communicated with the inside of the bottom bin (101); the top end of the inside of the connecting pipe (102) is of a cylindrical structure with a convex middle part, a stress rod (103) is arranged inside the top end of the connecting pipe (102) through a spring, and the stress rod (103) is of a cylindrical structure with a convex middle part; the moving piece (104) is of a circular plate-shaped structure, the top end of the moving piece (104) is of a conical structure, and the moving piece (104) is installed inside the bottom bin (101) through a spring.
