Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Fig. 1 is a method schematic diagram of an embodiment of a control method of a clothes drying apparatus provided by the present invention. The laundry drying apparatus may particularly comprise a dryer and/or a washer dryer.
As shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the control method includes at least step S110 and step S120.
Step S110, when the clothes are dried, whether the moisture content of the clothes is reduced to a preset moisture content range is detected.
When the clothes are dried, the moisture content of the clothes becomes lower along with the extension of the drying time, wrinkles are easy to generate when the moisture content of the clothes reaches a certain range (namely the preset moisture content range), and the clothes are very wet when the moisture content is higher than the upper limit value of the range, and the wrinkles are difficult to generate at the moment. Therefore, when the moisture content of the laundry is reduced to be within the range, the wrinkle-removing drying operation is performed on the laundry.
Specifically, before the moisture content of the clothes is reduced to the preset moisture content range, the quick drying can be performed, the specific temperature curve can refer to the quick drying stage in fig. 2, and in the quick drying stage, the high-air-volume high-temperature drying is adopted, so that the moisture in the clothes is rapidly lost, and whether the moisture in the clothes is reduced to the preset moisture content range or not is detected in real time. The preset water content range may specifically be: 20 to 30 percent.
And step S120, when the moisture content of the clothes is detected to be reduced to be within a preset moisture content range, executing a preset crease-resist drying operation.
And entering a crease-resist drying stage when the moisture content of the clothes is detected to be reduced to a preset moisture content range. Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a procedure of performing a predetermined wrinkle preventing drying operation according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the preset wrinkle preventing and drying operation specifically includes step S121 and step S122.
And step S121, stopping electric heating of the clothes, and reducing the drying air speed by a first preset air speed value.
Specifically, when the water content of the clothes is within a preset water content range, in order to prevent wrinkles from occurring, when the water content of the clothes is detected to be reduced to the preset water content range, the clothes are stopped to be electrically heated, the clothes are heated by the residual heat, water in the clothes is evaporated, and the wrinkles of the clothes are reduced. The drying air speed can be reduced by a first preset air speed value while the electric heating of the clothes is stopped.
And S122, when the drying temperature is reduced to a first preset temperature value, continuing to electrically heat the clothes.
Specifically, after the clothes are stopped being electrically heated, the current drying temperature of the clothes drying equipment is detected in real time, when the drying temperature is reduced to a first preset temperature value, the clothes are continuously electrically heated, and at the moment, the drying temperature is stabilized within a preset temperature range, so that the moisture in the clothes is slowly evaporated. For example, the temperature limiter may be used to perform electrical heating control to stabilize the drying temperature within a preset temperature range. Specifically, when the drying temperature is higher than the upper limit value of the preset temperature interval, the heating is stopped, and when the drying temperature is lower than the lower limit value of the preset temperature interval, the heating is continued, so that the drying temperature is stabilized within the preset temperature interval. The lower limit value of the preset temperature interval may be specifically the first preset temperature value. The value range of the first preset temperature value comprises: 65-75 ℃. And entering a drying and wrinkle removing stage until the moisture content of the clothes is reduced to a first preset moisture content threshold value.
Further, when the drying temperature is reduced to a first preset temperature value, the clothes can be electrically heated, and meanwhile, the drying wind speed after the first preset wind speed value is reduced can be kept to operate; and/or the drum of the clothes drying equipment is rotated forward and backward to turn over the clothes, so that the moisture content of each part of the clothes is kept relatively uniform.
The above steps S121 and S122 specifically correspond to the wrinkle prevention stage in the temperature curve shown in fig. 2.
Step S130, detecting whether the moisture content of the clothes is reduced to a first preset moisture content threshold value.
Specifically, after a preset crease-resist drying operation is performed, whether the moisture content of the clothes is reduced to a first preset moisture content threshold value is detected.
And step S140, when the moisture content of the clothes is detected to be reduced to a first preset moisture content threshold value, executing a preset wrinkle removing and drying operation.
And entering a wrinkle removing and drying stage when the moisture content of the clothes is detected to be reduced to a first preset moisture content threshold value. The preset wrinkle-removing drying operation may specifically include controlling electrical heating of the laundry according to a drying temperature. Specifically, when the moisture content of the clothes is reduced to a first preset moisture content threshold, stopping the electric heating of the clothes, and then repeatedly executing the following steps until the moisture content of the clothes is reduced to a second preset moisture content threshold; step A, when the drying temperature is reduced to a second preset temperature value, continuing to electrically heat the clothes; and step B, stopping the electric heating of the clothes when the drying temperature is increased to a third preset temperature value. That is, the clothes are intermittently and electrically heated according to the drying temperature until the moisture content of the clothes is reduced to a second preset moisture content threshold value. This stage corresponds in particular to the wrinkle elimination stage in fig. 2.
The first preset water content threshold is specifically a water content value of clothes which is difficult to wrinkle according to experimental measurement, and the first preset water content threshold is determined to ensure that the clothes are not in a water content range in which wrinkles are easy to appear while the drying efficiency is ensured. The first predetermined moisture content threshold may be determined by a comparative test, for example, by changing only the moisture content without changing other drying conditions (e.g., drying temperature), and testing a moisture content value to which the laundry is least likely to wrinkle, for example, by testing how much the drying temperature corresponds to the moisture content at that time. The value range of the second preset temperature value comprises: the temperature of 50-55 ℃, and the value range of the third preset temperature value comprises: 60-70 ℃.
When the moisture content of the clothes is reduced to a first preset moisture content threshold (for example, the first preset moisture content threshold is 10%), the electric heating is turned off, the moisture in the clothes is continuously heated and evaporated by the residual temperature, when the drying temperature is reduced to a second preset temperature value, the electric heating is continuously performed, when the drying temperature is increased to a third preset temperature value, the electric heating is turned off again, and the steps are repeated until the moisture content is reduced to a second preset moisture content threshold required by drying, and the heating is stopped.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a control device of a clothes drying apparatus provided by the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the control device 100 of the laundry drying apparatus includes a detection unit 110 and an execution unit 120.
The detection unit 110 is used for detecting the moisture content of the laundry when the laundry is dried; the execution unit 120 is configured to execute a preset crease-resist drying operation when the detection unit detects that the moisture content of the laundry is reduced to a preset moisture content range; the detection unit 110 is further configured to: detecting whether the moisture content of the clothes is reduced to a first preset moisture content threshold value or not; the execution unit 120 is further configured to: and when the detection unit detects that the moisture content of the clothes is reduced to a first preset moisture content threshold value, executing preset wrinkle removing and drying operation.
When the detection unit 110 detects that the moisture content of the laundry is reduced to be within the preset moisture content range, the execution unit 120 performs a preset wrinkle preventing drying operation. Specifically, when the detection unit 110 detects that the moisture content of the laundry is reduced to be within the preset moisture content range, the crease-resist drying stage is performed. The executing unit 120 may specifically execute a preset wrinkle-resistant drying operation, including: stopping electrically heating the clothes, and reducing the drying air speed by a first preset air speed value; and when the drying temperature is reduced to a first preset temperature value, continuing to electrically heat the clothes.
Specifically, in order to prevent wrinkles from occurring when the moisture content of the laundry is within the preset moisture content range, when the detection unit 110 detects that the moisture content of the laundry is reduced to within the preset moisture content range, the execution unit 120 stops the electrical heating of the laundry, heats the laundry by the residual temperature, evaporates the moisture in the laundry, and reduces the wrinkles of the laundry. The execution unit 120 may also reduce the drying wind speed by a first preset wind speed value while stopping the electrical heating of the laundry. After stopping the electrical heating of the clothes, detecting the current drying temperature of the clothes drying equipment in real time, when the drying temperature is reduced to a first preset temperature value, the execution unit 120 continues to electrically heat the clothes, and at this time, the drying temperature is stabilized within a preset temperature interval, so that the moisture in the clothes is slowly evaporated.
Further, when the drying temperature is decreased to the first preset temperature value, the execution unit 120 may keep the drying wind speed after the first preset wind speed value is decreased to operate while continuing to electrically heat the laundry; and/or the execution unit 120 may further cause the drum of the laundry drying apparatus to rotate forward and backward to turn over the laundry, so that the moisture content of each part of the laundry is kept relatively uniform. This stage corresponds in particular to the wrinkle prevention stage in fig. 2.
After the execution unit 120 performs a preset crease-resistant drying operation, the detection unit 110 detects whether the moisture content of the clothes is reduced to a first preset moisture content threshold value; when the detecting unit 110 detects that the moisture content of the laundry is reduced to a first preset moisture content threshold, the performing unit 120 performs a preset wrinkle-removing and drying operation.
And entering a wrinkle removing and drying stage when the moisture content of the clothes is detected to be reduced to a first preset moisture content threshold value. The preset wrinkle-removing drying operation may specifically include controlling electrical heating of the laundry according to a drying temperature. Specifically, when the moisture content of the laundry is reduced to a first preset moisture content threshold, the execution unit 120 stops the electrical heating of the laundry first, and then repeatedly executes the following steps until the moisture content of the laundry is reduced to a second preset moisture content threshold; step A, when the drying temperature is reduced to a second preset temperature value, continuing to electrically heat the clothes; and step B, when the drying temperature rises to a third preset temperature value, the execution unit 120 stops the electrical heating of the laundry. That is, the clothes are intermittently and electrically heated according to the drying temperature until the moisture content of the clothes is reduced to a second preset moisture content threshold value. This stage corresponds in particular to the wrinkle elimination stage in fig. 2.
The first preset water content threshold value is specifically a water content value of clothes which is difficult to wrinkle according to experimental measurement, and the first preset water content threshold value is determined to ensure that the clothes cannot be in a water content range in which wrinkles easily appear while the drying efficiency is ensured.
