香皂是被广泛使用的清洁用品,是人们生活的必需品。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对香皂的功能性需求也逐渐提高,只能清洁皮肤的香皂被人们淘汰,而具有美容、杀菌和除臭等新功能的功能性香皂受到人们的追捧和热爱。现有市面上的功能性香皂容易使人体产生依赖性,一旦停止使用,人体的皮肤就会变差。
天冬,为百合科植物天冬的干燥块根,天冬含有天冬酰胺、瓜氨酸、丝氨酸等多种氨基酸,以及低聚糖,其具有养阴润燥,清肺生津的功效,常用于肺燥干咳,内热消渴,热病津伤和咽干口渴。

本发明的目的在于提供一种香水型乳胶香皂及其制备方法,以解决现有市面上的功能性香皂容易使人体产生依赖性,一旦停止使用,人体的皮肤就会变差的问题。

一种香水型乳胶香皂,按重量份计由以下成分制备而成:天然乳胶2-5份、甘油5-12份、十二烷基硫酸钠8-10份、椰子油5-10份、棕榈油6-8份、二氧化钛1-3份、乙二胺四乙酸0.8-1.2份、硫磺0.6-0.8份和天冬精油0.8-1.0份。
作为优选,按重量份计由以下成分制备而成:天然乳胶3份、甘油8份、十二烷基硫酸钠9份、椰子油7.5份、棕榈油7份、二氧化钛2份、乙二胺四乙酸1份、硫磺0.7份和天冬精油1份。
作为优选,所述天冬精油的制备方法为:将天冬粉碎,过60-80目筛,加6-8倍质量水,蒸馏提取1.0-1.2h,收集挥发油即可。
本发明还提供了所述香水型乳胶香皂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份配比称取各成分;
(2)将天然乳胶脱氨处理后,倒入混合搅拌器内;
(3)往混合搅拌器内加入剩余其他各成分,维持温度55-60℃,800-1200r/min的转速下搅拌40-60min,将混合液导入模具内,冷却至室温,切割分块,即得所述香皂。
本发明还提供了所述混合搅拌器的具体结构,所述混合搅拌器包括:
混合搅拌筒,所述混合搅拌筒包括外筒和内筒,且所述外筒和内筒之间留有间隙以供设置加热丝;所述混合搅拌筒的底部连通有导液管,所述导液管上设有开关阀;
筒盖,所述筒盖利用螺栓固定在所述混合搅拌筒的上端,所述筒盖上设有进料口;
搅拌件,所述搅拌件包括驱动电机、搅拌轴、搅拌刀片和搅拌杆,所述驱动电机固定在所述筒盖的中间位置,且其输出轴竖直向下;所述搅拌轴位于所述混合搅拌筒内,其通过联轴器连接在所述驱动电机的输出轴上;所述搅拌刀片沿所述搅拌轴的轴向均匀设置;所述搅拌杆呈数字“7”型,其上端固定在所述搅拌轴的上端、下端向所述混合搅拌筒的底部延伸;所述搅拌杆沿所述搅拌轴的周向均匀设置。

一种香水型乳胶香皂,按重量计由以下成分制备而成:天然乳胶5kg、甘油12kg、十二烷基硫酸钠10kg、椰子油10kg、棕榈油8kg、二氧化钛3kg、乙二胺四乙酸1.2kg、硫磺0.8kg和天冬精油1.0kg;天冬精油的制备方法为:将天冬粉碎,过80目筛,加8倍质量水,蒸馏提取1.2h,收集挥发油即可;
所述的香水型乳胶香皂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取各成分;
(2)将天然乳胶脱氨处理后,倒入混合搅拌器内;
(3)往混合搅拌器内加入剩余其他各成分,维持温度60℃,1200r/min的转速下搅拌60min,将混合液导入模具内,冷却至室温,切割分块,即得所述香皂。
实施例4
参阅附图1-3,上述实施例中混合搅拌器包括:
混合搅拌筒100,混合搅拌筒100包括外筒101和内筒102,且外筒101和内筒102之间留有间隙以供设置加热丝103;混合搅拌筒100的底部连通有导液管104,导液管104上设有开关阀(附图未示出);
筒盖200,筒盖200利用螺栓固定在混合搅拌筒100的上端,筒盖200上设有进料口201;
搅拌件300,搅拌件300包括驱动电机301、搅拌轴302、搅拌刀片303和搅拌杆304,驱动电机301固定在筒盖200的中间位置,且其输出轴竖直向下;搅拌轴302位于混合搅拌筒100内,其通过联轴器连接在驱动电机301的输出轴上;搅拌刀片303沿搅拌轴302的轴向均匀设置;搅拌杆304呈数字“7”型,其上端固定在搅拌轴302的上端、下端向混合搅拌筒100的底部延伸;搅拌杆304沿搅拌轴302的周向均匀设置。
在本实施例中,搅拌杆304和搅拌刀片303之间留设间隙;外筒101壁上设有温度显示器105和与驱动电机301和加热丝103连接的开关106。此处不难理解的是开关106设置有多个,用于分别控制驱动电机301和加热丝103的工作与关停。
使用时,将脱氨后的天然乳胶及其他成分加入到混合搅拌筒100的内筒102内,分别打开控制加热丝103和驱动电机301的开关106;加热丝103工作时内筒102内的物料进行加热,驱动电机301带动搅拌刀片303和搅拌杆304转动,搅拌刀片303和搅拌杆304对内筒102内的物料进行搅拌,同时搅拌刀片303对物料进行剪切以使物料分散的更彻底,进而使的各物料混合的更加彻底,提高香皂的质量。在加热的过程中,通过温度显示器105可以时时得到内筒102内的温度,及时关停或打开加热丝103来调整温度。待搅拌一段时间后,关停加热丝103和驱动电机301的开关106,通过导液管104将内筒102的物料导出即可。
对比例1
与实施例2的区别仅在于:缺少天冬精油。
抑菌实验
一、供试香皂:实施例2制备的香皂、对比例1制备的香皂
二、供试菌悬浮液:金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念球菌
三、试验方法:
1. 取供试香皂10g,用50ml蒸馏水于45℃水浴震荡至其完全溶解,得到供试香皂溶液;
2. 在无菌平皿中放入无菌干燥滤纸片,每片滤纸片上滴加20μL供试香皂溶液,干燥,得到待测香皂滤纸片;
3. K-B纸片扩散法:用无菌面签蘸取浓度为8×106cfu/mL供试菌悬浮液,涂布整个营养琼脂培养基平板表面,反复3次,盖好平皿,置温室干燥5min;贴上步骤2得到的待测香皂滤纸片,37℃培养24h后测量抑菌环直径,试验结果见下表1。

从表1可以看出,实施例2香皂的抑菌环直径明显大于对比例1香皂的抑菌环直径,说明实施例2的抑菌效果更好,也从侧面说明,在香皂中添加天冬精油可以提高香皂的抑菌效果。
综上,本发明的香水型乳胶香皂温和,安全,无刺激,具有天然乳胶的香气;另外添加的天冬精油可以有效改善人体皮肤状况,且不会使人体产生依赖性。

Claims (7)
1.一种香水型乳胶香皂,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下成分制备而成:天然乳胶2-5份、甘油5-12份、十二烷基硫酸钠8-10份、椰子油5-10份、棕榈油6-8份、二氧化钛1-3份、乙二胺四乙酸0.8-1.2份、硫磺0.6-0.8份和天冬精油0.8-1.0份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的香水型乳胶香皂,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下成分制备而成:天然乳胶3份、甘油8份、十二烷基硫酸钠9份、椰子油7.5份、棕榈油7份、二氧化钛2份、乙二胺四乙酸1份、硫磺0.7份和天冬精油1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的香水型乳胶香皂,其特征在于,所述天冬精油的制备方法为:将天冬粉碎,过60-80目筛,加6-8倍质量水,蒸馏提取1.0-1.2h,收集挥发油即可。
4.一种权利要求1-3任一项所述的香水型乳胶香皂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份配比称取各成分;
(2)将天然乳胶脱氨处理后,倒入混合搅拌器内;
(3)往混合搅拌器内加入剩余其他各成分,维持温度55-60℃,800-1200r/min的转速下搅拌40-60min,将混合液导入模具内,冷却至室温,切割分块,即得所述香皂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合搅拌器包括:
混合搅拌筒,所述混合搅拌筒包括外筒和内筒,且所述外筒和内筒之间留有间隙以供设置加热丝;所述混合搅拌筒的底部连通有导液管,所述导液管上设有开关阀;
筒盖,所述筒盖利用螺栓固定在所述混合搅拌筒的上端,所述筒盖上设有进料口;
搅拌件,所述搅拌件包括驱动电机、搅拌轴、搅拌刀片和搅拌杆,所述驱动电机固定在所述筒盖的中间位置,且其输出轴竖直向下;所述搅拌轴位于所述混合搅拌筒内,其通过联轴器连接在所述驱动电机的输出轴上;所述搅拌刀片沿所述搅拌轴的轴向均匀设置;所述搅拌杆呈数字“7”型,其上端固定在所述搅拌轴的上端、下端向所述混合搅拌筒的底部延伸;所述搅拌杆沿所述搅拌轴的周向均匀设置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述搅拌杆和搅拌刀片之间留设间隙。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述外筒壁上设有温度显示器和与驱动电机和加热丝连接的开关。
