firstly, finishing installation of No. 1-5 pipelines, a grout stopping bag (6) and a grout stopping plug (7) when an anchor rope (8) is bundled, putting the anchor rope into an upward-type anchor rope hole when anchoring, dividing the upward-type anchor rope hole into an anchoring section and a free section through the grout stopping bag (6), and tightly plugging an orifice of the upward-type anchor rope hole by using the grout stopping plug (7); no. 1-5 pipelines are respectively a grouting bag grouting pipe (1), an anchoring section grouting pipe (2), an anchoring section exhaust pipe (3), a free section grouting pipe (4) and a free section exhaust pipe (5); the tube bottom of the grout stopping bag grouting tube (1) extends into the grout stopping bag (6), the tube bottoms of the anchoring section grouting tube (2) and the anchoring section exhaust tube (3) extend into the anchoring section, the anchoring section exhaust tube (3) is longer than the anchoring section grouting tube (2), the tube bottoms of the free section grouting tube (4) and the free section exhaust tube (5) extend into the free section, and the free section exhaust tube (5) is longer than the free section grouting tube (4);
secondly, grouting is carried out in the grout stopping bag (6) through the grout stopping bag grouting pipe (1) so that the grout stopping bag (6) extrudes the hole wall, and an effective grout stopping and hole sealing effect is formed in the hole;
thirdly, grouting the anchoring section when grouting of the grout stopping bag (6) is finished and the grout strength reaches more than 10MPa, grouting the anchoring section by adopting sulphoaluminate cement, grouting the anchoring section through the anchoring section grouting pipe (2), sealing the exposed section of the orifice of the anchoring section exhaust pipe (3) and performing pressurized grouting when primary grout with the same concentration flows out of the orifice of the anchoring section exhaust pipe (3), and finishing grouting when the grouting pressure reaches 0.3-0.4MPa and the grout inlet rate is less than 11L/min;
fourthly, after grouting of the anchoring section is finished, the strength of grout reaches more than 40MPa, and free tensioning and locking of the anchor cable (8) are carried out by utilizing the free section;
and fifthly, after the anchor cable (8) is stretched freely, grouting is carried out on the free section through the free section grouting pipe (4) and the free section exhaust pipe (5), when primary slurry with the same concentration is emitted from the orifice of the free section exhaust pipe (5), the exposed orifice section of the free section exhaust pipe (5) is sealed and pressurized grouting is carried out, and grouting is finished when the grouting pressure reaches 0.3-0.4MPa and the grouting rate is less than 11L/min.

The upward full-length bonding anchor cable hole subsection grout stopping method according to claim 4, characterized in that: the grout stopping bag (6) is made into a cylinder shape with two open ends by sewing permeable canvas lined with non-woven fabrics, before the grout stopping bag (6) is bound, the non-woven fabrics are respectively wrapped on the anchor cable steel strand, the grout stopping bag grouting pipe (1), the anchoring section grouting pipe (2) and the anchoring section exhaust pipe (3) for two times, each time is wrapped for 7-9 circles, each time is 4-6 cm in width, and then an electrical insulating plastic adhesive tape is used for wrapping 6-7 circles at two ends of the non-woven fabrics; when the grout stopping bag is bound, the grout stopping bag (6) is turned outwards to the end of the tensioning section, a fine iron wire is used for binding two times in the middle of the non-woven fabric wrapping part, the pore of the wrapping part is filled with the non-woven fabric before binding, and then the grout stopping bag (6) is turned over to bind the other end.

The upward full-length bonding anchor cable hole subsection grout stopping method according to claim 4, characterized in that: in the third step, after grouting of the grout stopping bag (6) is finished for 4 hours, the strength of the grout reaches 26.5MPa, and then grouting of the anchoring section is carried out.
