Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a drying method of a washer dryer according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the drying method of the washer dryer includes the following steps S11-S13:
in step S11, after the washer dryer enters the temperature raising stage, the first electric heater and the second electric heater are operated simultaneously;
in step S12, when the temperature in the tub of the washing and drying machine reaches a preset dehydration condition in the temperature-raising stage, turning off the first electric heater and the second electric heater, so that the washing and drying machine enters the dehydration stage from the temperature-raising stage;
in step S13, when the dewatering stage of the washing and drying machine is finished, the drying stage is started, the first electric heater is operated continuously, and the second electric heater is operated discontinuously;
in one embodiment, the drying method of the washing and drying machine is totally divided into four stages, namely a temperature rise stage, a dehydration stage, a drying stage and a temperature reduction stage. Two electric heaters are arranged in the washing and drying machine and are divided into a first electric heater and a second electric heater. Wherein the power of the first electric heater is greater than the power of the second electric heater. According to different stages and different technical indexes, the first electric heater and the second electric heater are intelligently matched to use, so that the technical effect of intelligently controlling the temperature in the washing and drying machine barrel is achieved.
First, after the washing and drying machine completes the washing function, the drying function is performed. At this time, the temperature in the tub of the washing and drying machine is the temperature at the end of the washing function, and generally, the temperature is far lower than the ideal temperature required for the drying function. Therefore, the temperature needs to be raised at the first time, which is a temperature raising stage. In the temperature rising stage, in order to achieve an efficient heating effect, the first electric heater and the second electric heater need to be started simultaneously.
When the temperature reaches the preset dehydration condition in the washing and drying machine barrel, the water content of the clothes is higher, in order to achieve a better drying effect, the mode of mechanical rotation is needed to be used at the moment, and the effect of centrifugal force is utilized, so that most of moisture in the clothes is separated from the clothes. The first and second electric heaters are operated off during the dehydration phase for stability of the washer dryer system and to reduce peak power pressures.
And after the dehydration stage is finished, entering a drying stage. In order to ensure that the temperature in the washing and drying machine barrel reaches a preset temperature range, the preset temperature range is at a higher temperature, so that the drying efficiency of the clothes is ensured. However, the temperature inside the tub of the washer dryer cannot exceed the threshold temperature, which could cause damage to the laundry, even if the temperature is too high, which could cause the load of the washer dryer itself to wear out. It is desirable to continue to operate the first electric heater to ensure that the temperature within the washer dryer tub is maintained above a higher temperature. The second electric heater is operated intermittently to ensure that the temperature in the washing and drying machine barrel can be maintained within a proper temperature interval, thereby achieving the technical effects of ensuring the drying efficiency and not exceeding the threshold temperature.
In the technical scheme of this embodiment, when any one or more of the first electric heater and the second electric heater is operated, the fan is automatically operated at the same time. The temperature in the washing and drying machine barrel is uniformly and quickly diffused, so that the over-high temperature of the area close to the first electric heater and the second electric heater and the over-low temperature of the area far away from the first electric heater and the second electric heater are avoided.
According to the technical scheme in the embodiment, the first electric heater and the second electric heater are intelligently controlled, so that the temperature in the washing and drying machine barrel is in corresponding temperature at different stages. The drying efficiency is guaranteed, and the technical effect of preventing the temperature in the barrel from being too high is achieved. In addition, the waiting time of the user in the drying process of using the washing and drying machine is shortened, and the worry that the user damages the clothes due to high temperature is avoided.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, step S12 includes the following steps S21-S22:
in step S21, turning off the first electric heater and the second electric heater when the temperature in the washer dryer tub reaches a preset first temperature;
in step S22, the fan is continuously operated for a first preset time period after the dehydration stage is entered.
In one embodiment, the higher temperature in the washer dryer tub facilitates the increased efficiency of dewatering. In the dehydration stage of the washing and drying machine, the preset dehydration condition is that the temperature in the washing and drying machine barrel reaches a preset first temperature X1DEG C, a predetermined first temperature X1Temperatures are significantly above room temperature.
After the dehydration stage, the first electric heating is turned offAnd a second electric heater, wherein it is a preferred embodiment to immediately turn off both the first electric heater and the second electric heater simultaneously. Because the heat diffusion is a process, the areas around the first electric heater and the second electric heater still receive the action of heat conduction and heat radiation, which may cause the temperature of some areas to be too high, not only can the rubber part of the air opening be deformed due to the too high temperature, but also can exceed the cut-off threshold of the temperature limiter, which causes the temperature limiter to start, and further cuts off the power supply of the first electric heater and the second electric heater, and interferes with the subsequent drying stage. Therefore, after the dehydration stage is started, the continuous operation fan reaches the first preset time Y1And uniformly diffusing the heat of the area around the first electric heater and the second electric heater.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, step S13 includes the following steps S31-S33:
in step S31, entering a drying stage after the washing and drying machine dehydration stage is finished, and simultaneously operating the first electric heater and the second electric heater;
in step S32, if the temperature in the washing machine tub exceeds a preset second temperature, the second electric heater is turned off, and only the first electric heater is operated;
in step S33, if the temperature inside the washer tub is lower than the preset first temperature, the first electric heater and the second electric heater are simultaneously operated.
In one embodiment, during the dehydration phase, the first electric heater and the second electric heater are in the off state, and the temperature in the washing and drying machine barrel is greatly reduced. Therefore, after the dehydration stage is finished, the temperature in the tub of the washer dryer needs to be raised rapidly, and the first electric heater and the second electric heater are operated at the same time to raise the temperature in the tub efficiently. Wherein it is a preferred embodiment to operate the first electric heater and the second electric heater simultaneously at once. When the temperature is at a higher temperature in the washing and drying machine barrel, the evaporation efficiency of the loaded moisture is high, the temperature difference between the moist hot air passing through the condensation channel and the condensed water is large, the condensation efficiency is high, and the drying efficiency at the moment is high. However, it is washed dryWhen the temperature in the tub is too high, damage may be caused to the laundry in the washing and drying tub. Therefore, a preset second temperature X is set2The temperature in the washing and drying machine barrel is higher than a preset second temperature X2And when the temperature is in the range of DEG C, the second electric heater is turned off, and the temperature in the washing and drying machine tends to decrease. The drying efficiency of the washer dryer is positively correlated with the temperature in the washer dryer tub, and the low temperature in the washer dryer tub leads to low drying efficiency. Therefore, a preset first temperature X is set1The temperature in the washing and drying machine barrel is lower than a preset second temperature X1When the temperature is in the range of DEG C, the second electric heater is operated, and the temperature in the washing and drying machine barrel tends to rise. Through the technical scheme, the temperature in the washing and drying machine barrel can be ensured to be always kept at the preset first temperature X1DEG C and a preset second temperature X2The temperature is between the DEG C, thereby ensuring the drying efficiency of the washing and drying machine and avoiding the damage to clothes caused by overhigh temperature.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the following steps S41-42 are also included:
in step S41, when the return air temperature of the washing and drying machine meets a preset cooling condition, the drying machine enters a cooling stage;
in step S42, when the washing and drying machine reaches a preset termination condition, the cooling phase of the washing and drying machine is terminated.
In one embodiment, by monitoring the return air temperature of the washer dryer in real time, when the return air temperature reaches a preset cooling condition, it indicates that the clothes are sufficiently dried and that it is not necessary to continue drying the clothes. Therefore, the drying process is ended and the cooling process is started. In the cooling stage, the temperature in the washing and drying machine barrel is reduced by the air flow brought by the operation of the fan.
And in the process of the cooling stage, monitoring relevant technical parameters of the washing and drying machine in real time, and stopping the cooling stage of the washing and drying machine when the washing and drying machine reaches a preset termination condition. And meanwhile, a reminder is set to remind a user to take out the clothes in the washing and drying machine in time.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, step S41 includes the following steps S51-S52:
in step S51, determining whether the return air temperature of the washer dryer is lower than a preset third temperature and the duration time reaches a second preset time;
in step S52, when the above determination is true, the first electric heater and the second electric heater are turned off, and the dry cleaning machine enters a cooling stage.
In one embodiment, after the drying stage is continued for a period of time, real-time detection is made as to whether the return air temperature of the washer dryer exceeds a preset third temperature X3At the temperature of the second preset time length Y2. When the above conditions are met, the system determines that the laundry in the washer dryer tub is sufficiently dried, and turns off the first electric heater and the second electric heater. The dry cleaning machine enters a cooling stage, the fan is operated, and the temperature in the barrel of the dry cleaning machine is reduced in an air flowing mode.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, step S42 includes the following step S61:
in step S61, when the temperature inside the tub of the washing and drying machine is lower than the preset fourth temperature and the temperature of the inlet air of the washing and drying machine is lower than the preset fifth temperature, the cooling phase of the washing and drying machine is terminated.
In one embodiment, during the cool down phase, the temperature inside the washer dryer tub and the inlet air temperature of the washer dryer are monitored in real time. Simultaneously satisfies the condition that the temperature in the washing and drying machine barrel is lower than the preset fourth temperature X4The temperature of the air inlet of the washing and drying machine is lower than the preset fifth temperature X5When the temperature is higher than the preset temperature, the temperature reduction stage of the washing and drying machine is stopped, and the user is informed that the clothes in the washing and drying machine are dried through any one or more of a voice mode, a light mode and a communication mode, so that the user can take out the clothes in time conveniently.
Through the above embodiments, it can be found that the operation states of the washing and drying machine at different stages are as shown in the following table:
TABLE 1

By intelligently controlling the first electric heater and the second electric heater, the proper temperature can be achieved at different stages. Particularly, in the drying stage, the temperature in the washing and drying machine barrel is constant in a preset temperature range X1℃-X2Within the temperature range, thereby not only ensuring the drying efficiency, but also preventing the temperature in the barrel from being overhigh.
