Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pipeline repair, and particularly relates to an ultraviolet light curing hose and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The existing pipelines are basically buried underground or built in box culverts below the ground, when the pipelines are damaged in the using process and need to be repaired, most of the pipelines are repaired by adopting an excavation mode at present, and water turning hoses are also adopted for repairing; the excavation mode can cause damage to the ground, particularly pipelines buried below roads can cause damage to the ground and influence traffic to cause congestion, a large amount of manpower and material resources are consumed, and the repair cost is high; although the hose is heated by being arranged in the pipeline, so that the hose is solidified and adhered to a position needing to be repaired, the hose is repaired, but hot water is used as a heat source in the mode, a large amount of water and the heat source are needed, and water resources and the heat source are wasted.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems of the two existing pipeline repairing modes, the invention provides an ultraviolet curing hose.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the ultraviolet light curing hose comprises a traction rope, wherein an inner membrane, fiber cloth and an outer membrane are sequentially sleeved outside the traction rope, the inner membrane is adjacent to the traction rope, and light curing resin is coated on the fiber cloth.
Further limited, the outer film is sleeved with a yellow film.
Further limited, the fiber cloth is glass fiber cloth.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the ultraviolet light curing hose is placed in a damaged pipeline, and then the light curing resin is cured through ultraviolet irradiation so as to cover the damaged part to achieve the purpose of repairing, the traction rope is only required to be pulled to the corresponding damaged part, excavation is not required, a large amount of manpower and material resources are saved, and a large amount of hot water is not required to be used as a heat source for heating, so that a large amount of water resources and heat sources are saved; the ultraviolet curing hose is short in curing time, high in strength and long in service life, the number of times of repair can be reduced, and the maintenance cost is saved.
The invention also discloses a preparation process of the ultraviolet curing hose, which comprises the following steps:
s1: passing a hauling cable through the inner membrane;
s2: sequentially wrapping fiber cloth, an outer membrane and a yellow membrane outside the inner membrane, wherein the fiber cloth is adjacent to the inner membrane to obtain an intermediate product A;
s3: vacuumizing the intermediate product A to obtain an intermediate product B;
s4: and (3) soaking the intermediate product B in the light-cured resin for 1-2 hours, and then flattening and storing in a dark place.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the light-cured resin in the ultraviolet light-cured hose prepared by the method can be uniformly and quickly coated on the fiber cloth, so that the waste material rate is reduced, and the utilization rate of the material is improved; the yellow film is used for shading light to prevent the light-cured resin from losing the effect of curing due to the irradiation of natural light.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail and completely, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are a part of the embodiments of the present invention, but not all of the embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that, unless otherwise defined, all terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. It will be further understood that terms, such as those defined in commonly used dictionaries, should be interpreted as having a meaning that is consistent with their meaning in the context of the prior art and will not be interpreted in an idealized or overly formal sense unless expressly so defined herein.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the ultraviolet light curing hose comprises a traction rope 1, wherein an inner film 2, a fiber cloth 3 and an outer film 4 are sequentially sleeved outside the traction rope 1, the inner film 2 is adjacent to the traction rope 1, and the fiber cloth 3 is coated with light curing resin; a yellow film 5 is sleeved outside the outer film 4, and the fiber cloth 3 is glass fiber cloth 3; because the inner film 2, the outer film 4 and the yellow film 5 are thin and easy to adhere to other objects, the traction rope 1 and the inner film 2 can be integrated without any adhesive;
the embodiment also discloses a preparation process of the ultraviolet curing hose, which comprises the following steps:
s1: passing a hauling cable through the inner membrane;
s2: sequentially wrapping fiber cloth, an outer membrane and a yellow membrane outside the inner membrane, wherein the fiber cloth is adjacent to the inner membrane to obtain an intermediate product A;
s3: vacuumizing the intermediate product A to obtain an intermediate product B;
s4: and (3) soaking the intermediate product B in the light-cured resin for 1-2 hours, and then flattening and storing in a dark place.
The performance tests of the ultraviolet curing hose and the water hose are shown in table 1,
TABLE 1 Performance test Table
As can be seen from Table 1, the bending property and tensile property of the ultraviolet curing hose are superior to those of the water turning hose.
The construction process of the ultraviolet light curing hose in the embodiment is as follows: firstly, dragging a rope from one end of a pipeline to the other end to be repaired by using a pipeline robot, pulling in a base membrane (playing a role of protecting an ultraviolet light curing hose), then moving the ultraviolet light curing hose to the position to be repaired after one end of the traction rope passes through the pipeline to be repaired, then reserving an ultraviolet lamp in the ultraviolet light curing hose, setting a switch of the ultraviolet lamp outside the pipeline or adopting remote control operation, fastening two ends of the ultraviolet light curing hose, reserving an inflation hole, then inflating by using a high-pressure air pump, enabling the pipe wall of the ultraviolet light curing hose to be tightly attached to the position to be repaired, opening the ultraviolet lamp at the moment, enabling the light curing resin glass fibers to be cured, withdrawing the ultraviolet lamp, cutting off redundant parts at two ends, and completing the repair.
The invention is not limited to the above alternative embodiments, and any other various forms of products can be obtained by anyone in the light of the present invention, but any changes in shape or structure thereof, which fall within the scope of the present invention as defined in the claims, fall within the scope of the present invention.
