Through setting up a plurality of check points, do benefit to the accuracy that further improves the detection. And the selection of the detection points in the embodiment has typicality, which is beneficial to further improving the detection effect.
It should be noted that: in the above embodiment, the detecting member 1 may have various structures, and three different structures of the detecting member 1 will be specifically described below by way of examples 1 to 3.
Example 1
According to an embodiment of the invention, the detection assembly comprises: the inspection device comprises a first connecting pipe 11, an observation plate 12 and an inspection eduction pipe 13, wherein the first connecting pipe 11 is integrally in a tubular shape with two open ends, the observation plate 12 is made of transparent plastic, the observation plate 12 is embedded in the first connecting pipe 11, one end of the eduction pipe is connected with one end of the first connecting pipe 11, the inner cavity of the eduction pipe is communicated with the inner cavity of the first connecting pipe 11, and an external thread 10 is arranged on the first connecting pipe 11. An external thread 10 is provided at the end of the first connecting pipe 11 remote from the outlet pipe. Is made of transparent plastic and the viewing plate 12 facilitates viewing, in particular the viewing plate 12 is made of plexiglas material. The organic glass has the characteristics of high overall structural strength, light dead weight, high light transmittance, good safety performance and the like. The observation plate 12 is provided at one side portion of the first connection pipe 11.
The inspection unit of the present embodiment uses a simple optical principle, and extends to the observation plate 12 through the inspection outlet 13 using an endoscope head, and observes whether or not the grouting is sufficient at this position through the optical lens head. The structure has the advantages that: the observation is carried out by naked eyes, so that the method is obtained without any professional knowledge, and the equipment cost is relatively low. When the grouting sleeve is insufficient, more inspection leading-out pipes 13 are led out of the component when the number of points to be detected is increased, so that redundant pipelines of the grouting sleeve 4 except the grouting holes 42 and the grout discharging holes 41 are led out, and the effective area of the section of the component is slightly influenced.
Example 2
According to an embodiment of the invention, the detection assembly comprises: the pressure switch 22 is arranged in the switch accommodating cavity 211, one side of the pressure switch 22 is communicated with the slurry accommodating cavity 43, the pressure switch 22 is conducted by utilizing the pressure of the slurry 9 in the grouting sleeve 4, and the two detection leading lines 23 are respectively connected with the pressure switch 22 for detecting the on-off condition of the pressure switch 22. The pressure switch 22 includes: the pressure-sensitive detector comprises a pressure spring 221, a pressure movable valve 222 and a trigger switch 223, wherein the trigger switch 223 is arranged between the pressure spring 221 and the pressure movable valve 222, and the detection leading wire 23 is connected with the trigger switch 223.
The detection assembly of the embodiment uses the pressure generated by filling the slurry 9 to change the pressure switch 22 into the passage state, and uses the detection lead-out wire 23 to measure whether the pressure switch 22 is connected or not, so that the operation is simple and convenient. In specific implementation, whether the pressure switch 22 is connected or not can be judged by measuring the resistance of the two detection outgoing lines 23, and the pressure switch 22 can be connected into a bulb and a power circuit through the two detection outgoing lines 23, so that whether the pressure switch is connected or not can be judged by observing whether the bulb is lightened or not. By selecting the pressure of the pressure spring 221 appropriately, the pressure condition of the slurry 9 can be verified, and the detection can be completed.
The structure has the advantages that: the inspection outlet pipe 13 is not required to be led out, only two thin wires (as detection outlet wires 23) are led out, and the weakening of the cross section of the component is negligible. The principle is also simpler, and the detection operation can be operated without professional personnel. The disadvantages are that: because of the one diaphragm pressure switch 22, the cost is slightly higher than that of the detection assembly of embodiment 1.

The detection unit of the present embodiment detects the pressure of the slurry 9 in the grout sleeve 4 by using the principle that the color of the viscoelastic display layer 33 made of the viscoelastic display material changes when it is pressed. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the pressure of the slurry 9 in the grouting sleeve 4 is used for pushing the middle shaft 32 to move, so that the middle shaft 32 applies force to the viscoelastic display layer 33, and the viscoelastic display layer 33 displays different colors after being stressed. The pressure of the slurry 9 is judged by observing the color change of the viscoelastic display layer 33 through the detection pipe 35.
It should be noted that: in the above embodiment: the position of the detection hole is not necessarily between the grout outlet and the grouting hole, nor is the position of the detection hole above the grout outlet.
The present invention differs from prior art constructions in which the detection points are essentially all fixed locations.
According to the detection requirement, when the method is implemented specifically, any position possibly with poor compactness can be used as a key monitoring point setting position. According to the grouting sleeve device with the intelligent detection assembly, the detection position can be changed at will, a threaded hole is drilled in the position needing to be detected, the detection assembly is installed, and the grouting sleeve device is high in operability.
