Description

Method for preparing degradable plastic straw by using rice flour-amylose-wheat gluten
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of degradable plastics and discloses a method for preparing a degradable plastic straw by using rice flour-amylose-wheat gluten.
Background
The biodegradable plastic is an energy-saving environment-friendly new material, and with the vigorous promotion of environment-friendly products in China, the utilization of regenerated biomass energy and the popularization and application of the biodegradable plastic are encouraged, and the development and application of the biodegradable plastic are generally concerned. The biodegradable plastic mainly contains active groups such as hydroxyl, ester, carboxyl and the like which are easily decomposed by microorganisms, and when the biodegradable plastic is placed in a natural environment under certain temperature and humidity conditions, the active groups are easily decomposed into water and carbon dioxide under the action of the microorganisms and the like, so that the biodegradable plastic returns to the nature. Therefore, biodegradable plastics are one of the effective ways to solve the environmental pollution caused by plastic wastes, and become the development direction of the plastic industry at present.
With the vigorous advance of plastic pollution treatment and the demand for ecological environmental protection and health in China, biodegradable plastics in the catering industry are used as key points for development, and straws for various cold beverages, hot beverages and breakfast are gradually replaced by biodegradable plastic straws from ordinary plastic straws, so that the main trend is to replace the ordinary plastic straws with the biodegradable plastic straws. At present, the biodegradable plastics commonly used for plastic straws mainly comprise polylactic acid (PLA), polybutylene succinate (PBS), Polycaprolactone (PCL), polybutylene adipate (PBAT) and the like. However, the bioplastics are high in cost, and a large amount of plasticizing auxiliaries are required to be added in the processing process, so that the problems of precipitation and the like exist, and the bioplastics have strict requirements on materials when being applied to a straw which is directly contacted with a human body; in addition, the straw made of the biological plastics has a relatively long degradation period after being discarded, and is composted in a limited environment, so that the degradation period is long. Therefore, it is generally regarded important to research biodegradable plastics capable of being rapidly and effectively degraded and to use the biodegradable plastics in catering industry articles such as plastic straws and the like.
Among the bioplastics, starch-based plastics have been successfully used for industrial production and application as an important class of bio-based materials. The starch-based plastic is a plastic product which is prepared by mixing starch serving as a main raw material with other polymers after modification and plasticization, and has biodegradability. Meanwhile, starch is an edible raw material, which can be used as a raw material for preparing straws. However, starch contains a large number of hydroxyl groups on molecular chains, and strong hydrogen bonds between molecular chains, so that the starch has no thermoplasticity, is difficult to mold and process, has poor water resistance, and has poor compatibility with base resin due to strong polarity, and the completion of the thermoplasticity treatment of starch and the application of the starch and plastic are important research subjects.
Chinese patent application No. 201910426369.1 discloses an edible environment-friendly straw, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of rice starch; 15-25 parts of wheat bran; 5-15 parts of cassava; 10-30 parts of agar; 10-20 parts of trehalose.
Chinese patent application No. 201711322182.4 discloses an environment-friendly straw, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of corn starch, 30-40 parts of vegetable fiber, 10-20 parts of straw fiber, 6-10 parts of lemon juice, 0.5-2 parts of sodium sulfite, 1-5 parts of borax, 20-50 parts of water and 0.5-2 parts of defoaming agent.
According to the above, in the existing scheme, when the method is used for the material of the biodegradable plastic straw, the cost of common bioplastic is high, more additives are required to be added in the processing process, the problems of precipitation and the like exist, the plasticizing treatment of starch-based bioplastic needs more plasticizers such as glycerin and the like, the water resistance is poor, the additives are inedible, and the starch straw is difficult to prepare in a plastic thermoplastic processing mode.
Disclosure of Invention
The cost of the bioplastic which is widely applied to the conventional biodegradable plastic straw is high, more additives are required to be added in the processing process, the problems of precipitation and the like exist, more plasticizers are required for plasticizing treatment of the starch-based bioplastic, the water resistance is poor, the additives cannot be eaten, the starch straw is difficult to prepare in a thermoplastic processing mode of the plastic, and the application of the starch-based plastic in catering industry articles such as the plastic straw is restricted.
The invention solves the problems through the following technical scheme:
a method for preparing a degradable plastic straw by using rice flour-amylose-wheat gluten comprises the following specific steps:
(1) firstly, mixing rice flour and amylose, then carrying out thinning compounding by using a thinning machine, then adding water and acetic acid into the obtained thinned mixture, uniformly stirring, and finally, placing for treatment to ensure that the water and the acetic acid are fully adsorbed to obtain pretreated rice flour amylose;
(2) fully kneading wheat gluten and corn oil, mixing the kneaded material with the pretreated rice flour-amylose starch obtained in the step (1), and performing extrusion forming by using an extruder to obtain a thin tube blank;
(3) and (3) continuously and sequentially immersing the thin tube blank obtained in the step (2) into hot water, gradually solidifying and curing the extruded thin tube blank of the hollow strip by the hot water, straightening, drying, cutting, sealing and packaging to obtain the degradable straw, so that the degradable plastic straw is prepared by using the rice flour-amylose-wheat gluten.
The starch is a natural polymer with the yield second to that of cellulose on the earth, has rich sources, is renewable and low in price, and can be used for producing starch-based plastics through modification and plasticization. The starch-based degradable plastic as a blend of modified starch, a resin matrix and the like can be completely biodegraded, and has excellent environmental protection and economy. In the present invention, amylose is preferred as a raw material in the production of starch-based plastic straws because amylose is a polysaccharide chain in which D-glucosyl groups are bonded by a- (1,4) glycosidic bonds, has polarity, i.e., directionality, has a 1 '-end (reducing end) at one end and a 4' -end (non-reducing end) at the other end, has swelling resistance, good film-forming properties and strength, has properties similar to fibers, and has good transparency, flexibility, tensile strength and water insolubility, thus being an excellent raw material for starch-based plastic straws. Preferably, the amylose in step (1) is pea starch. As a further preference of the present invention, the amylose is selected from the group consisting of pea starch produced in Gansu province (offered by Gansu Star starch food Co., Ltd.) and pea starch produced in Shandong tobacco stage (offered by tobacco stage double-tower food Co., Ltd.).
According to the invention, after the rice flour and the amylose are mixed, a refiner is used for refining and compounding to obtain a refined mixture, so that the starch and the rice flour can be conveniently treated in the subsequent preparation process. Preferably, the refiner in the step (1) adopts a vortex airflow refiner, and the air volume is 1000-2000 m3And/h, the rotating speed of the grading impeller is 500-1200 r/min, and the grain diameter of the refined rice flour and the amylose is less than 10 mu m.
Preferably, the refined mixture in the step (1) comprises 1-2 parts by weight of rice flour and 3-6 parts by weight of amylose.
The refined mixture of the rice flour and the amylose is added with water and acetic acid, the adding proportion of the water and the acetic acid is controlled, the refined mixture fully adsorbs the water and the acetic acid through placement treatment, and the rice flour and the amylose have better flexibility and elasticity through the treatment of the acetic acid, so that the subsequent processing of the starch plastic product can be ensured to keep good mechanical property. Preferably, the pre-treated rice flour amylose in the step (1) comprises 100 parts by weight of refined mixture; the standing time is 1-2 h.
In the invention, the wheat gluten and the corn oil are kneaded and further mixed with the pretreated amylose to be extruded and molded. Gluten powder is also called active gluten powder and wheat gluten protein, is natural protein extracted from wheat flour, mainly comprises wheat gluten with small molecular weight, spherical shape and good extensibility and wheat gluten with large molecular weight, fibrous shape and strong elasticity, has viscosity, elasticity, extensibility and film forming property, can effectively improve water resistance by kneading with corn oil, can solidify and mature rice flour-amylose in hot water into a straw with flexibility and elasticity by utilizing good elasticity and flexibility of the straw, simultaneously has good water resistance, cannot absorb water for softening in a short time, and can improve the service durability of the starch-based plastic straw.
Preferably, the extrusion in the step (2) is performed at normal temperature by using a downward die head of the extruder, the die head is provided with a row of holes with the diameter of 3-5 mm, and inner cores are arranged in the holes.
In the present invention, the raw material ratio of the kneaded material in the step (2) is preferably 100 parts by weight of wheat gluten and 10 to 20 parts by weight of corn oil.
Preferably, the raw material ratio of the thin tube blank in the step (2) is 1-2 parts by weight of kneaded material and 3-6 parts by weight of pretreated rice flour-amylose.
The invention continuously and sequentially immerses the thin tube blanks of the plastic suction tube which is extruded into hot water with gradient temperature arrangement, and the temperature of the hot water in which the thin tube blanks are immersed is sequentially increased, so that the thin tube blanks can be gradually solidified and cured, and the influence on the product quality caused by the deformation of the inner wall of the thin tube blanks due to the rapid temperature rise is effectively prevented. Preferably, the temperature of the hot water in the step (3) is set to be stepped, and the temperature of the hot water for sequentially immersing the thin tube blanks is 60-65 ℃, 70-75 ℃, 80-85 ℃ and 95-100 ℃.
The degradation straw prepared by the method has good water resistance, bending property and elasticity, and the raw materials are edible materials, so that the degradation straw is healthy, environment-friendly, edible and rapidly degradable. Through the test, the prepared degradation straw has no fracture when being subjected to a 90-degree bending test, and the surface is wiped smoothly without stickiness after being soaked in hot water at 60 ℃ for 15 min.
The invention provides a method for preparing a degradation straw by using rice flour-pea starch-wheat gluten, which comprises the steps of mixing rice flour with amylose, refining and compounding the mixture by a refiner, adding water and acetic acid, uniformly stirring, and standing to enable the water and the acetic acid to be fully adsorbed to obtain pretreated rice flour amylose; fully kneading wheat gluten and corn oil, then extruding and molding the pretreated rice flour-amylose and wheat gluten at normal temperature by using an extruder, and extruding into a thin tube blank; and continuously and sequentially immersing the thin tube blank into hot water with gradient temperature, gradually solidifying and curing the extruded hollow thin tube blank by the hot water, further straightening, drying, cutting, sealing and packaging.
